Title: Installing JServ 1.0 with Stronghold 2.4.1

When installing JServ 1.0 with Stronghold 2.4.1 you will need to edit the configure script so that it can find the SSL header files. Change the following line:

apache_include="-I${withval}/src/include -I${withval}/src/os/unix -I${withval}/ssl/include"

Otherwise, configure will fail to validate the httpd.h header file because it will not be able to find the buffer.h and ssl.h header files that it includes.
