He is extremely opposed to the thought of MC and ML being together and tries to disrupt them at every opportunity, but strangly I find it rather adorable. Normally I don’t like random people who act like this towards MC/ML. In fact, there’s an example of it… Zoe from „Surprise! The supposed talent show was actually ~?!“

Most of the time, we get detailed descriptions about music, music pieces and of course the orchestras.. Since our MC is a violinist, who wants to play the first violin in the worlds top orchestra. Which in fact would be the orchestra where our ML is the conductor. Normally, the ML is portraied as being nearly invincible.. But Min Chen has two flaws.. he’s scared of bugs and he can’t play the violin. Well, being a conductor, the king of piano and having perfect pitch is already sufficient…

Regarding this novel, if you don’t like classical music, then most probably you won’t like this one. But if you do, you will love it. Especially since Bet always includes links to the corresponing music.

Personally, I absolutely dislike arc 1, because the ML in his obsession simply kidnapped MC and more or less imprisoned him, as well as forcefully injured him in order to prevent him from leaving, but MC doesn’t really mind it.. Did I already mention, that I’m not good with such a ML? 😀

But in the following arcs, ML gets better and more stupid.. or adorable.. *cough*

At first his translation was great, which doesn’t mean his later translations dropped in quality, not at all, it’s just.. But I first have to admit something. This post will be different from all the other posts, simply, because I stopped reading the novel at chapter 268. The reason is pretty simple. Currently I have personal issues, meaning, my mind doesn’t allow me to continue reading. The novel itself is of the genre Action, Adventure, Romance, Comedy, Yaoi and Supernatural. There is no drama, no BE, no dog blood.. But… I have some issues with the worlds themselves. But let me explain in detail, for your better understanding.

In this novel, the MC named Xie Xi is a young man, who got transported into a strange world, where he has to play games? Or rather, he has to take on a role in different stories/worlds and to fulfil tasks. In a sense you could say, it’s quick transmigration, but this would be a rather crude description, because it’s not really QT…

His luck is good as always, only the creator of the worlds he’s visiting is a little bit different from the others. Not only are the only worlds available for Xie Xi, the special creations of God X, but the tasks of those worlds are sometimes questionable. Other people have to do serious tasks, but Xie Xi has to pedal several boats at the same time?

Well, as it turned out, all those protagonists who fell in love with him in those worlds are strands of God X’s soul, which he used to create those worlds. This makes it impossible for other people to enter his worlds, only Xie Xi is able to, because his souls love him. Only, poor little Xie Xi is quite unhappy about this. Even after learning about the reason for those broken world tasks, he is still unhappy. In fact, he can’t stand this God X.

This is, until those two enter an open world, where our ML looses his memory of MC, and

Although I know, it’s a 1vs.1 story and all those ML inside the worlds are in fact one and the same person, but just the fact, that Jiang Xie (ML) forces his wife to give him a „green hat“, and he is practically forced by his own soul to suffer at the hand of his „slag“ wife, makes me currently ….

Well, I’m not that good at it.

It’s honestly quite annoying, because the novel is absolutely lovely. The worlds are deep and colorful, the background stories are just as perfect and about the translation we don’t have to say anything, Rainbow Turtle, as always 😉

Soooo…. because of that reason, I dropped reading this novel, which means, currently I’m completely unable to re-read this novel in order to make a character sheet.

Several incidents later, Li Zhao moves into the villa next to Yan Ting, whom he thinks of a person who has a few shops and some buildings… With his lively personality which is in stark contrast to the gloomy and cold Yan Ting, he befriends him while steadily rising in popularity as an actor.

Supported by his closest buddy, he is very happy and doesn’t hesitate to support his TingTing as well. Over time he discovers his TingTing’s secrets and the two fall in love with each other.

At the end they get married and Li Zhao becomes film emperor.

Basically this story is nothing new, the plot is predictable but extremely fluffy and cute. Li Zhao is a hardworking person who appears to be a little silly and completely harmless. But from my point of view, this is just a disguise!

