holiday fun

it is freezing outside and inside but i didnt seem to mind when i was doing my bob harpers extreme cardio workout dvd an hour workout mind you that is very very extreme lol
i was shaking by the end but i feel great now that its done cold but great

220 a 3 pound loss :-)
its been a busy week
i kept busy i watched what i was eating and kept in a good calorie range
and i am happy to say i lost more weight 3 pounds
which makes it 16 pounds this month
by just not overeating and exercising and staying busy and not getting so stresssed out over little things

wow
well it was a long night last night ....i tossed and turned most of the night woke up went to work half asleep made it all day and went to somewhere before going home and hit a curb .....embarrassing but not as embarrasing as realizing you tore your bumper halfway off your car too
needless to say im exhausted and it was a stressful day
but i plan on biking tonight and relieving some stress
so far

so excited the scale is going down lately
been putting in alot of hard work
took a rest day yesterday and today i biked 10 miles in an hour
which i am proud of because i have only been biking for a couple weeks now so i'm still getting the hang of it and how to fast to go and how to pace myself exactly but im learning

4 pound loss ~ 224
Excited i have finally figured out how to lose weight for good. I bike every day 10-15 miles and i just eat less. Eat less move more it really does work. Hopefully i can keep this weight off for good this time. That what i am afraid of ive lost 65 pounds before and gained it back but this time it is seeming easier maybe because i struggled for the last year to get back on track maybe i am appreciating the struggle and realizing it isnt going to be easy but in a way it is easier this time because i know maybe what has to be done and how to do it. It is a lifestyle change not a for a year change. I know i have to make a change forever and that is great with me now. I want the change

228 and happy
so i noticed i last posted mid october and now its begining of december ....oh my goodness were does the time fly
i have lost weight not as much as i wanted to but i havent gained so i am proud of myself
i went from last post 233 to 228 today
5 pounds in about 2 months not horrible but not great
ive been stepping it up lately and biking and i bike anywhere from 10-20 miles a day
today was 13 miles in an hour
well i plan on blogging at least once a month and hopefully losing 4 pounds a month
well here goes nothing lol

fell off the wagon 233
so i fell off the juicing wagon and got run over a thousand times
i have been working out i have done shaun t's rocking body and biggest loser wii games with lil man
but food wise uuuggghhh
dont know y i do this to myself i was doing amazing and then i put starchy white crappy food in my mouth
i actually gained all the weight back
but im not giving up
just going to go back to watching what i eat and continue the exercise cuz i am really out of shape again
and hope that i can end the rocktober beach body cahllenge in some sort of megative number even if it is just -1 pound instead of +9 like it is right now ....yuck how embarrasing
what happened to my motivation i decided i hate to sweat at all anymore i used to lose to sweat and workout
wish i could get the old me back just dont really know how im back to lazy me that i was 3 years ago when i had to start exercising because i was sooooo out of shape well here i am again but in no mood to sweat it out

apple banana and spinach
feeling great
still at 226
just going to stay active and healthy today
eat lots of fruits and veggies
and smile alot
did some zumba for a 653 calorie burn
actually excited about this joureny instead of annoyed at the changes i have to make i actually like the changes
thats a first even when i lost the 65 pounds i wasnt loving it
now i am loving a healthy lifestyle maybe i will actually reach my goal of 150 pounds some day
wouldnt that just be amazing
havent weighed that since high school lol

