I just realized I haven't blogged since the Fall of 2010. Pretty pathetic. I know. So, here is a quick overview of what has happened since then:
January 2011 - Travis leaves football when the lockout happened and after yet another surgery.
February 2011- Move to AZ while Travis looks for a job.
March 2011 - Travis get a job with DPR. Move to Utah for job. Do some minor renovations on Grandma Jean's house. Bode turns 3.
August 2011 - Trey Nash is born. 8 lbs 10 oz.
March 2012 - Bode turns 4.
May 2012 - Alison runs a half marathon.
August 2012 - Trey turns 1.
November 2012 - Buy first house in AZ.
December 2012 - Move to AZ. Do some major renovations...which are on-going and may never end...
January 2013 - Travis turns 30!
That is a pretty condensed version, but now I feel better-ish about being such a blogger slacker.

Possum Kingdom Camping Trip
Hooray for BYE weeks! Too bad Travis only gets one and it's over now. Since Travis ended up having 3 days off, we decided to go camping. Some players on the team recommended Possum Kingdom which is about 2-3 hours west of where we are at. It was awesome! We had a blast.
We got there Friday at about 2-ish and by the time we figured out how to set up the tent, it was nearly time to get the fire going for dinner. LOL. We had hamburgers and hot dogs and s'mores (which was slightly difficult because I accidentally left the skewers at home in the dishwasher.).
On Saturday we did some fishing, much more eating, took a long and lazy nap, and then went swimming.
Here are some of the pictures from the trip. If you want to see them all, just check my facebook.

Why?!?
Why is it that people feel like the grapes in a supermarket are a free-for-all buffet? I never remembering seeing this in Provo, but here in Texas people choose their grapes at the store based on how they taste. Why can't they pick it like regular produce and look at the color, firmness, etc.?
Am I crazy? Is this something everyone but me does? This is not sample time at Costco! At first, I thought it was a white-trash Walmart thing because I noticed it first at the Walmart here. But, I just came back from a specialty health/produce store and there were at least 10 different people huddled around the grape display plopping grapes in their mouths willy-nilly before picking their bag. Is it just a Texas thing?
Seriously. Annoying. Buy your grapes before you eat them!