If need be, he can lash out, literally. At all other times he reacts with smiles, which leaves his opponents with the feeling of hitting cotton.

Our little ML Yan Ting is even more tragic than Li Zhao, because he’s suffering a trauma. His past was horrible and his state of mind is unstable. But just the appearance of this lively little fellow around him is enough to pull him out of his depression. Although those two are sometimes a little awkward around each other, especially TingTing, who sometimes seems as if he doesn’t know what to do.

This guy is just a big loyal dog, completely defenseless against Li Zhao but at the same time extremely possessive, he’s partially even borderlining on being yandere, but this isn’t an issue, since Li Zhao’s influence on him is just way too strong.

Well, what to say? I’m a tiny little bit conflicted about this novel. Our MC again is a transmigrator from the apocalypse, who suffers a mental trauma which left him unable to sleep. If not for his secret space and the spiritual spring inside, he would have collapsed long ago. His family perished during the apocalypse in a rather tragic way, after transmigration he finds himself with a large family. Parents, eldest brother with wife and twin-children, 2nd brother, 3rd sister who already married out and is pregnant, as well as two younger twin brothers.

This family lives in ancient times and on top of it, he’s a ger. A male who is able to give birth. His eldest and second brother resemble his original elder brothers. His eldest brother was reborn and knows about his transmigration. This new family died by the hands of another transmigrator, the legitimate daughter of the prime minister. MC’s body is sickly since birth, he’s much more frail than other gers in the village.

Because of the government regulation he has to marry at the age of 16. Luckily, there’s again a butterfly effect, a young man with memory loss was rescued by MC’s father in the mountains. The two of them get married and our tensed Lin Mo can finally sleep peacefully, als long as Cheng Yan is around him. Since his 2nd brother takes the imperial exam to become an official, MC and ML are following him to the capital, after ML’s amnesia gets healed by the spring water.

I can’t tell more, because this would be a great spoiler for those who haven’t read the story yet, but I still want to express my irritation about the discovery Lin Mo made after arriving at the capital.

The author seems to have been dissatisfied about a pure double-transmigration+rebirth-story and added an almost hilarious background story coupled with a person who just simply doesn’t fit into the setting.. But even then, I really like the story. ML is doting and fluffy towards his wife. There’s no drama between them and just the point of MC being unable to sleep without his husband is just too cute, although the reason is rather sad.

Currently I can’t remember whether or not I’ve read the 4 extra chapters.. But the last one, that is chapter 74, I’ve definitely not read, because this is about MC’s life without Cheng Yan. So to say, from the original timeline of his eldest brother.

Our MC is not only a transmigrator, but one who had suffered greatly, just when his spirit was so worn out and broken, and he thought he would finally die, he was saved.

This traumatized little guy with a broken body and scarred face finds himself accepted by the villagers around him. Nobody asked him questions, he was just allowed to quietly recuperate (in rather poor circumstances, literally poor). Raising livestock, making use of his experience to support this little government, earning money, bickering with his ML who is a literally sweet person and step by step learning to accept himself while finding a reason to live on.

I want to write an essay about this novel. I want to worship the author and kneel down while burning incence! But I don’t know what to write. Even now, just while thinking about the story, I can feel myself tearing up. For this novel you need a large amount of tissues. MC is greatly traumatized, ML has a sweet tooth and they learn to love each other slowly.. it takes them years until they get together. Not only is Mo Shu helping his wife to heal his trauma, he himself is supported and helped by Nan Ge Er. This novel is psychological, really deep. Just how many times was I crying rivers while reading?

Those two poor mistreated souls are so pitiful, but at the same time so strong! Setting aside the serious problem of their minds, and the poor condition of the magistrate office, because ML spends all his money to support his villagers, this whole novel is simply nourishment for souls. I honestly don’t know how to describe it otherwise. They are so cute, each and every person… The amount of care and fluff is amazing..

