No matter where we stand, what title we carry, or which stage of life we are in, there is one thing we should never be late for – ourselves. Tomorrow does not come from nowhere; it grows out of today. As Marcus Aurelius once said: “The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” The emotions and choices we cultivate today are the colors of our tomorrow.

Too often we look for success outside ourselves – in prestigious jobs, high salaries, or material possessions. Yet true success is often hidden in the simple, quiet victories of daily life – in resilience, courage, and integrity.Think of a person fighting illness who chooses to smile each morning and say, “I am alive today.” Or a mother who dedicates her life to caring for a child with health challenges, showing love without expecting anything in return. Or an employee who has the chance to advance by betraying a colleague but chooses silence and loyalty instead. These are examples of success in its purest form.Epictetus wrote: “Do not worry about what is not in your power. Focus instead on what lies within your control.” The world may not always be fair, but our choices can be.Even in our own time, we witness this every day. Young people studying against all odds, families surviving on little yet dreaming of a brighter future, ordinary men and women quietly carrying enormous burdens – these are the real heroes among us.

Rumi said: “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” The universe begins and ends within us. And in the end, success is not measured by what we own, but by how we face tomorrow. If today we remain honest, brave, and loving, then tomorrow we have already won.

  • The Pain of Memories: The Sorrow of Unlived Moments

    — a philosophical essay

    sebuneblog_inistagram

Why do memories hurt? Why do we feel a deep sorrow when we recall even the most beautiful days of our past? At first glance, it seems the pain stems from the loss itself—of time, of people, of places we can never return to. But the truth lies deeper: the ache is not just about what we’ve lost, but what we never fully lived. It is the sense of incompleteness, the lingering feeling that we didn’t savor the moment enough, didn’t love deeply enough, didn’t say what needed to be said.

Simone de Beauvoir once said, “The past is not something that just fades away. It continues to live within us.” And perhaps that’s why it can hurt so much—because it still exists, but beyond our reach. We replay memories not to relive them, but to try and understand what we missed the first time. Even our happiest memories carry the bittersweet weight of knowing that they are gone—and that we didn’t truly grasp their value until it was too late.

We are often too rushed, too distracted, or too focused on the future to fully experience the now. We live halfway in our worries, halfway in our phones, halfway in conversations. And so when the moment passes, all we’re left with is a hazy aftertaste—something that could have been fully beautiful, but wasn’t. The haunting regret is not in the memory itself, but in how little we truly lived it.

This theme is deeply explored in cinema. In Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the characters try to erase painful memories of love, only to realize that those very memories are the foundation of who they are. In trying to forget, they also erase joy, connection, and meaning. The film reminds us: memories, even the painful ones, are sacred. They hurt not because they existed, but because we didn’t know how to hold them while they were happening.

Modern philosopher Byung-Chul Han, in The Scent of Time, argues that the modern human being has lost the ability to truly live in the present. Obsessed with productivity and acceleration, we forget how to pause, to reflect, to feel. This leads to what he calls a “crisis of time”—we’re always moving, but never arriving. The result is a life full of memories, but very few moments we can claim to have truly lived.

What would happen if we truly lived the present moment? If we were fully aware of its beauty while it was unfolding? Then, perhaps, the past would not haunt us—it would comfort us. Our memories would be sweeter, more whole. The nostalgia would transform from a source of pain into a source of inspiration and creation. As Marcel Proust famously said, “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.”

If we could live with those eyes—eyes that see the sacredness of now—perhaps we wouldn’t be so wounded by the past. There would still be loss, of course, and longing. But not regret. Not that hollow ache of a life half-lived.

So maybe the answer is not in changing the past or fearing the future, but in returning to the present. In learning to dwell fully in the now, we might make peace with the ghosts of yesterday. Because in the end, memories are not the problem. It’s how little we lived them while they were real that leaves us aching.

  • “Body and Soul: A Sacred Unity”

    27th Jul 2025

    sebuneblog

For centuries, human existence has been shaped by the duality of body and soul. Sometimes emotional, sometimes filled with hope, sometimes abandoned—we find ourselves longing for something or someone unknown. But why do we constantly crave these mysterious beings in our dreams, our lives, our hopes?

Perhaps the truth is this: the soul we seek already resides within us. The strength we chase outside is often hidden deep inside. As Socrates once said, “Know thyself.” But in this pursuit of inner truth, we often neglect the one companion that never leaves us—our body.

Why do we place all meaning in the soul and treat the body as if it’s secondary? The body is not just a vessel; it’s our truest companion in this world. Even if the whole world abandons us, our body stays. We, as souls, abandon it—when we stop caring, stop listening, stop loving it.

