If I could pile all hours of my sleepless nights
I wonder how many mountains of endless heights
Could be painted on papers
That I wish could contain my letters.

Tuck my sleeping body into this unkempt bed
My tired body needs this rest
For some time now I have been on my own
But not too long ago, I had known only one home
In a crowd, I still get lost
It takes me ten seconds to figure my way out
No one pays attention to me over here
I never knew I could be so invisible with people in every square centimetre
Far away, people do call for me
But under this pale sky, sometimes I get a little lonely
This world is far too big and I am too small
No matter what, the sun within me will shine after all
I am my own home and people will be people
I can be a tree, a bird, a mind with words
And somehow live through this life
Till it will be time to leave this home of my body too.

My world is shrinking.
It is no more untidy, but freshly painted
Cream walls.
My sleep is shrinking.
Dreams no more of the seas but a blank pair of eyes
And a swimming cloud in the sky.
My hunger is shrinking.
Strive to live for myself and do so much more
Beyond the hours that give me sustenance and a career
(What is a career but a useless ladder that I must climb).
My eyes are shrinking in sleep
Exhaustion collectes in pools that just doesn’t seem to end.
I am tired, no brainer there
But my ability to hold the world within myself is shrinking.
I’m hollow without the ability to fly.

I saw ants crawling on my skin
Even before I felt them.
On two legs, they made roads on me
In skirts and ties, they build buildings and bridges
Helmets and spectacles on, smart looking ants touch the sky
Industries are set, trains are run
Tracks laid, stadiums build
They participate in marathons and beauty contests
Red lipstick and pink eyelids
Lovers meet in secrecy and have more babies
Families construct cities
Old age sits in some homes
TV, the size of my eyes is put on
Internet, social media takes over the world
The ants make me spin, for they too
Want a day and night
I revolve for them,
Their world gets polar nights.
There are no trees, but swings and laughter
Friendship that lives in glances.
A world no one can see.
I am tired of my own world.
I imagine, at least they are happy.
(My mind feels absurd.)
