Jesus, Me, & My Books

My generation grew up with a Sunday school picture of Jesus hanging on the church wall. In fact, that picture still hangs there today. I am no longer a child, and it is time to move from the milk of the word to the meat—time to meet Jesus Christ, “the fullness of God”, “the express image of God,” “the glory of the Father.”

You will find him in my blogs and my books, The Nazarene’s Price, biblical fiction dealing with the pursuing love of Christ and its sequel, Cost & Crown, which challenges the reader to pursuing a deeper faith. Both are available on Amazon.

My latest book is a children’s early chapter book, Damian’s Search. Damian seeks to know the color of Jesus as he and his three friends search for the color of love. Also, available on Amazon.

If you have a deepening desire to meet this God man who is God, walk with me as we walk with the Father to discover this Prophet from Nazareth, Lamb of God, Lion of Judah, and our lives will be challenged and changed forever.

Who Am I?

I am an ordinary woman, with a husband, children, grandchildren, and  great-grandchildren. I am an author who enjoys bible study, writing, speaking, flower gardens, and of course, my family.

I am ordinary but I have an extraordinary God. He is responsible for any good in me and for any of the wondrous happenings in my life. In fact, it is by Him I live.

As I share thoughts, scriptures, and desires through my books and blogs, my prayer is for you to be encouraged, to count me as a friend, and more importantly to know God’s love that is beyond measure. My desire is to faithfully post encouragement and challenges to aid in your walk with our heavenly Father. I may fail you, for I am human, and life happens. But God is faithful. He knows and loves you. “Have faith in God.” He never fails.
