One of the first spreadsheets. Developed by Microsoft in 1982 as a competitor to the very popular VisiCalc, Multiplan was used on CP/M, Apple II, Commodore 64, DOS and Macintosh machines. It was replaced by Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS and Excel for Mac and Windows. See
