In this season of light, in the midst of a trying life season of care-giving and decisions, even when it doesn’t “feel” very lightful and bright, I’m learning to lean in to trusting God who has always been faithful.
He tenderly meets me each day with love and reassurance. His Word promises He is with my family and I as we walk through another day, and I’m trusting Him to keep His promise.
Photos captured in “the wilderness” and as our guide shared, “death valley”, mentioned in the Psalms, Israel 2011 pilgrimage.
Thankful for this safe place to share my heart and life-journey days.
“The splendor-light of heaven’s glorious sunrise is about to break upon us in Holy visitation, all because the merciful heart of our God is so very tender.” Luke 1:78 TPT
Dedicated to a little deer who from what we can tell, is here on our property by herself. She often comes right up to the back porch.
Many deer live and roam freely here but generally they herd together.
Standing at the kitchen sink this morning, a “lone deer” caught my eye running and playing in the field. The deer was at a distance, and I couldn’t be sure if it was her.
“How sweet, she’s chasing the birds in play,” but thinking she was by herself made my heart sad.
Rejoice, not more than a few minutes later, another “lone deer” came up to play too!
My garden is full of delights! It fills the senses with beauty, color and wonder. It helps me to understand beautiful truths about God, the Creator of heaven and earth.
