Breitbart IS John Galt
Andrew Breitbart is a force of nature, and I use the current tense intentionally; he will never leave us. Many words have been said about his passing. Many tears have been shed. Shock over his death was not an uncommon emotion and while the conservative community rallied and mourned, the progressives showed their true, gangrenous heart through the vitriol that they spewed in all communication mediums.
But enough about what happened. Let us focus, instead, upon what is…and that “is” is a BIG one, just as BIG as Breitbart and all his BIG websites.
Andrew Breitbart IS John Galt.
If you don’t know who John Galt is, I’m not sure if I should tell you to stop reading now and get thee to a library or a bookstore and read “Atlas Shrugged” or tell you to keep reading and THEN go get a copy. But I digress.
John Galt, beloved character of “Atlas Shrugged,” brought the men of the mind back to their senses. He taught them that they didn’t need to apologize for their success or their independence. “You are attacked, not for any errors or flaws, but for your virtues. You are denounced, not for any weaknesses, but for your strength.”
Breitbart was repeatedly attacked by the insidious left and he, unlike many of us before he came along, reveled in it. Andrew showed us that all we need to do is shine the light…and the truth…on the lies of the left and they will writhe and shrink like slugs with salt poured on them.
Galt and Breitbart both shrugged the feebleness of the left off their shoulders as if they were no more than a feather. When John Galt is asked by a looter what he thinks of the looter, Galt’s response is, “But I don’t think of you.” When told he should apologize for something, Breitbart’s response was, “Apologize for WHAT?”
Galt led the way to a better life by ignoring the left and Breitbart led the way by attacking them, but both showed that the left…the progressive, unscrupulous left of yesterday and today…are the antithesis of goodness and right.
And while John Galt took away producers from the world, Breitbart urged today’s producers to “run towards the fire!”
He recognized the looter mentality of the progressive movement, most especially the progressive news media and their selective reporting, if not their outright lies, and he went toe-to-toe with all of them, begging them to prove him wrong. They never could.
It was his conviction in his rightness that makes Breitbart our Galt.
It was his fearlessness.
It was, most of all, his virtue.

The Tyranny Of The Supreme Court:
The Constitution of the united States of America provides for the people the right to petition Congress for the redress of grievances. As an American, you have the right to send to Congress your grievances, petitioning that they be heard or redressed. Our founders got it right, since we are a representative republic, the people should have the right to have their grievances heard. Too bad you and your petition for redress of grievances will never be heard. The Supreme Court passed down a decision in 1984 that said, “Nothing in the First Amendment or in this Court’s case law interpreting it suggests that the rights to speak, associate, and petition require government policymakers to listen or respond to communications of members of the public on public issues”. This type of logic is akin to telling inmates on death row that they have the right to appeal and no one having to respond to the appeals. A response like that would result in riots on death row, at prisons all across America. Do you still feel free knowing that Congress does not and will not respond to petitions for redress of grievances?
I have sent several petitions for redress of grievances to Congress. Each time the sound of silence is deafening, drowning out liberty and freedom. So, we the people of these united States of America have a venue that which we can complain and the judicial branch of the government has told the legislative branch that they do not have to listen to the people they have been elected to govern. In essence, the Supreme Court has said that effective in 1984 the Constitution is no longer a valid instrument or tool by which to govern. While that piece of information melts into your brain, let me remind you of the words of Abraham Lincoln, who said, “This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it” It would appear that the Supreme Court took away our right to amend or change our government and with no Constitutional or legal remedies available, it is starting to look like Lincoln’s “revolutionary right to overthrow it” isn’t a bad option.
In fact, Lincoln’s option may be the only option. Elections certainly aren’t an option. Once elected, they do not have to listen to us. The right to petition for redress of grievances is part of the First Amendment to the Constitution. How does that decision effect the rest of the Constitution? How does it affect us as a free people? Are we free if we can petition, but Congress does not have to answer? I submit that we are not free and have not been since our elected officials no longer had to respond to us.
As Americans it is time for us to have an open dialogue regarding our government and their refusal to hear or respond to our grievances. Does the fact that they are under no obligation to respond to issues we raise, relieve us of the obligation to request our grievances be heard? I believe that the Supreme Court relieved us of our obligation to present our grievances in a peaceful manner. We have. I have. Congress has ignored us. The ball is now back in our court. As a free and sovereign people we must decide if we are going to go quietly into the night, not rebelling against those who view us unable to speak for ourselves and unwilling to stand for ourselves (Why else would they take from us the obligation of Congress to address our complaints?). Or, we must decide that as a free and sovereign people, no longer bound by the Constitution, because in taking away our ability to have our complaints addressed, the Supreme Court has made the Constitution null and void, it is our obligation to step up, remove the people from all three branches of government, restore the Constitution and start anew.
