Well....It has begun...Dancing that is! Ella had her first dance recital, and she looked sooo cute! She had a really good time in dancing, and I hope that she is going to love it forever! She only had one little dance, but she was a rockstar!

Carl and I volunteered at the Iron Man! It was awesome! We were both stationed in change tent 2. It was where the athletes changed from the bike to the run! Those athletes were so amazing and inspirational! It was a really neat experience.
We went to Cotton Days Parade, and the kids loved it! 
My family came down for a weekend and we had a blast! It is always fun to have people come and stay! We swam, hiked, and played! It was great having them here.
We went down to Las Vegas for the last time to help the Pemberton's get some things done in their house before they moved! We are going to miss them SOOOO much! San Antonio is lucky to have them. We LOVE them!! 
The past couple months have been great. We haven't had too much sickness or drama, except for the fact that Ella punctured her ear drum with a bobby pin. It was so scary. I was just getting out of the shower when I heard her scream. She came into the bathroom holding her head and crying so hard. She took her hand off her head and I saw blood coming out of her ear. I started shaking and asking her what had happened. I didn't know if she had hit her head or what. When she finally calmed down a little she told me she was trying to get the wax out of her ear with the "bbq pin". I called the emergency room, and they told me to take her into her doctor. Sure enough....she put a hole right through her ear drum. We have had to give her ear drops with antibiotic in them. Hopefully it doesn't cause any long term damage. I haven't noticed anything yet....so I am praying that is a good sign. Scary!
We had the kids pictures taken by Valerie Hart. She did such an AMAZING job!! I love how they all turned out! (McKay's 4year, Ella's 3 year, and Porter's 8months)
I had a bunch of friends come in to St. George for the weekend...and it was so much fun!! I miss all of these girls sooo much! I wish they all lived right next door! We just hung out, shopped, ate, went to the "crack in the rock" and talked! We almost got the cops called on us because we were at the hot tub to late! HAHA Good times! These girls will always be my BFF's! We have gone through so much together, and I LOVE them all!!
My little ELLA BELLA is 3 years old!! Holy moly!! I asked her if she wanted to have a birthday party....or just have a family party, and she picked family! haha She is such a spunky little thing...but I LOVE it! She makes us laugh all the time with her little "ellatude". For her birthday we got her a powerwheels four wheeler. You should see her on that thing! She has no fear! We let her take it for a ride first thing in the morning, so her hair had not been combed yet. She kept whipping her hair around while she was driving, and we were cracking up! Mac and Ella were riding outside the other day, and Carl went out to check on them, and Ella was sitting backwards on her fourwheeler...driving around! The girl is Crazy on that thing! We love Ella so much! She brings so much laughter to our family! She LOVES her daddy! She also loves playing house, her babies, her dress ups, chicken nuggets, shoes, spinning dresses and anything that McKay has! She is very motherly. She LOVES to play with Porter and any other babies that are around! She knows her address, our phone numbers, shapes, colors, abc's, numbers and is willing to learn about anything! WE LOVE ELLA SOOOO much! 
I can't believe it happened...but yes...I finally hit the big 3-0! It is nuts! I still feel like I am 20! Aging is a strange thing. I have to say...it wasn't as hard as it I thought it would be. It is a little exciting. Is that weird?? I have heard from so many people that the 30's are the best...so I am going to try really hard to make it that way! haha I still have a lot to learn, but now I think I am more willing to listen, and try to fix what I need to.... to become better. I love my little family. I love my Hubby so much. He made my birthday really special. He worked from home so that I could go to the spa for 3 HOURS and then go to lunch with a friend and shopping! It was the best birthday EVER!! Bring on the "dirty 30's"!
The Easter Bunny made it to the Wright household again! I love holidays! It is fun watching my kids little faces just light up when they see their little presents! We were able to have a little easter egg hunt with the Lyman's, and we also had one with our neighborhood! We had waaaayyyy to much candy....but it was fun!
My little Porter man is already 6 months old! He weighs 17lbs, (38th percentile), he is 27 1/2inches long, (84th percentile) and his head is in the 40th percentile! It is funny because when people see him they comment on how huge he is...but he is kind of like a marshmellow, just fluffy! haha The doctor couldn't believe he was only in the 38th percentile. She said she thought he looked WAY bigger than that! haha 
He is still just a happy little guy! He is going through a little stage where he cries when I leave the room, and he has been sick for the whole month of February, and some of March....but he is still smiley and sweet! He still wakes up one time a night for a bottle, but other than that he is a pretty good sleeper. He rolls all over the place, he can sit up with pillows close by, he has started on his vegetables, he waves bye bye with a little help at first, and he LOVES Mac and Ella! The little guy has really dark hair, and eyebrows. His eyelashes are really long, and his eyes are super dark brown. His gums are starting to get swollen, so teeth are on their way! I am sooo happy he is here in our family. He makes us all very happy!
I know I say this in every post...but really TIME FLIES!! I can't believe that McKay is 4 years old! I just want time to stop. These kids are just growing so fast, and it freaks me out! haha
This year I decided that we should have a birthday party for Mac with some of his friends! He wanted to have a "superhero" party, so that is what we did. We invited 7 of McKay's little friends over, 6 boys and 1 girl, and then of course Ella. We played a couple games, and then a "bad guy" showed up to steal the cupcakes! The "bad guy" scared some of the kids, but McKay reassured them that it was just his dad! I made little capes out of a shower curtain for each of the kids with their initial on them (ghetto, I know), but the kids seemed to like them. Each kid had to do superhero training, by doing pushups, sit ups, and punches. After they passed the test, we got to go and find the "bad guy". Each kid got a thing of silly string and got him! It was cute! McKay liked it a lot....so it made me happy! His friends were really good to him, and he LOVED all of his gifts! 
McKay is just growing up so much. He is such a good little boy. He loves to play outside, ride his bike with no training wheels, play baseball, soccer, football and wrestle with his dad. Every night when Carl gets home he says, "Dad, I know what we can do tonight. We can play on the ipad, eat dinner, get in the tub, wrestle and have a movie night"! haha He is really good to his brother and sister for the most part, and makes me really happy to be his mom. Happy Birthday buddy!!
