all inside himself… even he’s not saying a word to me…I can read his mind ‚cuz we are all sharing it… his thoughts all inside myself… even if I don’t use to talk about…

questioning your meales, your training plans, your supps, your motivation… then wake up and do it all again… taking the supps before breakfast, taking the cardio, before breakfast, absolving that so called torture““… before breakfast… feeling the adrenaline, tasting it… sweating, hustling… smiling at your damn self in the mirror… the shower washing it all… starting questioning your abilities again…

we took a break. vacation. summer. sun. water… the body, regenarating… the mind, dying.

starting again. the mirror laughing at your damn self…

NEVER settel!

chasing. aiming. set your mind. mind body connection.

I love him. suffering. sweating. flexing. curling. lifting. sharing my dreams even if he’s not understanding my passion. call it obsession… how lazy people use  to call it. dedication.