I am open to suggestions, but please make them while we are currently removing everyone from office, either elected or appointed, as anyone in government is culpable and responsible. There is no reason for us to wait any longer.

Evil Is Everywhere
Evil Is Everywhere:
Evil is everywhere. Evil is not a left issue, nor is it a right issue. Evil just is. Americans who have not been in the military or law enforcement struggle with placing blame on someone or something when evil happens. It is a normal reaction, to make ourselves feel safer, feel better about the world in which we live, and to try to attach logic to the illogical. People were shot and killed in the weeks leading up to the shooting in Tucson and the nation did not react. Why? Because they were shot and killed in robberies, gang rivalries, domestic violence attacks and any number of things we can rationalize. Since the shooting there have been plenty of shootings, but once again, we ignored them because they fit nicely into what we call “normal”. Really? Normal violence? Yes. We expect violence, certain types of it, but random acts of violence, that don’t appear to be attached to some root cause throws us into turmoil. Once again, evil is everywhere.
America, I implore you to accept evil for what it is, the manifestation of someone’s disoriented and often times delusion thought process. When we cannot wrap our minds around an evil act, it is because we are not evil ourselves. Consider it a blessing. I do. I have seen evil people do evil things. I have witnessed people talk someone into killing themselves, and then try to stop rescue efforts to save that person. I have seen the evil of murder, rape, child molestation and unexplainable acts of derangement so vile I will not go into them here. I have learned that evil just is. Sometimes it is a good person doing an evil deed, sometimes it is an evil person doing an evil deed and sometimes evil happens and the cover up makes it profoundly evil. But, none of that matters, if we accept that evil is and we cannot control it.
We can become more aware of our surroundings, more aware of the people around us and we can be mentally prepared to act if evil appears at the door. We should not live in a state of paranoia, nor should we be oblivious to everything around us, we must find the courage and the balance to be prepared. People who survive traumatic injuries and events are the ones mentally prepared for such an occasion. When I walk out my front door, my training allows me to have a plan to kill everyone I meet, and to consider it a good day when I don’t have to. Your level of awareness may never approach that, but you should have a plan of what you will do if car jacked or robbed alone and/or with your family. But, more importantly, you must understand the aftermath of a traumatic situation.
Whether your traumatic incident is coming home to find your home burglarized or walking out of a grocery store while a shooting is in progress in the parking lot, or somewhere in between, your life will never be the same. You should always return to “normal”, whatever that is, as soon as possible. But, recognize that it will be a new “normal” as you can never go back to the previous normal. As you settle back into your routines talk to those in your life who went through this event with you and let them know it is okay to feel out of sorts, explain that life will become normal again, just a new normal, as you will be more aware.
When initially confronted with evil, you will be compelled to act or flee. This is called the “flight or fight” syndrome. We all go through it. First responders become instinctive in running towards danger, while most people go the other direction. There is no shame in either. The world needs first responders, to stop evil and the world needs people who will live to fight another day.
When the wolf howls at the door, when you see the glint of steel in the muggers hand, when evil enters your world, be mentally prepared for it and for what comes after. Know that life will return to normal, just a new normal. It is okay. One of life’s greatest lessons comes from “Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy”: Don’t Panic! Don’t change how you live, you change what you do, don’t let Congress take your liberty and freedom because they cannot make sense of what happened, or because they will use America’s fear, to take their freedom. Live free. Be happy. Die free. All the rest is just window dressing.

Norquist, Islam & CPAC
Grover Norquist and the undermining of conservatism and America, a tale of greed and sedition. Grover is best known for founding Americans For Tax Reform, at the request of President Ronald Reagan, in 1985. Mr. Norquist has also been executive director of the College Republicans and the National Taxpayers Union. Grover worked as an economist and Chief Speech Writer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. But, Norquist was also active in global politics as well, including his work within the support network for Col. Oliver North. Norquist has had his fingers in the Islamic Free Market Institute, the advisory board for GOProud, a conservative group that promotes the conservative agenda, for homosexuals, straights, transgendered and their advocates, as well as the American Conservative Union, which sponsors the Conservative Political Action Conference, also known as CPAC. Grover is married to Samah Alrayyes, a Muslim and former director of the Islamic Free Market Institute.Paul Sperry, in his must read book, “Infiltration” highlights Norquist and the meeting he was to lead, between President Bush and a group of nefarious Muslims on September 11, 2001. The only reason the meeting did not take place had to do with Muslims flying planes into American buildings, an open declaration of Jihad upon America. Norquist has a lengthy history of being a tool for Islam and standing against freedom:
Suhael Khan, an affiliate of the Muslims For America, and member of the board at the ACU, which sponsors CPAC, has, along with Norquist, been accused of being influence peddlers for the Muslim Brotherhood, a radical Islamic group, based in Egypt, but with global reach and the desire to turn America into an Islamic Caliphate. Khan, whose father ran a large mosque in Santa Clara California, that catered to Osama Bin Ladens number two Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri, was on President George W. Bush’s staff at the time of the September 11, 2001 attacks but was quickly moved to the Department of Transportation afterwards. Norquist is said to have been the one who got Khan into the White House. Khan has also been an advisor to CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations, an un-indicted terror co-conspirator, Hamas front group and Muslim Brotherhood affiliate.
