It's Been Awhile!!

So I am so bad at this blogging thing! I need to just find time and update it! Well A lot has happened since I last blogged! The boys are getting so big!! I can't believe how time flies! We moved into a beautiful bigger home! And we Love it! love the neighborhood as well!! =) Corben loves that he can walk to and from school! Corben is loving school! He is so smart! =) Beckem keeps us on our toes! and Deegan just learned how to walk!! YAY!! =) We just found out that we have baby number 4 on the way!! Due around September 2nd 2011!! Hoping not on Nicks or Beckem's birthdays!! Hoping for a girl this time around, but will be happy with a healthy baby! =) That's all we want! thinking of some names already, but not sure! When we found out what we are having we will really consider names! Right now I like Kruz for a boy and like Jerzee for a girl =) Nick is not sure about Jerzee so I am sure if we do have a girl the name will change ;) It is now a new year and can not believe we are in 2011!!! This year has been busy! A lot of laughs and a lot of sorrow! Did my first tree for the Jubilee! Thought it turned out good for my first time! Won the only 2 awards that they give out in my group! I was so excited!! Hopefully I will be able to do a big tree this year!! Lost my Dear Grandma Donna this year =( I always thought she would be around forever!! It was very heartbreaking to lose someone i was so close with!! I have a lot of wonderful memories with her and i will miss her so so so much!!! The boys had a wonderful Christmas this year! And we had a lot of fun watching them open all their presents!! Being a Mom is the best gift ever!! I love you all and I promise I will get better at blogging!! =) XOXO

Ok I know I have been slacking BIG time on posting! Well I promise I am going to start now! =0)

We have been super busy!! I have been working full time at the dermatologists office and I love it!! The people I work with and learning new things! Nick works at the computer place and he is hoping to start the police academy soon! =0) I am sooo excited for him to complete that!! ... Corben has been doing so well in Kindergarten!! I can't believe how much he has learned! He is sooo smart!! His last day of school was Wednesday! Wow how the time has flown!! ...

We had our newest addition, Deegan, on December 7th!! he was born @ 8:45 and weighed 6lbs. 5oz. and was 19 inches long! He was a little guy! He was only about 3 weeks early and at the beginning he had to go to the NICU for just a couple hours because he was breathing too hard, so they gave him C-PAP to help open his lungs! He did great! =0) He is soo adorable! and he looks identical to Nick when he was a baby!! He has been sick for the past 3 1/2 months, he got bronchitis and ear infections and then 3 more ear infections to follow that, he was diagnosed with severe acid reflux and has to take Prevacid every day =0( poor little man! but he is really a happy, smiley baby!! We all love him sooo much!! =0)

Nick decided that he is going to become a police officer! He has a couple classes to take this summer and will start the police academy =0) I am so excited for him and I can't wait!! He is wanting to be DEA or K9!! Wish him luck! =0)

Beckem is getting so big! He will be 3 in August! He is so funny! He says and does the funniest things! For example, last night I was laying down with the baby and Beck comes in and says, " Mommy, Daddy sid dan it" ... Me: "What?" Beck: "Mommy, Daddy sid dan it" Me: "What? I don't understand tell Daddy to come here", Beck: "That's bad word" Me: "OH! Daddy said Dammit!?" Beck: "Yeah, that bad word!" Me: "HAHAH, Tell Daddy to come here" Beck goes and tells Nick, "Daddy, Mommy wants to talk to you" Nick comes in and I say, " Daddy did you say Dammit?" Nick laughs and says, "yes, I sorry! I tripped over the swing!" hahaha He apologized to Beckem! LOL..... Or today on our way home from the park it smelled like cows! Beckem says, "Mommy, somebody pooped outside!" hahaha I told him the cows pooped outside! He looks at me and says: "Do cows know how to poop outside?!??" HAHAH He makes me laugh!! I think we might start him in preschool this coming school year, He will only be 3, but he is soooo ready! <3

Well we are happy where we are right now! We love living back here in St. George and are loving the weather! =0) We are down to the Titan and Nick got a Ducati! Yeah I let him get a bullet bike! I was sooo nervous, but Nick took classes and actually does really well on it and is very cautious! Where's his gear every time! =0) Hopefully soon we will get the Bronco back and then it won't be so hard to have one vehicle basically! Love watching the boys grow and are having so much fun participating in every aspect of their lives! From Kindergarten to sports to swimming and everything in between! I love being a Mommy more than anything! It is such an amazing and wonderful gift!! We are truly blessed! <3 <3 <3

Well I promise to keep up on this blogging! I want to be able to remember every possible moment with my kids I can and I want them to remember how much fun we have together! =0)

WhAt'S nEw??