15 days loss of 14 pounds this is crazy and amazing
i feel amazing
fruits and veggies are the way to go!!!! a lil meat here and there but absolutely no processed junk
nothing has ever worked this amazingly 4 me
on day 3 of jillian michaels body revolution today too
cant wait to get back to onderland and if i keep this up i might actually be there in 30 days
30 days isnt that a crazy thought
it is for me this would have taken 3-4 months usually
even when i was losing weight it would be 5 pounds a month not 15 this is so great
im so excited about life now

starting to workout again
i have jillian body revolution phase 1 day 2 today
i have been doing great on the juicing (2 meals a day) and healthy eating (2 non juice items a day but still fruits or vegggies or maybe some days some sort of meat)
the pounds are just falling off and im feeling amazing
next saturday i will post another weigh in pic and every saturday so i can be accountable and satudays are easier ciz i thats when i weight in for the rocktober challenge

that was sooooo me today after my jillian michaels body revolution phase 1 day 1

DAY 7 and 10 pounds gone.....lets hope its really forever this time around
lost an amazing 10 pounds in 7 days .....
i'm super excited it is a good start ....
now if i can just keep this up for the next 23 days maybe i can hit my goal of getting back to onderland....
last night i actually ate for the first time but it was healthy
i cant just juice for 30 days wish i could
last night i went to moms for dinner and we ate cauliflower and carrots and i hade some chicken but then i came home and i had a lil weight watchers ice cream and i am now wondering why is it a can only eat fruits and veggies and then as soon as i get chicken in me i want bad junk like ice cream
its very strange but at least i didnt binge like i might have other times
so i still consider myself on track and the scale said im down another pound today which makes it 10 in 7 days which amazes me
i know that if i mess up at all u can gain the weight back quickly so that thought keeps me on track
this morning i had orange juice and some tea later on
and i dont know exactly what i am going to make for lunch probably a apple and spinach juice or somthing with spinach or i might just eat spinach and celery like i did the one day ......forgot how good it is actually with nothing on it
i guess im trying to simplfy my life not so much dressings and high calorie food go back to what we ate before all this junk was around

day 1 of 30
juicing went well today.....as long as i can get past the night munchies lol
stayed busy all day
no workouts yet going to juice first a couple days and try to get a little healthier first before i try o wokout again
i was so motivated to lose weight and keep it off forever today because i was pulling out my winter clothes from last year and none of them fit and i mean i have nothing to wear and its getting cold out there .....hopefully alot of weight comes off this month or im goin to be freezing....
it seems like i put alot of weight back on the last 2 months ....its crazy how fast it goes on and how long it takes to actually come off
i know i put 20 pounds o=on in the last 2months but if i can lose 5 pounds a month it an amazing feat so ya its just not fair

rebooting for 30 days
wow so i have been gone way to long and eating way to much .....back up to over 240 pounds and feeling horrible....sick all the time ....no energy....so it is time to get back on track once and for all .....tired of my stomach hurting all the time .... and not being able to walk to far without getting out of breath ......
so i am trying a 30 day juice fast and thats it ......done goin to do this once and for all and try exercising even though i cant stand that anymore .....i feel all exercised out after the last 2 year or so years but im goin to start with the fast and hopefully find some energy from that and get back to a good exercise regimen
i'll be posting everyday ......
hopefully if i dont u guys will kick me in the butt and tell me to go get a juice lol

so i am still here trying to get back to some sort of normal .....i changed my workouts yet again ....this time to p90x which i love im on day 12 and have been working hard.....the 1st week i was sore all over ....the 2nd hasnt been as bad.....for me it is just staying on a plan that is tough

workout 1 i said b4 was soooo easy remember ....well not when your sore by day 4 .....cant wait til day 90 lol hopefully i will be able to walk cuz right now my legs are killing me
but i am liking the results already
and glad its thursday and that i dont have work tomorrow and that its basically already the weekend 4 me

jillian michaels body revolution day 3 cardio1 doing this dvd with a friend tonight
so far i have lost 5 pounds i am down to 221
felling great except sore right on the back of my legs so walking around stinks
so far so good the program is 30 mins a day and seems to be working for me
very tired after work today so having a friend to do this with tonight will be great
how is every else doing with their goals???

so i'm backkkkkk..... weighing in at 226 ...but excited to be working out again....did jillian michaels body revolution phase1 workout 1 ....felt great afterwards wasnt too hard but jillian says it will get harder with every phase maybe even dvd so we shall see how tomorrows workout 2 will go .... walked 4 miles at work and tonight i will be doing zumba for an hour with my friend sherry.....i can't wait i missed doing zumba with friends..... how is everyone else doing?

