Mas lalong speechless ang daddy!
Me: Kanino mo narinig yung "crush'?
Jezka: Sabi kasi ni "classmate", crush daw nya ko.
Me: Anong sinabi mo?
Jezka: Wala. Ano ba yung "crush"
Me: Kelan sinabi ni "classmate" yun sayo?
Jezka: Nung nag e-eat kami.
Hmmm...humahaba ang diskusyon...we have to answer the magic question...
Me: Anak, ang ibig sabihin ng crush...gusto ka lang maging FRIEND ni "classmate". OK?
Jezka: OK (na may kilig factor!!!!)

Im Back!
Gosh! I missed my blog!
Its been more than a month na din....so many things happened the past weeks. Nakaka drain...challenging...exciting...
My boss resigned...We are on a transition period as we plan to register a new representative office...A lot of changes & adjustments under the new management...Whew!
Just hired my temporary replacement while on maternity leave...with tons of work to do, eto, di pa din tapos ang trun over...tsk...tsk...tsk...
My dad is in and out of the hospital since June. With 2 damaged kidneys, he has to undergo Dialysis twice a week. So far, we are surviving & surpassing the financial difficulties. With the help of God, I know we can sustain.
Im on my 35th weeksof pregnancy.
Prisoner for the next 2 weeks as we wait for the arrival of our baby Jianna Kathlyn (Jia for short). Im supposed to have my CS operation schedule on August 18th but with my condition now, we might go on August 15 (earliest possible). I was advised to take complete bed rest because of a threatened pre-term labor. Have to obey & follow strict doctor's orders, than be sorry in the end. I still have lots of pending work at the office (which really bothers me), but I am also a mother who has greater responsibility to my family & unborn baby. Di ko yata mapapatawad sarili ko if I insist to go to work while my baby is at risk. So I'll just take everything easy. I guess I deserve this break sa dami ng pressure at stress ko the past months.
More time for myself...for ate Jezka & Honey as we wait for our baby Jia!

Cellphone-Less again!
For the 3rd time this year, I'm phone-less again! Hmp!
My good old Nokia 6610 finally gave up yesterday...for the nth time na nabagsak sya...huhuhu!
I tried to have it repaired (again) at Megamall...but the technician guys gave up. With high hopes, I went to Makati pa to have it checked sa cellphone repair shop at MRT Ayala station (Libreng sakay kahapon...hehehe...from 5mp to 7pm sa MRT in celebration daw of Independence day! Thanks for the ride!).
I'm not into gadgets...for me, as long as the gadget serves its purpose, OK na sakin. I remember our first cellphone (naku, anniv gift pa yata namin ni hubby-then-bf yon), it was a Motorola D360 pa yata. After a year, we switched na to postpaid line sa Globe...imagine the free cellphone pa was a Nokia 3210! Love na love ko ang jologs na phone na yun...2 years ago lang sya napalitan ng Nokia 6610 (na bumigay na din!)
I'm currently phone-less...totally unreachable. Does this mean its time na to buy a new one? Hmm...naku wala sya sa budget as of this time ha! I was scouting nga of the cheapest phone...sabi naman ni hubby, sakin nalang daw ang cellphone nya at sya nalang daw ang bibili? Hmmm...makatarungan ba yan? Ipasa ba sakin ang pinaglumaan nyang cellphone?

And the gender is...
It's a GIRL!
I had my 2D ultrasound yesterday to check on the baby & to know the gender na din.
Hon was with me...nag undertime because mas excited pa sya sakin to confirm the gender.
The moment of truth...the OB-Sono said "300% GIRL! Eto ang legs nya...naka tihaya...at eto ang line. Super likot na baby Girl!"
Napakamot sa ulo ang daddy...pero naka smile pa din :)
While waiting for the official results, parang windang pa din ang daddy...
Daddy: Di bale, i e-enroll ko nalang silang mag-ate sa Karate, tsaka may mga pinsan naman sila na mag babantay sa kanila
Me: E pano kung GF pala ng pinsan ang isa sa mga friends ng anak mo? E di naisahan ka na?
Daddy: Hindi pwede yan...di sila makakalusot sakin dahil gawain ko na yan! Iniisip pa lang nila e alam ko na (aba parang threatened ang daddy?!)
Me: 2 na pala pag iipunan natin ng pang Debut ano?
Daddy: Oo nga ano? dapat pala doble kayod. At least di na ako gagastos sa mga kasal nila! Kaya dapat lang e matino ang mapang asawa nila.
Me: At hindi magpapa buntis!
Daddy: Di bale...sa iba nalang ako babawi ng BOY!
Seems like, kami ang na pressure at bigla kaming nag fast forward?
Wala lang! Basta Happy pa din kami. Most of all, wagi si Jezka because eversince, she wanted a baby sister.
Hmmm...ano kaya kung mag try ulit after 3 yrs? Kaya pa kaya? Malamang e kalbo na si Hon!