Hey everyone I know I haven't updated anything in forever! I am going to update what's going on a lot more! Promise! HA! So what's been going on with the Roper's? A lot! HA! .... Well we moved back to St. George July 4th! We love being here!! We sold the house finally in South Jordan!! We are supposed to close by the end of this month... cross your fingers!! ... I love my job at the dermatologists office! Nick loves his job working on computers!! We like where we live! And have enjoyed being closer to the majority of our families! Corben started Kindergarten!!! Ahhh! He is growing up fast! He is soooo smart!! He is doing so great in school I am truly amazed!! When I drop him off to school he always says, " Bye Mom, Love you, Miss you, have a good day at work, okay?, See you after" ahhhh he is sooo cute!!! I love it!! Makes me not want to drop him off for school :0( I miss him! Beckem Now when we pull up to drop Corben off at school will roll his window down and say, " Bye Brudda Love u Miss u, See u after scool" hahaha SOOO cute!!! <3 I LOVE my boys!!! Well we are expecting our third boy Dec 20th!! I know that means no girls for me! HA! I think we are pretty sure on naming him Deegan! I am so excited for him! I can't wait to hold him and see what he looks like! Corben and Beckem are so opposite it will be interesting! HA! I am also excited to meet Branum's baby girl, her name is Alicia Mae Belle, they call her Ali!! How cute! I can't wait to meet her! Also Ember is prego due the end of April with a BOY! Brat she got what she wanted! hahaha! That's okay though! I love my boys! Wouldn't change them for the world!!! :0) .... Corben's birthday is the 27th of Oct. he will be 6!!! Beckem turned 2 in August! And Nick turned the big 30 in August!!! We have been sooo busy!! the holidays are always way busy so this pregnancy is flying by for me!! Well I want to get pics of us all soon so as soon as we do I will be posting!! Love you all!!

So I feel I need to get something off my chest and hey what better way then blog it? I just wanted to say that today would be my parents 29th anniversary, sadly my parents are going through a divorce which has been really hard on all of us! I love both my parents very much and I thought that you know I'm grown up and out of the house and my parents divorcing would not have a big affect on me....boy was I wrong!! I know my parents have had their ups and downs and there has been a lot of hurt feelings back and fourth and if divorcing is going to make them happier then I am glad that it is done. I just hope that they realize that they are both great parents and even better grandparents! We are very lucky to have eachother! And I hope that we can all be civil and happy again! I love both of you very much Mom and Dad and I hope that the future holds happiness and forgiveness :0)

This year has been a tough and interesting one! Well where to start? Lets see... Ember and Rusty moved in Christmas Day 07 and just barely moved out. We had our ups and downs I am just glad they have found happiness again!

I worked at SDCH hospital for a year and really miss it! I miss all the people there! I quit back in August and started watching kids! I have some great kiddies that I watch! 

Beckem turned one, Corben turned 5 oh my goodness they are a handful and sooo much fun!! They are my life! I love them with my whole heart!!

This economy has been very hard on us! The gas prices were horrible! Our house mortgage is so ridiculously high! And Nick's job is basically in construction so it hasn't been the greatest! 

Oh and biggest news this year..... Branum is having a baby! He and his cute girlfriend are expecting! ahhhh I know the youngest is now having a little one! It was so shocking Ash kept telling me to stop joking! We are all excited and can't wait! Congrats to them two!

So let me just say for 2009 I am hoping for..... Nick's job to pick up, me to be able to start school and get more money coming in, re-finance the house, get Nick's Bronco going, lose 29 pounds (hehe), try and keep me and my family healthy, create better memories!! There's a lot that I would like to happen this coming year! We will see...

Grandpa and reindeer...

Every year they light lumineers at the graveyard they are everywhere it is so pretty! we went to Grandpa Willis's grave! We miss and Love you grandpa!!