going up uP UP and away 209
so i decided i was going to eat for the last couple days and unfortunatly gained most of the weight back
yesterday my workout was
biggest loser calorie knockout curcuit # 1 &2
juiced up some
apples
oranges
brussel sprouts
celery
spinach
carrots
green beans
and a banana
juice # 2

stomach has been killing me for the last 2 days
i am guessing from actually eating
but i dont know
didnt want to get out of bed this morning or exercise or go to work

zumba and biggest loser 207
so my workouts today were biggest loser at home challenge cardio phase 2
and zumba with my friend sherry
we just got finished with about 35 mins worth of the zumba mix dvd
hearts racing
sweats pouring
legs r burning
feeling great
so i am weighin in at 207 because i gained 2 pounds from
eating chinese friday yesterday and today
and i havent been juicing like i should be
i am goin to get refocused and start juicing again tomorrow
i actually at ice cream chinese adn 4 pretzels today
so disgusted with myself cuz i am just sabotaging my great job i did 4 10 days
i need to make changes in my life and stick to them
i need to quit smoking once and 4 all
and i need to quit drinking once every weekend
like i have been doing for the last couple months
i am having a real problem doing it
cuz i have alot of basically peer pressure
but i want it more than ever so
im going to do this not try
im going to do it

so i didnt stick to plan saturday
and i ate again
another bag of dumbass chips lol
and 4 pretzels
and i had 2 drinks while i was out
wtf
is wrong with me anymore
i was doing so great

Day 11 ~ 205~ with a side of chinese
so i had so much fun last night
we went out for chinese
and it was the first time i have eaten actual food in 10 days
and i ate a smaller portion that i normally would have and was full for hours
i might still be full lol
but it was good and i didnt even gain any weight like i thought i would sticking at 205 still
which is fine with me
then we went to see the movie contraband
i didnt like it at all but hubby did and it was his bday so that all that counts
woke up this morning feelin great
glad its the weekend
made a great juice mix
brussel sprouts
tomato
half a pepper
celery
spinach
banana
apple
mandarin oranges
and some black beans for added protein
tasted as good as the mixes usually do
i had a email from eat this not that this morning and it talked about soda and diet soda and how horrible it is for you
i know i have to stop drinking it
i did for the first 5 days of this juicing thing but i kept having such bad what i called no caffiene headaches adn i went back to drinking at least a glass a day
but i think im going to try to stop again after reading this heres some things i clipped out for you guys
in diet soda
aspartame, which raised blood glucose levels, that caused the weight gain; when your liver encounters too much glucose, the excess is converted to body fat.
In 2011, the nonprofit Center for Science in the Public Interest petitioned the Food and Drug Administration to ban the artificial caramel coloring used to make Coke, Pepsi, and other colas brown. Dreadful day 10 ~ 205
so i ate chips yesterday like half a bag of jalepeno chips
i felt like crap afterwards
really full
guess i was craving carbs real bad or maybe just food and picked a bad thing
i gained 2 pounds from it
so maybe i will never do it again
but im guessing i will
i got up this morning and moved on
kept juicing
kept exercising
ill get to my goal some day just hate when i pick up a bag of chips and binge
its disgusting
my workout today was jackie warners 30 day fast start
im excited about going out for hubbys bday tonight
dont really know what we are doing or if we are really going out at all or just curling up with a movie
whatever it is
i need this break from reality sooo much
if we do go out i hope i can manage to not overeat
since just putting food back into my stomach will make me gain a couple pounds
im kinda nervous about it

