As is pretty evident, I’ve not long started review books. At least, not in a way that I don’t get grades and have to hand them all in by a certain deadline, double-spacing and Harvard referencing. (I’m kidding, a literature degree is not even slightly writing reviews.)
I’ll be updating this page whenever I review anything. I’ll be doing so as quickly as I can read, which is usually quite fast, however life has been getting in the way. Family commitments and searching for a job/work-experience/internships has been slowing down my books-per-week drastically.
That’s a good idea to have a list of book reviews on your blog, I don’t do so many as I used to as I’m now very busy writing but nevertheless it’s given me food for thought. 🙂
It’s hard to keep up with reviews when life gets busy isn’t it? Especially when you read a lot to inform your own writing, but don’t have the time to talk about all of the books inspiring you!
I thought the list might be an easily accessible way of seeing what reviews I’ve written, and with the stars any visitors to my blog can go straight to the ones I’ve rated highest!
Yes it is, I was finding writing reviews very time consuming. Now I’m focussing on writing, and hoping to get my book out somehow before this year is out. Thanks for commenting Amy. 🙂
Good luck with getting your book out! Sometimes real life has to take the wheel, book reviews can come later x
Thank you Amy. 🙂
