Journeybits is a blog written to encourage and inspire us all to do the will of our The PathLord. The Bible tells us to provoke each other unto good works.  One of the works I believe the Lord has called me to is writing. The posts on this site are stories of how the Lord has been working in my life; how He has made me free and changed me and keeps on changing me. As I share His word, I pray you are moved to go out and do what the Lord has called you to do.

    • God keeps on changing me!!! I know I haven’t written anything new in a while, please stay tuned. The Lord placed on my heart to write a book last November and so I’ve completed the book and that’s been my main focus lately. Through that process God has changed me even more! There will be a lot more to come the following weeks. 🙂

  10. An important task Jesus has given his followers is to proclaim the Word of God and telling all folks, all over the world about the coming Kingdom of God.
    Every little voice doing that in the universe is a little gem.
    Bring encouraging words and continue the quest in Gods Word, learning yourself and bringing others also closer to God.

    • Your blog is very inspirational and encouraging. I use to love to write poetry and then I stopped. My teenage daughter is now writing poetry and loves to be inspired by other poets like you. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re doing an awesome job!

      • I don’t know why I stopped, maybe I let life get in the way. At any rate, I do love to read it and I’ll send you some of my daughters poems from time to time. Thanks for offering to showcase her work…she will be thrilled!

  53. i use my journeybits as a inspirational tool.i was diagonsed with lupus and some and some days its hard to get the day started so i pray and look forward to the pray line to hear Gods word and read your blog and change my same old routine. i feel so good in durning some thing different. may God Bless you to continue to give His word rose gordon