Hit my 10 POUND goal in just 9 DAYS
im so excited
now weighing in at 203 hitting that 10 pound goal for the 10 day detox and hit it on day 9 wohooooo
i think about a pant size smaller which is amazing cant wait to see what i look like in a month
i cant believe it at all the last time i weighed in at 203 was june 27th to be exact 7 months ago
thats just crazy that i have been ranging from 220-205 for the last 7 months and in 9 days i went from 213 to 203 just been juicing

im never hungry i think i was hungrier on weight watchers than juicing for some reason
my workout today was jillian michaels ripped in 30 week 1
i made a great tasting mix today

broccoli
pineapple
blackberries

overall great day

7th day of juicing 9 pounds lost forever
i am feeling amazing
i absolutely love juicing
yesterday i juiced up
2 apples
1 cucumber
5 sticks celery
4 brussel sprouts
1 banana
cup of pears
and 2 handfuls of spinach
it was delicious
i also worked out to

pretty tasty
cant believe by tomorow i could actually be 10 pounds lighter
that took me at least a month when i was just exercising

bob harpers ultimate cardio body extreme weight loss dvd
my glutes are burning cuz its an hour of torture
but i love bob so its ok just lookin at his smiley face makes me feel all better lol

so i actually made it to day 5
and now it just seems like a lifestyle
ya get up u blend juices for the day and you drink them
i feel sooooo much better
its incredible
cant wait til day 10
im half way through this mini juicing process and then we shall see what i decide to do after day 10
213~205 is incredible in 5 days though i think
and im not even hungry
gonna just relax today with the family
here are some new mixes ive made
mix 1
1 cup pears
half a head of cauliflower
1 tomato
3 sticks celery
2 apples
4 brusselsprouts
half a pepper
mix 2
5 strawberries
1 cup mandarin oranges
1cup peaches
as much spinach as you want
1 tomato
other half of the pepper lol
4 sticks celery
5 brussel sprouts
1 apple
yea im not picky
they all taste pretty decent to me
cant even taste the pepper
last one just tastes like strawberries
but i also forgot to say i have the healthmaster the montel williams blender and i can stick anything in there and it makes a pitcher of juice
so its not like most juicers that take out the skins and this and that
i stick a whole apple in and it juices it and the whole pepper and whole everything
so its very nutritional they say to get all the nutrients
so its a thicker juice
but its is always good when it comes out
whatever you put in it
and now it just seems like a lifestyle

feeling great except for the headaches every once in awhile
have a lot more energy
my belly is flatter and not so bloated
and i went from 213 pounds to 206
in about 5 days
hope i can stick to this for awhile my goal is a month and add in good food every now and then
if i could stick to this i could probably lose at least 25-30 pounds in the next month
my goal is if i can stick to this to get back into the 180s in a month maybe 2 months
but i know i would feel so much better at that weight
cuz i was at 187 when i started going back up and at 187 i felt like i could conquer the world lol
i dont know what happened and why i went back up besides i was sick of eating so healthy and i sadi to myself oh you can have some pizza and cheese fries and wings every now and then it wont hurt but it does as soon as i eat it i eat unhealthy for the next week and that week turn into another week
its so sad but i will ge there again
its all just a mental game that i will be conquering 1 day at a time for the rest of my life and im starting to deal with that
that its a healthy lifestyle i want not just a healthy 6 months and im done
so im getting there i guess

dang i guess juicing really works
but i did well till about 3pm today
then i gave up and ate i had some brushetta
and then the brushetta i guess tasted so good and i had some ice cream lmao
i wasnt actually even hunger
its all a mind game with myself
that i really have to figure out y i cant just say im going to eat healthy and do it
instead of do it for a day or 2 and then sabatoge myself
i think i like the thought of food sometimes more than i actually like food
i dunno but i am planning on still juicing if i eat
then i guess ill get right back to juicing when im done lol
so i have one more cup tonight
i dunno the juicing is giving me a headache and a bad attitude but it is supposed to be really good for you
so tommorow is a new day and my goal is to juice all day tomorrow
but if my headaches dont go away in a couple days im going to have to start eating real food again

