(Dec. 29, 2025) — New York State resident and registered voter Montgomery Blair Sibley, who challenged the claimed “natural born Citizen” status of former Vice President Kamala Harris, reported Monday on his Substack and website that the U.S. Supreme Court has docketed his petition for a Writ of Certiorari in his long-running “eligibility” case.

U.S. Senator Kamala Harris was born a dual-Citizen, if even a U.S. Citizen at all when she was born in CA to parents temporarily in the USA on student VISA’s, and thus is NOT a “natural born Citizen” of United States with ‘Unity of Citizenship’ and ‘Sole Allegiance’ to USA. Per the original meaning and intent of the 14th Amendment she is not entitled to ‘Birthright Citizenship‘. She was first and foremost a Citizen of Jamaica at birth via her foreign national, Jamaican citizen father, who was temporarily sojourning in the USA on a student VISA. When Barack Obama was still a pot-smoking, teenage punk, he had a Hawaiian Social Security Number. He said he worked at a Baskin-Robbins store when he was fifteen and would have been required to have one. It would have started with 575 or 576, the numbers assigned to residents of Hawaii.

However, Obama began using a stolen Connecticut Social Security Number in his mid-20s, perhaps to hide something in his past. Using another person’s identity is a felony: 42 U.S.C. 1307.

The number was issued on March 28, 1977, to a resident of Connecticut when Obama was fifteen and in high school in Hawaii. Mr. President, a US Army surgeon and lieutenant colonel, Dr. Terrance Lee Lakin, once requested of his chain of command to authenticate his orders as legitimate and legal to redeploy to a combat theater of operations and was soon after court-martialed for failing to show up for his unit’s deployment after he received no confirmation.

Dr. Lakin was sentenced to Ft. Leavenworth military prison. He was dishonorably discharged from service when he was very close to a lifetime of benefits.

He was stripped of his rank. His good name has been sullied because he inquired of his chain of command whether Obama was a legal and legitimate commander-in-chief.

At Dr. Lakin’s court-martial, his defense team was NOT permitted to enter into evidence the cut-and-paste forgery of a birth certificate that Obama had published ON THE OFFICIAL WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE!

I was at the preliminary release of the findings of Sheriff Joe’s investigation into Obama after which you wrote him a congratulatory note.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s volunteer Cold Case Posse investigation led by Mike Zullo discovered that elements from an authentic Hawaiian birth certificate were copied onto the Obama birth certificate image.
