Happy Monday y’all! I normally do NOT like Monday’s, getting up early is the worst! But, this weekend I got lots of rest and felt great this morning!! What did y’all do this weekend?
So, I want to tell you about the amazing women that are (or have been) in my life and how they’ve each taught me something!
Starting with my momma, she had me when she was 17 and worked so hard to take care of her children. She had me (22), my little sister (20), and my little brother (16). Growing up she always had a job and taught me what it meant to take care of your family no matter what.

Next is my Nenny (grandma), we went to her house all the time growing up! She was a clean freak and always had something yummy to eat 😍 She loved her kids and grand babies with everything she had! She still is the cornerstone in our family.

When I was a teenager my mom and I went through so many struggles against each other (which is a long story for another time) but, because of that I met a woman named Tamara. She raised me in the moments I needed a mom most, taught me how to cook, how to pay bills, how to grow up and be a responsible adult, and so much more. I will forever be grateful to have 2 moms.

After meeting my husband I met his family, his mom, Stephanie, is such an incredibly strong woman. She is kind and loves others even when you would think she shouldn’t. She has taught me how to forgive, how to love unconditionally, and most of all she inspires me every day to have a closer relationship with God. She constantly does for others before herself and will give you the shirt off her back in the blink of an eye. She loves selflessly every single day!

We started going to a new church a few months back and I met a sweet woman named Samantha. Right from the start her kindness just radiated through her! She greets you with a smile and a hug, she checks to see how you are, she prays over you, she just loves you! She has been a saving Grace in my life and she may not even know it. She teaches me that it’s okay to love EVERYONE no matter what, because God loves us no matter what!
Mrs. Jennifer is my pastors wife who I’ve recently been able to get to know a little more, she is stunning and so incredibly sweet! She shows me how to be a better wife and one day how to be a great mom just through her interactions with her family! She always checks on me and has an encouraging word for me! 💕

I have come in contact with so many more than just these few, Francine, Brittney, Kelsey, my sister Alyssa, and so many more! They each hold a special place in my heart and I have learned from all of them! I am who I am today because of lessons they’ve all taught me ❤️
Today, send a message to someone you love about how they’ve impacted your life! You never know what an encouraging word can do for someone else!
XO, Keri ❤️
