As much as we want every day of our lives to be fantastic, there are those times that we wake up feeling less than inspired, a bit groggy and just not pumped about what’s to come. So how do we turn that around? Well for starters…Become aware of how you are feeling! Awareness is the first step in realizing what we do and don’t want in that moment. If we do not feel that great, it’s up to us to change our focus. By shifting our focus to things that do make us happy in that moment, we start to develop a better feeling attitude within ourselves.
Wise people will say, “Start your mornings off in gratitude.” When we shift our focus to what we appreciate in our life, the weather that day, the way our dog makes us feel, a funny text from a friend of ours, we start to focus more on what we do like. When our thoughts shift to more of what we do want and enjoy in life, we attract more of the same thoughts. Now, all of the sudden our bla morning has just changed into something much better.
It’s all about momentum and focus. Once we get that momentum going, we start becoming aware of how great life really is and all the wonderful things that make up our life. It’s all working out just the way it should be so love all parts of it. When we feel that positive energy within, we have the fuel to go out and inspire others!