JUICING DAY 1
so i decided to juice for awhile and see how i feel
hey it cant be any worse then when i binge eat
my "diet" or life style of eating hasnt been the greatest
so like i said juicing cant be any worse
everyone says hey your nuts
but i dont really think so
if you think about it i cant even eat all these fruits and veggies i have in a juice in 1 day
so if i turn it into a juice just because your drinking juice all day and not food doesnt mean its bad for you
like everyone insited on tellin me today
i actually felt pretty decent
and not hungry yet at all
ne hoooo
oh yea
after my first 3 days back to a healthy lifestyle i lost a pound
now im 212 yet again i think this is my forty soemthing time i got here
my workout today was
biggest loser at home challenge dvd
and my eating lol juicing for the day was
asparagus, pears, beets, carrots, and spinach blended together made 4 drinks
and it got me till now where i am having drink #1 of
my cucumber,celery,apple,spinach,pears,and,whats left of asparagus blend
all of them tasted fine
juicy lol
so that is that 4 the day
was a good 1

so im back
back up to 213 that is!!!!
i took the last 11 days off from blogging and working out and eating healthy and
i feel worse than ever
so today i got up and did bob harpers totally ripped core dvd
all i can say is ouch!!!!!!!!!!
and the last 2 days i have been making healthy dinners for my family and suprisingly lil man has eaten and cleaned every plate of these dinners here are some pics
dinner day 1
chicken ,spinach, mandrin oranges, and pears sorta stir fry and i put some blue cheese crumbles on mine
then dinner day 2
tonight was
chicken apples, aspargus, and mandrin oranges stir fry
both are really good and couldnt believe my child loved it cuz aprat he wouldnt eat the apples or aspargus
but since he loves mandrin oranges he said eveything tasted just like that and he loved it lol
so good day today
and hopefully i can stay on the right path

i give up @ 210
yup u heard it i am soooo aggravated
i have going up and down between 205 ~ 210 forever now and im pissed off
im back up on the high end 210 exactly again and dont really know y
i thought i waseating decently and exercising enough
i even made an awesome spinach salad yesterday with blue cheese crumbles mandrin oraanges
been staying busy
took lil man to get his new gklglasses yesterday and di
jillian michales ripped in 30 days level 2
and zumba for an extra 313 cals
and today i did bob harpers extreme cardio dvd 30 m,ins and burnt 249 cals
then all that i can think of is how stressed i always am anymore even today had a bad eye exam felt likei wasnt treated the greatest and thenn i kept tellin her it was blurry but she wasnt listening so we shall c if i will be able to see with my new glasses
and thats about it been wortk--orking outb hard and stayin busy i dunno maybe i will get back into the 100s some day

long day and its only 3 oclock
overate yesterday and have no idea why i knew i wasnt hungry and i wasnt really stressed it was just a craving sorta feeling but it was bad
i ate
chinese
boiled dumplings
chicken and broccoli
an eggroll
and 2 fortune cookies
plus what i ate b4 the chinese arrived at my house
pretzels
snackwells cookies
and cucumbers and dip
and i think that was it but that was all my dinner and i wonder why im fat a
yea i should be 100 pounds down by now
but i just cant stop eating
someday i will go see someone to to help me with my food addiction

Dancing Fool 206
lil mans new fave movie we just had to watch today was labrynth with david bowie
ya know when i was a kid that movie scared the beejeezus outta me and guess what
it still does lmao!!!!
last night was so much fun we took lil man to pick out new frames because his old ones keep breaking and all they will replace them with is the same ones he broke bhis glasses 3 times last month so he was excited and hopefully these will work better
then we took him to chuckee cheese and usually i jhate takin him there but last night was actually fun for some reason
ive been staying within my ww points and today i danced for awhile and burnt off 402 calories love my polar heart rate monitor so i know how nmuch im burning instead of just guessitimating
hope ev ery1 is having a great weekend

