Having 403 problems downloading software from java.apache.org?

Are you *sure* you're not trying to use "GetRight/3.3.4"?  We blacklist
GetRight because it's considered a "bad robot" for not following the
robots.txt standard.

I've looked through the web logs, and it's the only reason why hits to
that page are returning 403.

If you're still sure, hit it again, and tell me what IP address you're
hitting it from.