According to author Paul Sperry, many in Congress have no idea Khan is a Muslim and affiliated with anti-American groups. Norquist is an enabler for the advancement of Sharia Law in America, providing access to government officials that these jihad affiliated Muslims would not have access to without him. What Mr. Norquist is doing should cause alarm in the conservative community. Grover is contributing materially to the advancement of Sharia Law in America and his actions meet the definition of sedition.
Norquists Islamic Free Market Institute was funded by the American Muslim Council (AMC). The AMC was founded by Abdurahman Alamoudi, who is now serving a 23 year prison sentence for terrorism charges. Norquists seditious actions are part of the pre-violent jihad method known as “Dawa” which is part of Islamizing a country, before the final jihad. Gaffney, a World Net Daily writer explains,“Under dawa, radical Muslims seek to gain positions of influence within the targeted society and routinely lie to non-Muslims about their genuine intentions”. Of course, those in favor of Islam taking part in CPAC have played the “Islamaphobe” card. In turn, I would like to play the “Infidelophobe” card.
He supports closing GITMO and transferring the prisoners to Illinois.Grover Norquist and Khan’s involvement in CPAC and various Islamic groups that taint all that they do, is written about at length in the book, “Shariah: The Threat To America”. In December, 2003 David Horowitz wrote that Norquist:

America opening her borders and giving amnesty to all illegal aliens, including those of Islamic nature.
Cutting defense spending drastically.
… has formed alliances with prominent Islamic radicals who have ties to the Saudis and to Libya and to Palestine Islamic Jihad, and who are now under indictment by U.S. authorities. Equally troubling is that the arrests of these individuals and their exposure as agents of terrorism have not resulted in noticeable second thoughts on Grover’s part or any meaningful effort to dissociate himself from his unsavory friends.Most recently Mr. Norquist has stated that conservatives should forget all about the Ground Zero Mega-Mosque, as it is not an Islamic victory mosque, which it most clearly is. Seventy percent of Americans oppose the mosque…maybe Norquist isn’t the heralded strategist he is purported to be.
Grover Norquist, from Reagan conservative to Islamic tool; Grover Norquist from patriotic values to financial whore. There can be no other reason Mr. Norquist is turning his back on Constitutional values, other than his pursuit of the all mighty dollar. Why in the world would he continually support the jihadist movement in America if it weren’t about the money? No one sells out his country without selling out his soul.

Step Up Or Step Aside
Step Up Or Step Aside:
Representative Darrell Issa spent months talking the talk regarding Congressional investigations and chasing corruption at the White House. Americans on both sides of the aisle began to look forward to the winds of change. Issa, appearing to be politician in the mold of Dodd and Schumer, someone who never saw a television camera he didn’t want to be in front of, continued to talk the talk. Then, something changed. We may never know what it was, but that is the first thing I want investigated.
Republican Rep Issa was quick to take impeachment of President Obama off the table. Not long after taking impeachment off of the table, Issa went from Obama being corrupt to ‘his White House being corrupt’. How did this rock, this steadfast keeper of liberty suddenly become as harmless as a cotton ball?
Was Rep Issa pressured to back off for one of the following reasons, or is there something more sinister afoot:
So what if Issa spent well over a million dollars to help get Gray Davis recalled? If I had the money I would have spent it too, Davis needed to go. It is rumored that Rep Issa wanted to run for the office, but the Governators jumping in the race halted that. So?
In February of 1980 Rep Issa and his brother were arrested in San Jose California for auto theft. Allegedly the brothers sold Darrell’s Mercedes to a car dealer and reported it stolen a few hours later. A judge referred the case for prosecution. The District Attorney did not pursue the matter, as it wasn’t a case he felt he could win. Since the case was never prosecuted, only two people, both of them named Issa, know the truth. Unless, Obama and his minions on the left know something and leveraged it against Issa. If they do and they did, Issa should go public with it and move forward, for the good of the nation. I am not the same person I was thirty years ago and I’m sure neither is he. How about you?
