Non stop rain lately and also a lot of wind thrown in just for the hell of it. Apart from big puddles, we have had a fair few collapses.

Regardless of setbacks I’m sure shit will be ready for summer.

Anyway, talking about wind me and Neil go to Fuerteventura for 5 nights on Wednesday. We have no idea what to expect. Can’t seem to find much of a riding scene over there but we are just going to ride around and see what we find, more than likely stopping of at as many bars and beaches on the way..

So in the news lately you might of heard how the government is planning a massive sell off of our national forests. The government have enough stupid ideas already so show your support and sign the petition here

Also in other news, me and a few friends ended up going to see a few bands at a local pub the other night. At the time we were unaware that it was infact a benefit gig for justice for Gary Critchley. I read the brief story on a flyer and when I got home I came across the full story online which you can read here. It is ridiculas that something like that can happen, yet so many real criminals with proven cases are not in prison or just let out early. Anyway, least you can do is read the story, and if you feel strongly, buy a t-shirt or donate.

So Julian got another vid busted out from the left over footage from their time spent here in summer, awesome.

This gets me so hyped for this year, the jumps are getting better and better as the weeks go on.

Soon after I arrived it rained super bad. All the roads flooded, and the trails got majorly fucked. We fixed them back up in no time and got them riding again, the video includes some of this an basically just everyone hanging out and some crashes! Love bmx for giving me times like these.

This is awesome, Gozo is one amazing place.

The guys over at LUXBMX in Brisbane who were lucky enough too escape the horrible flooding that engulfed a lot of the city this past month took a trip to the sunshine coast just as the flooding began and have put this video together. The trip with the LUXBMX shop team and friends, included Chapel favourite Keelan Troy who killed it on a couple sweet looking hip’s in this video.

After seeing todays sunshine we ended up giving up on Riding rampworx and heading out street in southport. Turned out most of what we planned to ride was damp, so we made our way down to the sea front which is some what lit, and dry.

We managed to find an old couch in a skip, carry it over and rest it up on top of the bank, it made a good session.  Shows that BMX really is just about your friends and your own creativity.
