This week,we are required to create a table using Microsoft Access. At first, we are required to know the functions of Microsoft access.Then we are required to create a simple database for student management information using using open office base in creative,innovative and ethical ways. We first get an access to Microsoft Office access.We click on blank database and fill up our required file name. We choose a drive and folder to save our data. We save and create a data system. Next we have to close the database.We got a lot of information in this learning process.We had create a data about the students information.

week 13th reflection
This week,we are required to do a spreadsheet about the calculation.We must know the function of wizard,link between sheets and so on.In Microsoft Excel,we learn about average,sort, filter,graph and others.We learn how to plan,create,edit a simple one year personal financial management[incoming and spending] spreadsheet using calculation in Microsoft Excel.We were then tasked to name the sheet according to the months such as January ,February and so on. We create a formula to calculate a balance for each month[such as balance of February will be added to the balance of January] and link the formula between the sheets. We must upload it to google doc[spraedshhet] and edit it if necessary.

Eleventh week reflection
This week, we need to do a spreadsheet about the calculation.we use the set the formula [use of =] and so on.we were also learn about function of wizard and link between sheets. Using Microsoft excel,we need to fill up the names,average and all the details we need.After that, we need to sort it out and filter it.we also need to hide the tables and make a graph. we need to make calculation about our monthly expenses[financial expenses]. We need to name the sheet according to the month and upload to google docs and edit it if necessary.

Tenth week reflection
This week,my partner and i were assigned with few task in multimedia in education. It is done through 2d graphic editing software. We will be learning 2d graphic types such as bitmap and vector images. There are few types of graphic format such as JPEG, GIFF, TIFF and so on.There are few software such as Microsoft Paint, shapes, online google draw and open office draw.We also learn to use drawing facilities. By learning doing assignment 6a,we can create a brochure using Microsoft publisher. The content is related to the topic in assignment 1. We must use graphic editors and save it in original and pdf format.We were also asked to create a booklet function in word. The content is related to the assignment 1. We also use the graphics using any graphics editors and make a cover using it.

Nineth week reflection
This week, we had learned about multimedia education. We were asked to do 2D graphic editing software. We were teached by our lecturer on how to use Microsoft paint, shapes/smart art point, GIMP[OSS], online drawing which is google draw[collaborative drawing] and Open Office Draw. By learning doing assignment 6, we had learned about 2D graphic styles such as bitmap and vector images. We had also learned about graphic such as JPEG and GIFF,RGB and CYMK color,bitmap editor and many more.My partner and i had created a brochure about our research on operating system using Microsoft publisher.We had save it in original and pdf format. We had included the informations about the operating systems and many more.

eighth week reflection
This week, my partner fatin nur syahirah and i were asked to create a mini report or known as Ukm mini journal regarding to our research on operating system. My partner and i had discussed deeply about it and started doing the mini report on operating system. in our report, we had an introduction about our research. Then, we also had discussed a lot about our research in the report such as the definition of operating system,the functions,types and the problems faced by the computer users when the operating system is entered by spy ware and so on. After that,we had also stated our research approach. We want to know how many students have awareness and knowledge about this system. Besides that,we would also like to know the importance of operating system in their daily lives.We had create a data using the answers we got through our survey. We gave 10 questions to each of our respondents who is ten in total.We had create a data which contains respondent’s name,age,faculty and their answer. At last stage, we did our conclusion about our mini research.

seventh week reflection
On this week ,my partner and i were asked to deliver our questionaires to at least 10 respondents in our campus.After delivering it,we must collect the answer from the respondents.my partner and i divide the questionaires papers among us and started giving it out to our friends.The next day,we collect back all the papers and started analyze the answers.Then,we we open the paswstatistics to code our variable based on the answers given by our respondents.We started to code the age,sex and the answers given by them in variable form.After that,we declare the variable in the variable view.We enter our data in the data view and import it.At last,we did our data analysis based on the variable code that we had entered in the data view.

sixth week reflection
This week,my partner and i required to do questions in http://www.monkeysurvey.com.We need to do 10 questions related to our report on the research we had conduct which entitled ‘operative system’.We need to prepare the questions and find our respondents to answer the questions.The questions also can be conduct through google document and we must link it to our yahoogroups.We can also put thelinks in our facebooks groups and facebook personal.We can print the questionnaire from the google doc.

Fifth week reflection
This week,my classmates and i learn how to do a literature review based on our educational research about the topics given to us.my partner,fatin nur syahirah ang i got the topic ‘operative system’.Last time we did about operative system too but it is based on the internet articles such as wikipedia and many more.But this time,we need to search information on UKM subscription database,google scholar and google books.We need to choose and evaluate 2 articles from UKM journals,1 from google scholar and 1 from google books.We need to write reports on’ what should be done in Malaysia’ based on the articles.We had also require to create a file for our assignment 4.After finish doing report,one of us should upload it on facebook and discuss it with our friends.

Fourth week reflection
This week,we learn how to choose suitable title for our assignment.my friend fatin nur syahira and me was assigned with a topic.The topic was operating system.we use search engine(google) for our assignment.We gathered some information which is useful for our assignment.we prepare a report and post it in facebook.Besides that, i did about the difference about yahoo mail and yahoogroup.Mails in yahoomail can be open by it’s owner only but yahoogroups can be viewed by all of the members.The next one is course/learning management system.i open the search engine(google)and find about the systems.Based on it,i prepared a report using google doc and share it with my lecturers and my friends.I also uploaded it into my yahoogroups.
