This book is really a best seller. Easy to understand and digest.

If you are a property investor or planning to be one, it is advisable to read this book before you venture in this exciting journey. Faizul Ridzuan really captivates me by his easy methods on how to make 1000% returns on capital in less than three years.

Now, after reading the book, one must apply it to ensure the knowledge does not go to waste. Hopefully manage to buy my third property before year end.

Ok…title tu maybe a little bit misleading. Bukan aku nak menyewa kat situ. Tapi aku nak sewakan rumah.

Luas rumah tu 1062sqft. 3 bilik tidur 2 bilik air. Ground floor menghadap swimming pool which is cool kalau nak tengok chicks. Antara amenities yang ada (menurut kata developer which aku belum verify lagi) ada gymnasium kepada fitness buff. Turut ada court tennis atas parking lot.

Planning tu rent it partially furnish yang mana akan disediakan beberapa katil, washing machine, water heater, perhaps throw in a tv set etc. Tapi kalau ada yang nak rent it kosong pun won’t be a problem. Boleh arrange.

Unit tu just a walking distance dengan KLIUC sama UNITEN. Boleh tengok dekat www.iproperty.com and type Unipark Condo. So sesape yang berminat boleh roughly bajet berapa rental price area situ. But still negotiable.
