Two Sheet Wonder Pamphlet Stitch album, FREE TUTORIAL, and introducing a NEW WAY to reinforce small gussets!

 Good morning! Here is the tutorial for my Two Sheet Wonder Album using my design team package from Country Craft Creations! This is using Be Mine by Carta Bella. This is a great scrap buster and so much fun to make. You can customize the pages any way you want, as long as you have two (12 x 12) sheets of patterned paper for the base. The rest is up to you!

I also introduce a new idea in reinforcing small gussets, and I'll demonstrate it on the "magnet style closure" that I did on the original project I shared (link below). All measurements are in the video. Have fun! Stay Crafty, my friends!

Acrylic Tag Album Prototype Album Project Share, Come see!

 I thought that I would share this prototype album, and I know what you are thinking, I usually don't do that, but this time I am! I made this prototype for my January 2026 design team project, and in that I used Carta Bella's Be Mine.

I received the Little Lumberjack papers in a Country Craft Creations Mystery Box a while ago and thought they would work well for trying out this project. And I was right, this album is so darn cute! Acrylic Tag Album Free Tutorial using Carta Bella BE MINE, a design team project for Country Craft Creations

 Here it is, the tutorial I promised! I love love LOVE this new Acrylic Tag Album, made by Country Craft Creations, and the Carta Bella Be Mine collection is perfect to use with it. Micro Mini Album FREE TUTORIAL, using Echo Park's Wedding Bliss and Little Lumber Jack! #paperstashsmash

 Hello, and welcome to my channel. Today's tutorial was inspired by some mini's I have done with the inspiration of Tiffany of Let's Get Scrappy. Today I have a new size and an idea for a folio inside the mini. I used scraps from my #paperstashsmash papers, and also scraps from Echo Parks Little Lumber Jack for the other. Cobblestone Creek Studios Shopping Haul!

 

Good morning!  I have been awake since 4 am and I'm getting stuff done!  

I recently had a very successful shopping spree at Cobblestone Creek Studios in Damascus, Oregon, and I just had to share.  Look at all of the amazing goodies!  In the video I share what I got and some ideas on what I may do with them...I love them all!

Hi Everyone!

 Happy New Year!

Can you believe that it is already 2026?  I can't, but I'm ready for it.  Last year was quite challenging and I am so hoping that 2026 brings a better time for my family, my work and just life in general.

I have been neglectful of my blog...and I am sorry.  I know that a lot of you follow me on YouTube and Instagram, even on Pinterest...but I know some do rely on the blog as well.  

My goals (I refuse to say resolutions, HAHA) for myself include a lot of things, but one of them is to revamp and upgrade this blog.  I want it to be amazing for you all, and a place you can come for lots of information and fun crafty things.  So, that being said, I will endeavor to redo my blog, update it and keep it current.  Please wish me luck with this!

I have a couple of videos out so far in January.  Please come and check them out.

First up, I have been a part of Country Craft Creations New Year's Eve Crop event.  This is so much fun and it is FREE!  Click on the video and see the Groovy layout that I created for this retro themed crop.  In the video's description you will find links to all of the free tutorials that the designers did.  I loved it so much and had a blast ringing in the new year with the retro designs and paper selections.

Technique Refresher Tutorial, Cutting 4 Large Mats from one 12x12 Paper, a Country Craft Creations Tutorial

 I recently had some inquiries on how to cut 4 large photo mats from one 12 x 12 paper. This technique has been around for a while, and works well to maximize your paper with minimal waste. I will demonstrate three sizes in the video, and will show you how to figure out other sizes for future projects. This works for any photo mat or cut you want to make that is larger than 4 x 6.

Do-Si-Do Waterfall Album, FREE TUTORIAL! A Country Craft Creations Design Team Project!

 Here it is...the tutorial on this amazing album that can hold over 60 photos!

This is the second project I'm making for Country Craft Creations with the beautiful paper collection "Autumn Junque" by Photo Play. I made this album from 6 sheets of patterned paper and 4 sheets of coordinating cardstock . And this is part of my challenge...I split the patterned paper and coordinating cardstock in half to see if I could make a junk journal and an album...and I DID!!! I used Kraft Artisan Cardstock (8 sheets) for the covers, the base pages and for mats and tags. I also used the Natural Artisan Cardstock (2 sheets) for photo mats and tags. Chipboard (Heavy Weight) 3 - 6 x 8 2 - 1 x 8 Cardstock to cover chipboard 3 - 8 x 10 2 - 4 x 10 2 - 5 x 7 7/8 Waterfalls (Made from the coordinating cardstock I received in my design team package, 4 sheets of 12 x 12 in 4 colors) 4 - 4 x 10 1/2 4 - 4 x 9 1/2 4 - 4 x 8 1/2 Pages 1 - 12 x 12 4 - 1 x 4 Tags, all are 4 x 6. I made a total of 8, 4 as mats and 4 as tags, with the Natural cardstock cut at 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 The Kraft and Natural Artisan were from my Country Craft Creations stash, as were two colors of additional seam binding I used, and the twine.