The Los Angeles Times reports that seven months after his taking over the “Quantum Manufacturing Plant” there was a fire of suspicious origin. Although nothing was ever proven, it appeared, based upon burn patterns, that an accelerant was used and that the fire started in the only portion of the business that did not have sprinkler coverage. The fire caused almost a million dollars in damage. If Obama or his minions in the Democratic Party are holding this over his head, once again, Rep Issa should move forward with impeachment and other hearings because he was never charged and I just let the cat out of the bag.
As for Rep Issa not pursuing impeachment of Obama over the Sestak scandal, because Bill Clinton made the offer on behalf of Obama and some lame excuse that all Presidents do this sort of thing, stop. Bill’s wife is an Obama cabinet member. Pimpin’ Bill Clinton is a former President, who obviously hangs around the White House (do they still have interns?). Impeach Obama. Rep Issa, you cannot use the excuse that ‘everybody does it’. If President Obama killed someone, would you let him walk, based upon the ‘everybody does it’ excuse (Remember Vince Foster? He would be alive today if DC allowed concealed carry)? Just because others have done wrong, does not give the current administration the liberty of doing as they please.
The American public has spoken. The American public wants an open, transparent (not the transparency Obama has given us, where we can see through all that he does) government. We the people desire honesty and ethics in our elected officials. We do not want Kabuki Theater, show trials, show hearings or any other distraction. The GOP received a second chance, not because you deserve it, you don’t, but because there were no other options. Rep Issa, do not screw this up. It is time that you, the elected officials, and the civil servants, stop trying to be civil masters and carry out the will of the people. Investigate. Impeach. Restore honor to America and the American people.

This is the year of the rabbit. Hopefully that means 2011 is the year we will hear less from Jimmy Carter. Any time he goes out in public, someone should yell, “Killer Rabbit” and chase him back indoors. It is only January first, 2011 and I already dislike the way this year is going. I awoke this morning and B. Hussein Obama is still President. So much for “hope & change”. Based upon the finish of 2010 and what my Crystal Ball (no, not the candidate who should have seen her loss coming, the “entertainer” I keep bound in my basement) says, I am going out on a limb (not really because ten minutes after reading this you won’t remember it) and making my predictions for 2011.
Congress will convene and get all Congressy on us. It will not take long for the Democrats to show that they are the party of really bad ideas, but it will be hard to hear their ideas over the whining and crying about the tax payers wallet being closed to them. The GOP will end up being the GOP and that will make the Tea Party nuts.
After having made numerous sniveling speeches about “gridlock” in Congress, B. Hussein Obama will do what he always does, make an end around using regulation and executive orders. Tea Party ranks will swell as Americans realize it is not the Dems v. GOP but really us (we the people) v. them (elected officials). Sales of large quantities of tar, and huge bags of feathers will go unnoticed by Janet Napolitano.
Speaker Boehner will finally find the gavel he has looked for since early January. Word will leak out that Pelosi had it the entire time, and despite having to pry her cold, lifeless fingers from it, she is still alive. Boehner will use the gavel to knock some sense into a few members of the GOP.
Large groups of Americans will show up for tax day Tea Party protests. But, rather than go home after the rallies, the crowds will linger, scent of heated tar lingering in the air, and feathers floating in the breeze. Politicians will feel their sphincters tighten. Granola eating, Birkenstock wearing folk will be seen wandering aimlessly in packs, mostly at night, mumbling about ’four more years’ and ’Bush did it’.
The packs of progressives will be hunted for sport, their scalps kept as prizes. Obama will no longer leave the White House. The Tea Party will form the Tea Party Freedom Fighters. People will assemble in DC for Memorial Day.
June:The Memorial Day masses will still be in DC. The people will tell Congress to “go home” and “leave the peoples house”. Americans will be angered by Congress not having changed and not being willing to listen to the grievances of the people. Congress will dismiss, to avoid conflict.
POTUS will order the military to disperse crowds gathering in DC and at various state capitols. Most of the military will lay down their weapons and go home, or to be with the people. Panic will set in at the White House as the people are being peaceful, just singing patriotic songs and reading speeches from the past to inspire each other. Blue helmets will be sent to provide muscle for POTUS.Representative republics, like other forms of government and cartons of milk, have expiration dates. Will this really happen? Who knows. What I do know is this: If each and everyone of us does not stand up for liberty, refuse to accept tyranny, refuse to accept laws that are not Constitutional, and do not find it within ourselves to be strong enough to push back on our government that seeks to erode our borders, enslave us with debt, and submit to global governance, we as a nation will not survive and if we die as a nation, we will die as individuals.

What Are You:
Is it the end of the year, or the beginning of a new one? Is the glass half empty or half full? The glass is twice as big as it needs to be and it is both the end and a new beginning. America is at a cross roads. We have a Marxist President, who has built a shadow government with “Czars” and “advisors” who chooses each day to ignore the Constitution and the law of the land. Our rights, our natural rights (God given) no longer matter and are being trampled each day. As we enter 2011 we must decide between being AmeriCANS or global citizens. We cannot be both.
