No time for breakfast? Get a Magic Bullet!
September 9, 2008
Ok in my case is more like too lazy to make breakfast… Until now!! I’ve kept my metabolism quick by eating 6 small meals a day, trying to keep carb intake high in the morning and decrease throughout the day. Magic Bullet and frozen fruit to the rescue! I throw a banana in there, 4 scoops of blueberries and 5 strawberries. Add half a cup of 1% skim milk and another of water, topped off with 30 mLs of whey protien and viola!! I love this thing!

Well now it’s official, I am officially behind life schedule! Never woulda thought this guy could grow up, settle down and get married, much less before me! But proud to say he has, and what an amazing day we had to celebrate.
(except for the rain that made the bears bloody looking anyway)
First off was the ceremony at a nice little church with a pretty amazing sign.
So 08/08/08 was the lucky Chinese day and it didn’t dissappoint as we were treated to a crazy 12 course meal that took a good 5 hours to serve to the 500 or so in attendance at Andy’s parents Chinese restaurant (which by the way has the best Dim Sum I can remember having).
Also it marked the reunion for the OG Horseman Racing crew, including special guest mafia boss Quincy and his gravelly voice sidekick Victor (who seems to have lost a vocal chord for the time being for great dramatic godfather effect).
Dude where’s my cat?

Rucking Amazing
August 5, 2008
Yesterday was a Civic holiday up in the great white north and with some nice weather I decided to take my Ruck out for a little cruise. Having just watched Harold and Kumar go to White Castle I had a craving for some junk so off to Mickey Dees I went.
Every time I park the ruck I always get bombarded by strange men and their inquisitive minds, and this time was no different. “what is that?”, “how fast does it go?”, “how much is that?”, “do you need a licence?”, “how much gas?”, etc etc.
I sat inside the restaurant for a good 30 minutes watching people pull up, get out of their cars, take a good look or double take… I really have to stop building guy magnets.

Yesterday I had an invite from all star hockey goalie Wincent Harjono to join he and Lil for some yummy chilese eats at First Markham Place.
After finishing my delicious bowl of black sesame paste we found some awesomeness in the parking lot…
And who wouldn’t want a seat cushion that goes “galloping under the sun tirelessly feeling forever”? Is that Haiku?
