Hey there! My name is Damaris, and I’m a 15 year old girl who lives in Montana. My parents own 3 acres of land on which we live. We have a three story tall house and a cabin. Currently, a great family from Virginia lives in the cabin. They have seven goats, eleven ducks, and one livestock guardian dog that they brought with them. We only had 26 chickens, 1 horse, and 3 Dachshunds. Now our field is being used again and that is wonderful! Half of the family from Virginia has returned home, and the other half will be following in about three weeks. I will be posting stories and pictures about our daily lives on our small start to a farm. Now, meet the animals!

Essence, a 52 day old half Alpine doeling. She’s a Cou Blanc.

Evidence, a 46 day old half Alpine half LaMancha buckling. He’s a Chamoise.

Einstein, a 36 day old purebred Nubian buckling.

Mirage, a 3 year old purebred LaMancha doe. She’s a Chamoisee.

Zucchini, a 5 year old mixed breed doe. She’s black with a frosted muzzle and ears.

Tara, a 23 year old Tennessee Walker mare. She’s black.