The failure(s) of President Obama are numerous and have been well documented so there is no need to go over them again. Mullah Obama has committed treason, sedition, high crimes and misdemeanors in his role as President of the united States of America. It is imperative that the 112th Congress of these united States impeach him for his actions.
Americans must decide which course of action they will take regarding the governments trampling of our natural rights. Congress has allowed the judiciary branch of government to prohibit the free exercise of religion, one must merely have to look at the war on Christmas for that. Free Speech is a thing of the past. A man was fined five hundred dollars for swearing in public. If you protest the government you are labeled a racist and the chilling effect that has had on free speech is frightening. We peacefully assemble, but Congress refuses to hear or redress our grievances. These are all natural rights, all in the First Amendment, that clearly states Congress will not infringe upon them. They have. Repeatedly.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon. They are infringed upon all the time. You cannot carry a gun in a variety of areas, many of which make you a victim waiting to happen. The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution has been discarded and it, like the other rights, is a natural right, a God given right, that no man can discard. It reads: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Go outside, camera’s are everywhere, searching you, unreasonably. Our government is using drones to spy on you, as well as satellites, with no warrant and no probable cause. Go to the airport, you must submit to a search, and if you choose not to, and want to leave, which you are free to do, you will be fined up to eleven thousand dollars and arrested. Flying is voluntary. If you decide to opt out of flying you are punished. We are no longer a free people.
You have the natural, God given rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I submit to you that these are a thing of the past.
Your right to life exists only if you are born, not alive within your mother, for she can choose to murder you right up until delivery. One you are born, your life is again at risk, this time under the auspices of Obamacare and the end of life counseling each person shall receive. A mandatory healthcare system that is built and designed to deny care to certain people, based upon age, health status, and productivity in society in and of itself takes control of your life, so that natural right is gone.
You do not have the right to liberty any longer. Camera surveillance, drone surveillance, being able to have a tracking device installed on your car, even if it is in your driveway, and having your garbage checked by the trash collectors eliminates your ability to be secure in your person, your home or your papers. You are no longer free.
Thus far, under the Obama regime we have lost control of our life (let us not forget the food bill & what we can put into our bodies), we no longer have any liberty and the pursuit of happiness, well, with ten percent unemployment, tightened credit regulations, government interference in banking, finance and now the internet, the pursuit of happiness is a thing of the past.
Which brings us back to where we started, what are you? Is the glass half full and everything will work out just fine; Is the glass half empty and we are doomed to no longer be free, or do you want the government to quit playing games with you and let you get your own damn glass?
The left brings us tyranny wrapped in the banner of gentle, kind, loving mother, looking out only for us. The left is a “mother” alright. Get your hands off of my liberty, or I shall rise up and take from you, my freedom, and in so doing, I shall become the tyrant, if only long enough to be free.
The right brings us tyranny wrapped in a banner of patriotism. We must limit your freedoms they say, so that we can protect you from those that would hurt you. Get your hands off of my liberty, or I shall rise up and take from you, my freedom, and in so doing, I shall become the tyrant, if only long enough to be free.
Congress, President B. Hussein Obama, and those that seek to erode the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and our God given liberties, heed this as a warning, a line in the sand if you will. You have pushed farther and faster in two years than you have in my entire life. During this time, you have awoken the spirit of liberty, the fire that burns in us all, the fire of destiny and I would like to thank you. Our great nation is no longer asleep, unaware of what you do. We know. We watch. And, we will no longer tolerate your actions. The Constitution affords us the right to peacefully assemble and we shall. The Constitution affords us the ability to have our grievances heard by Congress, but the requests, both private and public have fallen upon deaf ears. No more. Our grievances will be addressed, or the Congress will not stand, for it will have lost its Constitutional authority by failing to abide by the founding document. A peaceful assembly, can accomplish these things. And, should the government choose, at that time, to act in a violent or tyrannical manner, then the will of the people will be heard and the tyranny of the free shall lift our great nation from its bonds and restore to it and to its people, their God given rights, their natural rights and we shall restore our Christian nation to its rightful place, as that shining beacon upon the hill, for all of those yearning to be free, to see and to know, that by accepting their natural rights, they too can throw off the chains that bind them. We are free, not because the government says we are; we are free because we have it within ourselves to be free.

Freedom In A World Of Tyranny:
Albert Camus once said, “The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.” If you live in America you are not free. Let that sink in. That thought alone should melt your mind for a while. The political elite, from both parties, allow you the illusion of freedom, by controlling your choices. Do we bail out some of the wealthiest people and companies in America, or let them fail? Why are those the only two choices? Because the Democrats and Republicans said so. You are not free. But, you can become free, in a very unfree world.
