We all know the value of good health, no matter we acknowledge it or not.
You may ignore or avoid anything, but never ignore your health.
Start taking care of your health now if you are not doing it already to reap itās benefits now and in the long run, else, youāll definitely regret it.

Majority of us are suffering because of different kind of illnesses, such as :
- Low/high blood pressure
- Anxiety due to high stress level
- Thyroid issues
- Diabetes
- Weight issues
- Body ache due to deficiency of Vitamin D/ B12
- Cholesterol problems
- Anaemia
And the list goes on.
First of all, full body check up on yearly basis is essential to be aware of our state of health.
Then, of course, medication is important if any problem or illness is diagnosed.
But, what we need to do on a regular basis to avoid and escape from majority of problems is
šøTo be aware of our environment and the people around us
šøTo be mindful of what we eat and drink
šøTo change our lifestyle for the betterment.
Well, Iām no expert and suffer myself from low blood pressure at times. My stress level elevates and Iām a Vitamin D deficient. My weight fluctuates as well.
But I try and follow a balanced lifestyle to maintain my sanity and to be on track.
ā Physical Activity
- I try to keep myself physically active on and off. I go to gym or for a walk or just try to be active inside the house somehow.
ā Balanced Diet
- I try and eat as much healthy as I can. I include fruits in my diet such as banana, papaya or any seasonal fruit on a daily basis. I try and drink milk everyday. I mostly eat homemade food cooked in mustard oil (using minimum oil). I avoid fried food. I eat outside once in a week at max.
ā Water Intake
- I drink as much water as I can. 2 litres at least.
ā Being Positive
- I try to keep my stress at bay by having good company, watching quality content on OTT, reading, writing and spending time with my daughter.
