akhirnya ghue say pamit ke temen2

today is my last day with my current company..

here is my formal letter:

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and deep appreciation to you for our closed relationship.

I would take this opportunity to inform you all that today will be my last day with SATELKOM for I will continue my journey of life with other institution.

Thank you very much for all support and encouragement given during my work at SATELKOM (ASIAIDEA). Above all that, I enjoyed very much the warm friendship extended to me.

Please also extend your forgiveness should there be something that I did or said that offended you in the past, trust me it’s truly unintentional.

Dear teman..teman.. tercinta 😀

mmh.. akhirnya ghue nulis surat ini juga
bingung juga yach.. dulu sih sering nulis surat ginian..karena paling lama
ghue kerja di company cuman 2 taon ada yg malah blum nyampe 1/2 taon dah
cabut..
tapi disini mmh dah lama juga yach.. dari sept 2001 mpe saat ini nov 2007..
rekor terpecahkan 🙂

Test Kolesterol

Hmm..

hari jumat kemaren di ajakin temen2 ada check darah di kansai (satu group dengan gt), kebetulan gedungnya gak jauh2 banget dari gedung ghue. Test nya ma prodia, jadi ada orang dari prodia yg dateng ke kantor ada disc juga 20%.

ya sudah stlh jumat pagi gak sarapan dulu, ghue bertiga ma awn n jrengg ke kansai.. enaknya gak usah ke klinik karena biasanya nunggu nya rame..kalo pas rame :p

periksa kolesterol karena emank kolesterol agak tinggi, itu juga dah agak lama kira2 mo 2 taon yg lalu ghue periksa he..he.. harusnya per 6 bulan yah. selain itu periksa fungsi liver juga

hari jumat sore hasilnya dah ada, dan di anterin ke kansai berhubung hujan.. jadi rencana mo di ambil senin ma jreng., tapi gak jadi juga.. akhirnya tadi pagi ghue ambil..

ternyata hasilnya emank kolesterol ghue tinggi, tapi kayanya sih gak setinggi waktu itu mesti di check dulu nih ma hasil yg waktu itu.

ini nih hasilnya:

GPT 33* =>rujukan < 33

GOT 68* => rujukan < 50

kolesterol total 230* => rujukan <200

kolesterol LDL 168* => rujukan <100

kolesterol HDL 35* => rujukan >=40

trigliserida 146 => rujukan < 150

 mmh kayanya ghue mesti ke dokter deh minta obat 😦

tapi hasil trigliseridanya masih di bawah nilai rujukan walau tinggi di banding test yg waktu itu kayanya ada improvement… mmmh.. berarti mesti jaga makan lagi.. ma olahraga lagi yach..

smoga ntar 6 bulan lagi bisa turun lagi kadar kolesterolnya 😀

Indocomtech Exhibition 2007

My Friends and I just visit indocomtech exhibition, it is huge exhibition that took all the areas at JHCC

The exhibition start from 14 Nov 2007 till 18 Nov 2007 *thanks for the correction jreng*

It’s free entrance and you’ll find a lot of interesting gadgets in that area.

I met my sister in law in that exhibition, she is working at HP booth. My friends seems not believe that she is my sister he..he.. coz i am not mention that she is my sister in law :p

My First One.. :D

Mmh…

This is my first time making a blog…actually it’s hard for me to start writing..bcoz i am not a writer..but this “BLOG;”  makes me curios so I start to make it one .. and see what’s going on later … hopefully this is not the latest one. 😀

 I am just configure out how to make a blog..so, hopefully my first one doesn;t that bad ..he.he..