Any conversation of freedom eventually turns to what is freedom; to me freedom is living the way I want, all of the time. What is your personal definition of freedom? Think it through, personal freedom, what is it? Once you have established what freedom is for you, take a deep breath, because I intend to show you how you can have that freedom now.
From birth you have been brainwashed into believing you must take the bad with the good, accept compromise, or as the progressives call it, tolerance. Why must you do that? Does compromise work? Does it make you happy? Does it make you any more free? No. No. And, hell no. Congress is a monument to the failure of compromise.
All your life you have been led to believe that you cannot be self serving, you must have shared sacrifice, putting others first, why? You are told all your life, by your parents, teachers, and government that people will not allow you to live as you want, you must live within the rules. Why? We learn a phrase when we are young and then live our lives to fulfill it, “Life’s a bitch and then you die”. Why does life have to be this way? Why do you have to subscribe to someone else’s moral code? You don’t.
Life is not chaotic, dog eat dog, survival of the fittest. We allow ourselves the illusion that gaining access to college, graduate schools, promotions, and a high income career is dog eat dog, a battle, survival of the fittest. But, is it really? Will the guy in the next cubicle who has worked there longer than you, suddenly impale you in the parking lot because of a raise and a private office you received, that he felt should have been his? I sure as hell would, but most people will only think of it, and smile. You can have the life you want, live the way you desire, without hurting others. Freedom is your birthright, you do not have to convince others to allow you to live as you please. Some of you are still skeptical, I can feel your mocking sighs. Stay with me on this, you will become more free.
Most people believe the government is all powerful, with unlimited resources (that it takes from we the people), a massive surveillance system and control over the people. Government is designed to intimidate you. Wrong. The government is a repulsive mess. The government is made up of people, folks with ulcers, deadlines, office memo’s, interagency memo’s, family problems and office politics, just to name a few. Whether it is the DMV or the National Security Agency, they are staffed with people, government people. They may have the ability to monitor everyone, but they lack the desire. With the government, do not be fearful or intimidated. Do not directly attack or confront the government. While the government cannot, due to resources, keep track of everyone, do not jump up and slap the government in the face and draw a line in the sand. Fly under the radar. Do not organize into tax revolt groups or groups that threaten the government. They don’t have the resources to track down everyone, but they will track down groups that someone fears could be a problem. It is selective law enforcement and they do it all the time (Waco, Ruby Ridge).
Stand alone. Your power comes from being flexible and staying one step ahead of the government. When the government changes the rules an individual has the ability to change and adapt faster than an organization. List the government intrusions that challenge your freedom. Examine each intrusion and determine what is the likely government response. Once that is done, go through each one and if you are likely to not be caught, and if you are, only receive a warning, do not worry about that intrusion. But, if the penalty is severe, examine the possibilities surrounding ways to legally avoid problems with this intrusion. Go into your new found freedom eyes wide open.
Most people can find enough loopholes, enough ways to navigate the impediments to individual freedom. The thing that causes people to fail in being free is not having the gravitas to pull it off. There is an old sales motto, “Act as if”. Act as if you are doing nothing wrong. Act as if you are inherently free. Act as if you are not to be trifled with. Act as if is the solution to many of life’s ills. Jury duty is a prime example. Ignore the notice, throw it away. Ignore the second notice, throw it away. Several months later a deputy will come to your home and serve you a notice to appear in front of the clerk of the court. You must show for this, but act as if you never got the other notices. They came regular mail. There is no way the court knows if you got it or not. Act as if works everywhere. I am almost fifty. Last summer I was employed by a large corporate entity that shall remain nameless for my protection. I hated my job, despised the company and was generally miserable. I realized I could make as much money on unemployment as I could at work. I cut my hair into a Mohawk. Nothing. The very next week I bleached it white. Nothing. So, I upped the ante, I died it electric blue. A few comments, but nothing like I expected. I died it multi-tone purple and started wearing short sleeve shirts, showing my tattoo’s. Nothing. I was angry now. I was a disgrace. I should be fired. Nothing. So, I stopped going to work. Paychecks kept coming for a while. Cool. Medical benefits were still good. Awesome. I started this six months ago. In January I have to start paying my medical benefits. But, I am free and I did it my way. I turned being miserable into a game, and in the end, I won.
