Don't Faint...I'm back!

Whew, I have been gone for a long time! LOL, I'm not sure anyone even remembers me! Well nothing like having to make a Wedding card to get you back creating! We have a wedding June 24th, and I was determined to make one. Its for our nephew who is getting married. I did no coloring on this, which is good, since I can't color! But I can use my cuttlebug with no problems. I use dies from Spellbinders, and my dotted swiss embossing folder from provo. This is the front, haven't even thought about the inside, and will make a box for it to fit in.

Diaper Cake

ITS FINISHED! I added bows to the top tier...We are off!
Well almost done! I have to add bows to the top tier and its transport time! 120 diapers! 6 undershirts, travel baby goods, 3 pair bootie socks and lots of love!
I used my baby buggy I made for the top of the cake. Worked perfect after I added the top tier to it..otherwise it just looked to small sitting there..

And...A Picnic Caddy

Enough Already? Just had to make this one for the table on the patio. We eat outside, weather permitting, all summer long. How perfect to have it all right there! I added pockets to this one..and stuck toothpicks in them. Rolled the plastic ware with a napkin and put a band around it to hold it together. Folded a few more napkins and stuck them in and ready to go! This would be so easy to take along for those family picnics, just put it in a plastic grocery bag and you've got everything...except for the ketchup and mustard! Here is the LINK to this great caddy!

This is another desk caddy..but this one is going to be for Brody, my grandson that will be here in August! I did this one a little bit different..Using my MS border punch for a pocket look on the front panels and also on the inside of the triangles in the corners. I punched out a 1 inch circle with my SU punch and added them to the triangles. I am also going to cut out 4 "B"s for each panel with my cricut. Just haven't gotten that far yet! I am filling this with newborn undershirts and powder, lotion, shampoo, q-tips and wet ones, all the small sizes. Off to work on the diaper cake!

Desk Caddy with ScorPal

Well she's back! Don't ever let them tell you vacations are over rated! What was that movie? Around the world in 80 days? Good to be back blogging again and playing!

I have been playing with my ScorPal and cruising the net found some wonderful tutorials. I picked the Desk Caddy and ended up becoming obsessed with it! I made 3, two more in the works and ran out of Scor Tape! My order is in and it will be a week...but I can keep scoring and cutting! One is going to my daughter..one on my desk and I think I'll give the other one to my mother for her desk. The other two that I'm working on? You have to wait and see!
The cs and DP are some that I had in my stash. I did sewing on a couple of them...the idea's are endless for these. You could really make them fancy by adding some beads etc.

Thanks for stopping by after my long absence!

Tis the Season...

To be behind on everything? Thats right, I am so far behind that there will not be enough time in any given day to get everything done. The presents are bought and wrapped, candy is made...Truffles, Peppermint bark, Chocolate Turtles, candy coated pretzels topped off with a Rolo.Spritz are done..Sugar Cookie cutouts done...Rosettes are done! WHEW!!! Still have to make , Pecan Tassie's and Lefse! But I LOVE this time of year and all the hussle and bussle involved with it.
Mariah couldn't make up her mind this year what she wanted for Christmas. So she told me that a zebra pillow with fur! LOL....Okay, like I know where I'm going to get that! IPOD...I will leave that up to the REAL Santa! WII..Another REAL Santa gift! So I opted for Gift Certificates to a couple of different places and some cute girlie things I found for her. I made this little stocking gift card holder for her. I found the template and directions at ... WaltzingMouse Blog and it is fun and quick and the things you could do are endless. I have a couple of more to make for my "almost" step grandkids, Sammy and Mike.
Thanks for stopping by!
