Greetings to all, “cynthia on Mary’s Land” here.  Just wanted to let you know that I’ve not been ‘active’ with much of anything the past year or so due to various medical complications compounded by typical ignorant though most certainly not stupid front line folks in what I prefer to all “legal land” and or “fiction land.”

In summary due to life companion’s own mental limitations inter-twined with those of my biological parents first I went through the ‘standard hoops’ yet standing my ground on lawful vs legal and other core concepts and to be expected even though I provided actual “positive law” which are ‘government’ “laws” the men and womb-men would only “see” “policy” and literally nothing else.  As a result after about three months, November through January, I opted to writing the STATE OF MARYLAND Governor larry / HOGAN.  Regretfully I did so in a ‘normal’ fashion which was to NOT be CLEAR in exactly what it is that I need from him.  Rather ‘rambling’ to the difficulty and actual immediate need for various medical services.  Certainly this is not “pre-paid” but at least ‘something’ towards resolution.  I received confirmation to fully authenticated “Certificate of Live Birth” with ‘deed poll’ on the back because upon receipt to said MEDICAID card it was in the “NAME” but I was not clear as to ‘where’ the card(s) or reply mail should be sent because all has been sent to ‘old’ “Address” being Damascus, Montgomery County, Maryland and not the correct and current “Address” which is General Delivery, Frederick City and County, Maryland  21701.  Upon receipt I was then able to move forward as the insurance card is what was holding things up, otherwise requiring “payment in advance” for which we honestly do not have.  However, the local “full service” ob gyn’s will not accept MEDICAID or STATE and only “Maryland Physician’s Care” which is the “MCO” I chose as a result.

The next consideration is that in the past I have mailed a ‘batch’ of hospital bills to STATE OF MARYLAND Governor which I’m happy to say regardless those “Ney sayers” that the Governor processed because the package was never returned, though have received a few “late notice” letters.  Up to I would say a week in any month I’ve been able to fully function and the others not able to ‘do’ anything for various reasons.

So, my next step is to focus on setting up a ‘counting’ think “double entry book keeping” through STATE Governor and have him handle the  “money” side, forwarding ALL “MEDICAID” and “Maryland Physician’s Care” paper work to STATE of MARYLAND Governor to handle as self-expressed Trustee.

I am also happy to say that having sent direct communication to Governor more recently to clarify my situation, it has been verified that ‘they’ have set me up with the HIGHEST quality and rated doctors and service providers.  I am thankful that the STATE Governor has taken the “high road” by having this established by the Frederick Memorial Hospital.  One other final ‘challenge’ is getting all of the various companies “on the same page” when it comes to the proper mailing address.  I have ‘legal’ documentation proof to both living on Ballenger Creek (non incorporated) for at least three years along with print out and signature with phone number for proper mailing address from the local post office that I pick up mail a minimum of weekly.  I need to get this along with cover letter to both MEDICAID and Maryland Physicians Care so that mail is not delayed or returned due to “Forwarding Address Expired” etc.

One  other challenge this past week was needing a “deep cleaning” for my teeth due to excessive tarter build up.  MEDICAID would not cover the cost due to anesthesia use so turned to another for help in that area.  Thankfully no infection as my mother originally had concern about.  Upon speaking to another I do feel it appropriate to write one final letter specific to the medical and money situation which should solve all honest needs.  Upon completion I should not have any further ‘road blocks’ in any form.  The primary focus will be on healing.

When the next communication goes out it should solve all … only time will tell.

Be it known by all, that I Michael Wayne Parsons, as a living flesh and blood man that on this day of 27 in the month of January and the year 2017 do hereby give notice to all in the world that I am not a citizen of the United States, nor any corporation posing as government such as STATE OF TENNESSEE CORPORATION.  Any who wish to challenge this admission must do so by responding to this notice within 30 business days of posting.  Notice is also given to any one in the world who may have a contract (or unsigned presumbed contract) under the above name, that this notice serves as an addendum to all contracts or presumptions ab initio, in which the signatory name may (or may not) appear.  Notice that the following be included as part and above the perceived signatory name which is in fact an autograph with or without the notice “without prejudice, UCC1-207, UCC1-308, or …, which indicates done under threat, duress and coercion rendering it a void contract and all of my loving God given rights are reserved.”

Let it be known to all that this notice also serves to rebut any presumption that any Federal, State, County or Municipality or and Corporation posing as government including but not limited to any and all STATE OF…., COUNTY OF…, CITY OF…, COUNTRY OF…, etc, has authority (parens patriae) over any of my cland or property.

Let it be known that as a flesh and blood living man I can not see communicate with any corporations as they are non-living fictions on paper and in the minds of fools, and as such, I can only reply to living flesh and blood men and womb-men.