Part of doing what I want means wearing what I want, saying what I want and engaging people when I want. What does that mean? On Sunday’s I wear a shirt that reads, “Please forgive me Lord for I have sinned like a mother f**ker”. I show up for Organizing for America meetings, stand outside and handout flyers with a picture of the state director in drag from his Craigslist ad. Politics is a contact sport. And, I aggressively engage liberals wherever I may find them. If you don’t stand for the National Anthem at a sporting event, I’m the guy offering to help you break Evil Knievel’s record for broken bones if you don’t. And, I recognize that I will knowingly and willfully break laws to live free. I’ve gotten tickets for going ninety miles per hour in a fifty zone. But, I’ve drove that same road five days a week for two years since and not gotten a ticket. If I’m at a red light and there are no cars around, I don’t wait. I live free.
Some day, if you choose to live free, you will have to make a decision about breaking the law. Do not advertise that you do not live lawfully. Even if you follow all the laws, someone may beg to differ. Laws are often open to interpretation. Governments are notorious for calling on citizens to follow the rules for the common good. But, if the common good is not in line with what is good for you, what will you do? If the government decided to disarm the people by asking everyone to turn in their weapons for the greater good, would you? What if the government outlawed football, for the greater good of the people, would you stop playing? Would you not go watch an underground game if you knew of one? Everyone of us knows what would cause us to go over the line, as far as breaking the law. For me, life is about doing what I want, and as long as I am not hurting anyone, I do it if I want to. And, if it is going to hurt someone, but it is important to me, life is a rock.
To free yourself from societies grip all one has to do is realize there is no societal code of conduct for behavior. One person may find your behavior offense and someone else may find it bland. But, the only person who truly has an opinion that matters is you. When out and about, wear a socially acceptable mask, if you wish to remain anonymous. Remember the purple Mohawk? I would wear a hat for some events, to hide in a crowd and at other times, I would spike it and ride my Harley. I have taken meetings with Senators while wearing my Mohawk, I just wore a hat to fit the clothes I wore to the meeting.
Being free is up to you. It all starts with your attitude about life. If you wonder what others think about you, if you fear someone will find your behavior unsettling, you will have a harder time than I did when I decided to live completely free. I have never cared what others thought, so the transition was easy for me. The Vandals, a punk band did a song called “Anarchy Burger” and it includes the line, ‘If you think you are free, try walking into a deli and urinating on the cheese’. I live free, but I have never had the desire to urinate on the cheese. However, if I was ever inclined to do that, I would make a mental list of possible outcomes and weigh whether or not it was worth the risk. Those who know me well know I would do it, but have a roll of cash to pay for the damages. You see, living free doesn’t mean you can be an anarchist and damage someone else or their livelihood without compensating them. With freedom comes consequences and that means responsibility. Freedom truly is not free.
So, it comes down to individual choice. Are you going to be as free as the government lets you, and live with it? Or, are you going to do as Albert Camus said, “The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion.” All I know for sure is this: Each morning I wake up my continued existence is an act of rebellion. Think You Are Free…
With the exception of approximately three percent of the population, Americans deserve neither freedom or security. Americans have repeatedly surrendered liberty to the government for the magic beans of a “greater good” promised by whichever party happens to be in office at the time. Americans have become so weak kneed that a handful of Godless beings have ruined Christmas for everyone else. The Constitution allows for equal protection, but protection is not equal. The vocal minority in America push around the rest of America, like bullies on the playground. Worst of all, both the Democrats and Republicans have manipulated the people into being divided and fighting with each other on party lines. This should not be. It is the American people against our tyrannical government.
Our government, be it at the local level or national tell us that we must surrender freedoms for the good of everyone. I cannot find a clause in the Constitution that says there can be indoor smoking bans, but they exist. I am a non-smoker and I always found restaurants and bars that catered to me. Free market principles at work, as they should be. Americans have rolled over on seat belt laws and helmet laws, surrendering liberty, for the offer of a greater good. I always wore a seatbelt before the law was changed. If I drive without one, and die, how is that the governments business? It isn’t. I ride a Harley and wear a helmet. I wear a helmet because I choose to. If I decide not too and end up dead or a vegetable it isn’t the governments business, or anyone else’s. The governments desire to ban transfat, sugar drinks, energy drinks or alcohol infused energy drinks is a threat to personal freedom. You body is your most precious piece of personal property. If the government can control what you do with your body, what you ingest, they can control what you drive (CAFÉ standards for mileage), what activities you can be involved in (Obamacare), and what you can see, read or listen to (FCC control of the internet and control over television programming). All of those things are individual liberties, free market driven and nowhere in the Constitution is the government authorized to do any of it. Yet, Americans have surrendered these liberties for the promise of a cleaner environment, better health, and to protect the children. The planet is cleaner now than it has ever been. As a free and sovereign person, I can do with my body what I want. And, I don’t need nor want the government dictating what my children see and hear, that is my job. Yet, I continue to be amazed at the amount of Americans who do nothing and allow both the Democrats and Republicans to erode your freedoms. If you think you are free, try walking into a deli and urinating on the cheese (Anarchy Burger, Hold The Government, by the Vandals).
