As I inch closer to gaining another year of wisdom I want to go back to my old habit of making a list of things I wish/need to achieve /do in the coming year:
- – Lose the damn weight atleast 8- 10 kgs of it. I am heavier than I was at the peak of my pregnancy! Never been this fat and unhealthy. Just make it happen.
- – Cut down to no more than 3 cigarettes on weekdays. No exceptions.
- – Do a course in meditation/ reiki – anything spiritual or something that makes me more connected to my inner self.
- – Buy a new Bed and dining table.
- – Travel to Europe again without parents and kids.
- – Get a new job which is emotionally, intellectually and psychologically gratifying
- – Just be more present and patient with my sunshine.
- – Get off my depression pills.
- – Decide whether to completely cut off from my estranged husband or the conditions in which I will give it another shot.
