Trolls can tell the truth

Way to make a first impression. Thanks for the eyesore, Bioware. What don’t you want to do in a trust exercise? Let the person fall into the pits of hell. What the first thing you do Bioware? You give us a taste of fire and brimstone. So now for a game, I call it “Where’s Warhammer?”

It’s actually pretty nice knowing where you are in the world, thanks for the reminder. A monthly subscription service is below the 1 and done DLC’s.

So, active subscription required to post on these new forums. Trolling is often refereed to with negative connotation. I’m going to do something drastic to this word using my knowledge of the English language. Patrol, see what I did there? I turned a negative into a positive. The unsubscribed still have a vested interest in the direction of the game, so why shut them out? The obvious explanation is that you no longer have a vested interest in maintaining a base of re-subscribers.

Pay up or just hire me? On second thought don’t hire me. Wouldn’t want to be the conductor taking over at the mountain’s peak on a train without brakes.

It seems like only yesterday forts were being removed. Over the last couple weeks I’ve got to experience something that hits pretty close to home. Yes, I finally got around to logging in and doing something new (the city), or something so old I nearly forgot about it.

What could of given me that feeling of deja vu? Well there was this little project. I’m honored that you’d grift my idea. I’m scared for myself to have come to the same conclusion at the end of the thought process. I guess I can take solace in the time spent to get there (12 months and 6 forts later).

Checklist for the dumb –
a 3 stage event
24 v 24 RVR
rewards to the winning side of each stage.
First Stage: Control point
Second Stage: Cut the supply line (kill the generals)
Third Stage: Partial PvE lord fight

I wonder if a company could be sponsored like a race car driver?

Let’s see what the Dev’s have planned for us.

100% RvR City – So much excitement this brings to those of us in our endgame gear.

The future of War’s Economy – You mean that thing where people will horde thousands of gold and sell it to Yantis/Gaogarra/etc. All while maintaining a controlling interest of their auction house.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel under appreciated. I don’t like to pay for content to be developed for someone else. Especially so when all that’s been done “for me” is remove content that I play (how many SC’s are left again?).

Personally I see no reason to patrol the lakes. First order of business should be to rectify this. 300k, 600k, and 900k influence point rewards only obtainable only from player kills. With an emphasis placed on grouping. 18 Points per Kill whether done solo or 6man. With groups larger than 6 seeing the 108 split amongst each other. 300k = Tyrant, 600k between Warlord and Sov, 900k of course being slightly better than Sovereign. No Renown Rank required.

A good DB:Death ratio makes your penis larger. So I tired some extenze, the Austin Powers method, and of course a protein diet

I grew 4 inches in one weekend! Now I’m hung like a pornstar. Ladies you know where it’s at, all you have to do is call me with promises of fudgesicles.

Got Cash? Better Check

Warhammer online was first hit in December of 08′ by this issue, albeit on a much smaller scale. At the time we were told safeguards would be put in place and we believed them. Individuals got plinked by this throughout the ensuing years and we ignored it.

Fast forward to April 7th, 2010, the day shit hit the fan. On that day, the first member of our community reported in excess of $500.00 charged to his card. Other members have reported dates of charges going through as early as March 28, 2010. So Mythic, I’ve got a question for you. When are the fucking safeguards going to kick in? A full week of people potentially being charged into debt. Sadly, it’s another example of Mythic’s incompetence not because they’re directly responsible, but because they lack the quality control to ensure that their new billing vendor’s propensity to mischarge doesn’t adversely effect their customers.

My sympathies to all those hit. If you haven’t already check your email, your bank, and the herald .

Mythic,

Auto Attack

Posted in Balance on April 8, 2010 by Cptjack

Mythic math, Mythic math, oh how Mythic fails at math. It’s not often you find people too stupid to realize that they’re rewriting gaming vernacular. Increased Attack Speed, Haste, IAS, in no other facet of life has 150% ever doubled your production. Better yet I’d like to find the credit fairy that told Mythic 175% quadrupled it (probably on wall street).

For those not following, let’s take the royal 2-handers for example. At 100% of it’s worth will attack every 3.4 seconds. What Mythic’s code unlike all others before, is it subtracts “auto attack speed is increased” % from 1 then multiplies what’s left over against 100% production. So instead of 125%, 135%, 150%, and 175% increases in productivity levels we get 133%, 153%, 200%, and 400% increases. In other words your 3.4sec weapon is hitting at 2.55, 2.21, 1.70, and .85 second intervals. This has led to a stupid level of scaling with weapons.

Anyways, I decided to go all Photobucket

on a keep door. In a matter of 60seconds I had landed 71 auto attacks for 114,500.

So, now let’s make an imaginary zealot say he has infinite AP, 50% heal crit, 300 heal power, and an always up 5 piece tyrant. Let’s say he’s casting his big single target heal as well for 60 seconds straight. This would yield 120k healing over 60 seconds. In essence, unmitigated 400% auto attack speed requires the best geared healer in the game free casting on a preselected target to live.

What’s truly sad about this situation is that there’s an employee at Mythic that can do math (he worked on crits) who failed to point this out to the rest of the typewriting monkeys.

Sorry healers,

Meh, they announced the change to fix the math. You can see it here

Infamous Ballz hear me, warggh? No, don’t expect me to partake in any “kool-aid” sipping.  Guild Leader of Run Like Hell on Gorfang, father of your daughter and lover to your wife. Been playing MMO’s for a decade,  a gamer since birth. But who are you and why should I care? I am someone who pushes the limits, I know how to get there, and that’s why you should care.

Believe it or not I don’t attribute my success in MMO gaming to anything electronic. My metagame began with the Pokemon Trading Card Game which if you think about it ain’t such a bad place to start. Strengths and weaknesses, resource conservation, offensive and defensive powerups, tactical maneuvers, and later on terrain advantages. Sadly such concepts are lost on many modern day MMO players(particularly this guy)

Obviously you don’t start a blog this late in the game for no apparent reason. Many have found me and will continue to find me to be too abrasive and confrontational, which is fine. I know the perfect place they can hold hands and tickle each others privates at

As you can see by Mythic’s most recent public outreach there’s too much slurping going around. Too much misinformation provided by retards zomg math is hard. If you haven’t been able to tell my discontent with most of the current blogging community you’re not stupid just slow.

Discontent with the blogging community means that I do not agree with many of those who provide the first insights to Mythic. In short,
Enjoy the ride sukkafish.