HeArT rAtE mOniToRs Are tHe BEsT ~ 206
i got my hear rate monitor working after the batery died over ayear ago
lol
feel good to be back to the old me who was losing the weight and was so serious about it
and interested in how many calories i am burning and working out alot just to see how much i can actually do
and basically feeling stronger in all aspects of my life
weighed in at 206 today another pound lost
still cant wait ot get out of the 200s its been way to long
last night i zumba and danced with my neice and it was fun but for some reason my thighs are killing me lol
i guess that extra workout wasnt the greatest idea but it was fun
today i was supposed to be trying yoga but i dont know with the way my thighs are already feeling the burn lol
hope everyone has a great weekend

TGIF!!!!!! 207
thankfully still 207 no up no down but the same is still good lol
my workout today was a new one that i definately liked jackie warners 30 day fast start
it a goo one i like how she shows you what to do thenyou do 1 the 2 then 3 all the way to 10 its hard to explain but i like that and we will c how it works
i have been staying within my points and im sooo proud iof myself again
after work i did
zumba
love it
20 mins and burnt 346 cals hellzzzz ya
i honestly thinkk my stomach is visibly thinner today
saturday i am going to try some yoga cuz i need to stretch after all these different workouts thgis week
oh missy my workout motivation lol is just to feel better after gainning 20 pounds baqck i just wanna cry i hurt so bad every day

4 pounds gone in 4 days ~ 207
lost 4 pounds so far and its only day 4
i know it will slow down again soon it always does but its a good start
im very sore from working out cuz i wasnt used to it after tasking a good 2 weeks off and maybe cuz its some new dvds i dunno but im sore as can be
today i started off by doing taebo insane abs dvd about 40 mins
wowo was it hard couldnt last the last 10 mins lmao
then i went to work and ahad a rough stressful day there
then i came home and did
zumba wii fit 2 game 30 mins burnt 480 cals
and for the last 3 days i have stuck to eating 30 ww pts
so sofar so good

OUCH!!!!!! 208
so im extremely sore today after yesterdays workouts but im going to keep going
i did
biggest loser at home challenge phase 2 yesterday i did phase 1
phase 2 cardio and strength is with bob and its a bitch lol
it really hurts
then after work i did zumba wii fitness 2
which i love cuz im a zumba kinda girl
did around 40 mins or so and burnt 550 cals
im eating well again
yesterday i ate 30 ww points which isnt horrible im supposed to be 29
and today ive had kashi cereal
celery and peanut butter and i couldnt finish the tbsp of peanut butter so i ate apples and peanut butter too
and a weight watchers tring cheese and thats it so far
im going to eat some lunch now
probably soup or something
so today i should only eat my ww pts thats it unless i get stressed or soemthing lmao
which is quite possible around here thats why im 208 pounds
but to stay on track ive been watching some great shows that are motivating me
like biggest loser thats back on
love it
i love every season
i think a girl is going to win this year for sure one of those girls that was an athlete before the strangers group

A 3 workouts kinda day ~ 211
so i am weighing in at 211 after this lovely holiday season
cant complain i took like 2 weeks off and ate whatever i wanted and never worked out really
so thats what i get
but i can get back on track and i started today
i did 3 workouts today
first was crunch fat burning dance party for 20 mins
then i rode the bike for 12 mins
2 miles
and 50 calories
then after work i did
biggest loser at home challenge dvd
phase 1 cardio and phase 1 strength 30 mins
and i definatly was feeling it after not working out for awhile
now i know i need to get back in shape and be able to do planks for longer than i was able to today
i also have to remember not to overdo it all at once that seems to be my problem anymore
cuz i have just been going up and down cuz i stress myself out about not doing enough when in reality if i could just stop stress eating and take the workouts down a notch some days id be doing as well as i did when i started out 2 years ago
yes ive kept most of the 65 pounds off and bounce up and down from 200 to 210 but i really need to get to where i watned to be when i started this
i want to be 160
and i know i CAN DO IT
so i WILL DO IT!
