Murder, Menageries, and Other Respectable Afternoon Horrors: A Cozy Regency Mystery of Love and Murder (Regency: Corpses & Courtship Club) by Marisa Paxon. I’d give this a five out of five stars for being exactly what it says on the tin: A cozy murder mystery with a menagerie, wonderful description and dialogue, and amusing characters, both major and minor.
