This is a common feeling when your expertise is questioned by someone in management. Perhaps they are just basing their opinion on subjective manner

I believe that our leader (whether in our work or in our country) are provided by God….

• You can’t change your boss. You can only change your own reactions.

• It’s up to you to figure out the communication style that works best with your boss.

• It’s not about you. It’s about the organization, and your interests must be in sync

At some point we have to argue with the boss. Whether or not you’re successful, the challenge can provide a payoff. You get to demonstrate leadership, creativity, an ability to negotiate and deep concern for the well being of both your boss and the company.

…… after a heavy argument with him this afternoon I  will share a cup of coffee with him tomorrow…….he’s from Pakistan anyway!

When I hear somebody sigh, “Life is hard,” I am always tempted to ask, “Compared to what?”

It’s only when we truly know and understand that we have a limited time on earth — and that we have no way of knowing when our time is up — that we will begin to live each day to the fullest, as if it was the only one we had.

I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I lived just the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well.

Your life feels different on you, once you greet death and understand your heart’s position. You wear your life like a garment from the mission bundle sale ever after — lightly because you realize you never paid nothing for it, cherishing because you know you won’t ever come by such a bargain again.

Without some goal and some effort to reach it, no one can live.

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them

Life has got to be lived — that’s all there is to it.

Lord, let me live until I die.