No I’m not exaggerating, this novel is based in modern setting, then the apocalypse arrives. Our MC Luo Xun is just an ordinary person who survived for 10 years during the apocalypse, on his 32nd birthday he decided to buy a young child to raise as a son out of loneliness. But this child ran away and Luo Xun followed, saving the child from being killed in a brawl between two ability users.

Knowing what’s about to happen, like in all the other rebirth apocalypse stories, Luo Xun prepares himself, including moving to A City, where he lived for 8 years. He doesn’t want to hug tights.. or become a powerful person. He just wants to live quietly by himself, maybe find a partner to spend his life with and growing vegetables for his survival. But the butterfly effect is strong. First only some minor changes occur, like that handsome ML who suddenly moves in with him.. Or the 5 university students from next door… the beautiful but mentally tense doctor. Those are just as an example.

So this little otaku who’s only interested in growing crops and living well, finds himself with friends and a lover, being the leader of his own little squad, while struggeling with the world around him and the many different changes created by his little butterfly wings.

This story is really so cute. Although there obviously wasn’t an editor or proofreader at work, the quality is still bearable. The MC is smart and not a pushover, but still only an ordinary person without abilities. And in his Squad he’s not the only one. The ML as always has a stong background, but despite his ability and his background he prefers to live quietly with his little wife, quite contrary to other ML’s…

Well, to be honest, ML Yan Fei is still extremely powerful. I would even dare to say, he’s the most powerful person in the base. But he, his little wife and their circle of friends are all down-to-earth and don’t want to get involved with messy things. When ML’s parents finally arrive at the base, it starts to get a little troublesome, but overall there’s no great drama.

Finally the main couple ends up with two children, a new home and a zoo!

No that’s not really a spoiler, well kind of, but not completely. Because each chapter is relatively long and you really have to read through it, otherwise those informations don’t really explain anything.

It’s a refreshing story, with much fluff, comedy, love and a little fighting, as well as farming and watching those few people living their life’s in a low-key manner.

I can only recommend this novel to anyone who likes the apocalypse setting. From my point of view you really can’t go wrong with this novel.

Don’t worry, although it’s said to be Horror, the story itself is more fluffy than frightening. In a sense, you could say, it’s Quick Transmigration, but not really. Our MC Su Min is in fact just watching/taking part in movies as an audience member.

Where other viewers get frightened and sometimes even killed, Su Min on the contrary is flirting, or rather being flirted with by the ML.

The novel is very well written and despite being of horror genre, most of the time I was laughing myself to tears. Did anyone of you read „I wasn’t born lucky“? If so, let me tell you, „To be a heartthrob in a horror movie“ is similar. Just as funny and interesting. I can only recommend this novel to you.

The only thing I’m a little unhappy with, would be the overly rushed ending. I really got the feeling, the author either didn’t know how to properly end it, or simply didn’t have the patience to write a proper ending. Because of this the whole thing ended within 2 chapters. After MC found out the identity of his husband, he went to visit him and they got instantly married on the spot.

As for the story itself, Su Min is an university student, who out of curiousity or out of boredom went to the cinema to experience a movie as a.. live-in-actor? Well, he takes over a role in the movie. While his friends and other people only partake in comedy movies or dramas, Su Min decided to try his luck in a horror movie. And each and every time he gets the role of a cannon fodder who dies almost instantly. But he manages to survive until the end of the movie each time. (No, this isn’t a spoiler, if he died like his character was supposed to, why even bother to write the novel?)

During the different horror movies, he meets a ghost which is invisible to the actors and other viewers inside the movie, only him and the audience outside can see him. And the audience doesn’t hesitate to ship those two. The movies he takes part in, will afterwards be opened for the audience to view themselves, and because of his success, the movie theater treats him like a treasure.

His husband Chen Su painstakingly leads him to regain his memories of their childhood until Su Min finally remembers what he had forgotten. And when the two of them officially reunite in the real world, they get married on the spot.

What else is there to say? Mh, other than the setting and the background of the story, which is really fantastic from my point of view, the past of Chen Su is really tragic.
