Long Cool Woman (In a Black Dress)

Hey Fabs! I’m back again with more inventory cleaning finds! 😉 I got to my folder of advent items from Goldsquare, and there are some gorgeous gifts in here! I flew over to the store to see ALL of the 31 free gifts in the 2025 Advent Calendar are still out and available to anyone who wears the group tag.

The gift that keeps on giving

Every year, it’s always the Goldsquare calendar. Not only does she allow you to get past gifts, she fills this thing to the brim for the whole month! Generally, too, once it ends, the gifts don’t disappear, they just move to the gift room. You can currently pick up the last 2 years of Advent gifts there. The Goldsquare group is only 9L to join. Woah.

I found this black dress in Day 31 I believe, it’s one of 2 versions. It’s rigged to fit:

Don’t forget accessories

Last week I blogged a pair of guillotine earrings I found at Caprice, and when I joined the group for free, I also brought home these Vintage moon earrings (in black and white). They were perfect to match the gold trim on my hat too.

I’ve blogged this clutch before but I’ll mention it again, because it is super. It’s the Kisslock Clutch and it’s a group gift over at Indigo. It comes in multiple colors, right and left holds, and the group is free to join.

Snow on the Sand

Hello Fabulous Readers. Gus and I took a stroll on the frosty beach on the Frogmore sim. My free top and floral necklace had me feeling a bit nostalgic for summer, but I sure needed this new jacket I picked up.

Soft and Feminine

My new Tender Crop Top from Evie inspired today’s look. She features delicate shoulder straps, a cropped fit, and a delicate pink hue. I love the way the straps criss-cross in the back and lace together. This will be a perfect warm weather top, and I can see pairing it with cut-offs, a skirt, or capris. It might have a summery style, but it suited me just fine in SL when I slipped a fuzzy jacket over it. The designer includes a texture HUD with plenty of options for the top and strings. The Tender Crop is the latest free gift for members of the Evie Store Group, which is free to join!

Flower Power

To accessorize, I slipped on the Darner Necklace from FaeTal. I picked it up on the Marketplace for just 75L$. It features multiple strands, accented with beads, a dragonfly, and a daisy. The designer includes a HUD that you can use to show/hide sections and tint the metal. I used all six strands in my photo, but it’s equally cute with just the choker visible. I’m not sure how long this special price is good for, so if you like it as much as I do, don’t delay!

Skinned

In other exciting news, there is a free gift card at Akeruka, more commonly known as AK. You’ll see a black 1000L gift card on the wall, that you just need to click on while wearing your AK group tag. If you’re not already in the group it will cost you 150L to join, but it’s a good one with lots of high value gifts such as this free 1000L gift card and free heads. When you click the card on the wall you’ll get a folder in your inventory – attach the giftcard from that folder and click on it to add the 1000L to your balance. This is for face skins, not body skins, and from what I saw those generally cost 750L per skin tone. So. it’s a free 1.25 face skins. Yup, I did the math. I picked out the lovely skin that I’m wearing here, but you get to try on some demos and pick out whichever face skin strikes your fancy, for free! I found one that I love, I bet you will too.

I Feel Lucky

I did what bloggers do when they want something fresh to post; I hit some lucky boards. The lucky letter boards at Vaki Kvaki & Eternus are both open to everyone. No group is needed.

Lucky Board Loot

I spent a little time at Vaki Kvaki and scooped up two prizes. One of them is the Linda top and the other is this great pair of pants, Zendaya. The two colors/textures compliment each other quite nicely. Both come in the colors shown and are completely free! I adore the shininess of the pants texture. It makes me feel all sparkly inside.

The Maitreya sizes fit well with minimal use of the alpha cuts on the body hud for the LaraX I’m wearing.

Catwalk Attitude & Choos

It’s Tuesday so that means that it’s Fifty Fifty time. I picked up a model attitude pose AO at Plastic for only $50 L. You wear it and have 3 poses/walks to choose from. My inventory is out of control so I will soon begin purging old poses and animation. I’ve collected quite a few!

Of course I needed special shoes for that cat walk. Pure Poison to the rescue! I found the Zoe pumps still set to the sale price of $50L for the Wanderlust sale. Theses shoes, like all of the footwear here, are simply gorgeous. You can change the textures to your liking to match your outfit. If you like these I’d recommend that you get to the store as soon as possible because the price will go up again by the weekend.

A Treat For Me

The last thing I want to show you today is the lovely floral themed jewelry set. It is on sale at 50% off at RealEvil Industries. It is over the $75L mark but so worth it. It comes as an entire set with necklace, earrings, and bracelets with rings. A massive hud is included so you can change all of the different pieces/parts. The price is $250L while the sale is on. It’s a very versatile set.

Well, that’s it for me today. I hope to bring you more news soon. I’ve been plagued with a respiratory infection and a busted laptop. The laptop is functioning again so here I am!

Fresh As A Daisy

OK Fabs these are exciting times! I don’t think the lucky boards at Tentacio have changed in a year, but they have now, and you can almost make an entire free outfit from what you can win!

So fresh

I legit squealed when I saw these boards had changed, and I begged for help from our in-world group. See, I’m at Tentacio almost every weekend. I love her style and accessories, I wear them all the time. When I saw you could put all of these together to make an outfit I knew I had to stand there alllllllllll day to win them. In the end, I had to ask Sky to come hit the board with the top and then it finally gave me a “B”! Anyway let’s talk about what I won:

Fashion Flair From a Comfy Chair

Happy Monday, Fab Free! Gus and I spent some time lounging on a cozy armchair this weekend and came away with this fabulous outfit for free. Let’s skip right to the details!

I “Spotted” This One Right Away

Over at the Luna Chelsea Creations sim, there’s a room dedicated to lucky chairs and camping spots. As soon as I entered, I saw the Ciarra Outfit camping couch over in the corner, and I knew she had to be mine! This free prize includes the off-the-shoulder tied top, sleek trousers, as shown in my photo, and a texture HUD. The cropped blouse is definitely the star of the show. It features extra-long sleeves to keep your arms covered, a playful, wrapped design, and soft, fluid ties that drape naturally. The pants hug your curves, emphasize your waist with crisscrossed strings, and have slightly flared bottoms that add a relaxed finish. I opted to go with a black and white pattern on the blouse and plain black trousers, but with the enclosed HUD, you can select from 15 solid colors or 15 polka-dotted options for both the top and bottoms. To pick up the Ciarra set for yourself, must be a member of the Luna Chelsea Creations group (it’s completely free to join), and you’ll also need a spare hour to spend chilling on the comfy chair. Now that sounds like a big chunk of time, but I just let SL run in the background while I watched a couple of YouTube videos, and the time passed quickly. I’m planning to head back soon to try to win some of the lucky chair prizes.

Rosy Lips

While browsing the Marketplace, I came across the Rosea Lipstick pack for EvoX from Eris Cosmetics for just 1L$. This HUD features 9 glossy options ranging from nude to noir. I sometimes have trouble finding a lipstick add-on that matches the shape and contour of my lips, but this set was perfect. With so many shades to choose from, the Rosea Lipstick collection will be a versatile addition to my SL makeup kit. It’s practically a steal for just 1 Linden dollar!

Since you can wear the top and trousers separately, this outfit is sure to be a multi-seasonal styling option for me. I can see pairing the top with a plain maxi or mini skirt or a pair of shorts in warmer weather. Until our next post, happy shopping!
