I'm a Red Hat Distinguished Engineer with a deep background in open source and user experience (UX.) I live in Boston, Massachusetts USA. I've been involved in various open source projects over the past several years. I'm a little different than a typical UX person. I work on UX for free & open source software and I also I use free & open source software to do it.