The war on Christmas is in full effect. City after city, town after town, people are removing nativity scenes, stifling Christmas Carols, and saying “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas”. The majority of Americans are not Godless pagans who do not acknowledge the sanctity of Christmas, they are just cowards. These Americans are afraid to speak up and speak out because of the vitriol spewed by those who have declared war on Christmas. A vocal few have bullied generations of Americans into surrendering their beliefs, their rights and their liberty, for a few. It is time for Americans to speak up. Say it loud, “I’m free and I’m proud”. It is ridiculous to allow the few, the loud, the self righteous, to control our natural rights, our God given rights to be free.
The Democratic Party and the Republican Party have conspired to push the agenda of big government over freedom. In order to accomplish their agenda, the parties have been as divisive as possible, driving a wedge between the people, in order to facilitate the advancement of government over the natural rights, the God given rights of the people. If the political elite can keep the people fighting, they might not wake up and realize they have been enslaved. It is not Dems v. GOP, it is “us v. them”. Both the left and the right are being enslaved at the expense of all of our freedoms and liberties and the benefit of the statist government elites.
We are back to where we started. The majority of American’s have done nothing to earn liberty and security. A few, brave, vocal, assertive people who have decided to live free are trying to keep the wolf at the door are free, but not truly free. It is time for the rest of you to get in the game, out from behind the keyboard and make a difference. It is either that or resign yourself to the fact that you and the generations that follow you will become indentured servants, slaves to the nation state, no longer free to try and obtain wealth, property or liberty, but resigned to taking what the government gives you and making do. What will you do?

Do you have what it takes to take what is yours?
Do you have what it takes to take what is yours? America needs leaders. America needs you. People believed the November elections would fix things. They didn’t. Not even close to fixing things. Since getting back together, Congress has passed the food safety bill, taking control of your diet. Scary considering they have done so well with everything else. A Senator caught on an open mic said that this session is rigged. Apparently someone didn’t let him in on it. The ballyhooed earmark ban went down in flames because eight GOP Senators voted against it. Congress does not get it. They are just going through the motions, hoping we will go away. And, to top it all off, Congress & B. Hussein Obama have failed to do anything regarding a federal budget and the Bush tax cuts due to expire soon. But, that is not all.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) has dismissed the Constitution, particularly the Fourth Amendment. TSA is mandating body scans or searches. If you fail to comply, you can be arrested and fined up to $11,000. All of this without probable cause, a warrant, or a valid reason. Our founders must be saddened by this.
Sadly DHS has used ICE to seize website domains and shut down peoples websites without warrant or benefit of trial. There is no warrant. There is no due process. There is not presumption of innocence until proven guilty. What does DHS have to do with the internet? Nothing. What does ICE have to do with seizing personal property? Nothing. Americans, what are you going to do?
Mullah Barack Hussein Obama is using all of the government agencies at his disposal to break the will of the American people, to thrust America into a revolution, so that he can declare Marshal Law, dismiss Congress and the Supreme Court, and thus retain power, stifling dissent. Don’t think it will happen? Have you tried to log onto the Wikileaks website? It is blocked in America. Big brother is already here.
You can call. You can write. You can hold a Tea Party gathering. You can hold your breath and stamp your feet. None of it works. The Republicans and Democrats are the flip side of the same tyrannical coin. There is a better way.
Americans must get the attention of the elite and must do so immediately.
December 20th, 2010 I implore you to join all of America in a national day of getting Congress’s attention. On that day please join us in one of the following:
1. Stay home and do nothing: No purchases, to television viewing, no movies, nothing. Read, talk, celebrate America with your family.
Or,
2. At 7:00am, no matter what time zone you are in, hit the streets with others in your area. American flags, protest signs and a high traffic area. Slow down the morning commute, bring it to a halt if you have the heart (it can be done with a handful of patriots, I know because I helped stop traffic on the busiest Hwy in Idaho). After rush hour, move to the mall, spread your people out so every entrance to the mall parking lot is covered. Ask people to not shop, spend or feed the beast on this day. And, when evening rush hour returns, return to where you started.
Why do this? Because we must get the attention of those in Congress and the White House. We are one step short of an armed revolution. Taking this step will hopefully stave off that option. For those of you who are under the mistaken idea that you are free, I ask you:
Can you smoke where you want?
Can you ride a motorcycle without a helmet?
Are you forced to wear seatbelts?
Can you eat what you want?
Are you able to access medical care you need, when you need it?
Can you practice free speech?
Can you own & carry a gun?
Can you peacefully assemble without the police?
Are you free to travel without a violation of your Fourth Amendment rights?
Face it, you are no longer free. The government has just given you the illusion of freedom to keep you from revolting. Come with me if you want to be free!