We are told to listen to the soul amidst chaos. But this time, listen to your body. It speaks in silence—through pain, through fatigue, through stillness. As Friedrich Nietzsche wrote, “The thoughts of the soul are the play of the body.” Without the body, the soul cannot express, cannot act, cannot feel.

Plato once said, “The soul is imprisoned in the body.” Yet, true freedom comes not through rejection, but through harmony. In ancient Chinese philosophy, it’s said: “The body is the temple of the soul.” Care for it. Honor it. Love it.

The body is not less sacred than the soul—it is its partner, its voice, its home. Let this be the moment you embrace both, not as separate, but as one.

In a world where diversity is nature’s default, the human mind often seeks structure, placing others into boxes labeled as “normal,” “autistic,” “Down syndrome,” and countless others. But what if these labels, rather than offering understanding, are simply veils over our own fears of the unknown?

“The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious,” said Albert Einstein. Yet we seem desperate to categorize the mysterious instead of embracing it. If evolution truly advanced our consciousness, why do we still measure intelligence or worth based on conformity to majority norms?

It is not the uniqueness of individuals that makes life hard—but society’s reaction to that uniqueness. People suffer not because they feel deeply, love differently, or think abstractly, but because others assess them by fixed metrics and judge their entire existence accordingly.

As Rumi beautifully wrote, “You were born with wings, why prefer to crawl through life?” — perhaps we are so consumed with control and definition that we forget the essence of simply being. When we say “I am more logical than him,” or “she is emotionally unstable,” we participate in a hierarchy that undermines the possibility of true connection.

What if our purpose is not to categorize, but to harmonize? If we dismantle mental barriers and accept each consciousness as part of a greater whole, we may begin to ease not only others’ lives—but our own.

After all, we are all navigating the same unknown—just in different ways.

  • Discovering Your True Self Beyond the Noise

    ✨Sebune✨
“You’re welcome to follow my Instagram page, and I’d love to follow you back in return!”🙌

Imagine for a moment—since the day you were born until now—how many thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors have been subtly instilled in you by the world around you. Parents, relatives, neighbors, teachers, schools, friends, life partners—even our own children—all contribute to shaping our inner world.

Without even realizing it, our minds become crowded with layers of noise. This crowding forms a mental traffic jam—one that often takes control of the direction of our lives. We move forward not by choice, but by programming.

Until we begin to listen to our hearts, and until we recognize the truth within, the soul cannot begin its true mission. We stay trapped in a cycle of confusion and repetition, never questioning the patterns we follow. But the soul didn’t come here just to conform—it came to express something sacred, something unique.

Deep within us lies a desire to connect with the Creator, to return to purity, to strive for wholeness and perfection—not as society defines it, but as our soul feels it.

To reach this truth, we must dive into the depths of our subconscious and awaken to who we truly are. We must tune into pure consciousness—not the filtered opinions of others, but the raw and divine wisdom we were born with.

But how? How do we access that inner clarity?
Where does true guidance come from?

    It starts with the heart.

Science now tells us that the heart begins forming as early as the fifth week of pregnancy. Even before the brain, the heart starts to beat. It holds the original rhythm of our existence.

Truth doesn’t speak through external noise—it whispers through the heart. When you silence the chaos and listen deeply, you begin to access your authentic self. This is the version of you that’s aligned with purpose, clarity, and peace.

Follow the voice of your heart.
Step into the path that serves the growth of your soul.
Let the obstacles you once feared become stepping stones.

As your awareness expands, what once seemed like problems and limitations will transform into opportunities for happiness, freedom, and success.

You are not here to live someone else’s life. You are here to live yours—in truth, with love, and with conscious intention.

    With Love,
    Sebune

  • The Invisible Order of the Universe and the Mystery of Our Bodies

    21st Feb 2025

According to quantum physics, matter is not fixed but consists of constantly shifting energy waves. At the core of everything lie probabilities, fluctuations, and the influence of consciousness. We are not limited to our physical bodies; rather, we exist in multiple layers of energy. Human existence is not a single point but a multidimensional system operating on different levels. Our bodies are part of this higher order—both in material and non-material realms. When we understand this delicate connection between matter and consciousness, we take one step closer to uncovering the hidden truth behind the visible aspects of life.

    http://shop.twentyeighty.store

The Seven Bodies of Human Existence

    1. Physical Body – The visible aspect of our material existence, perceived through the five senses, enabling our interaction with the world.

    2. Etheric Body – The flow of energy that gives life to the physical body. It sustains vitality in every cell and helps maintain the body’s functions.

    3. Astral Body – The dwelling place of our emotions, desires, and fears. Our joys, sorrows, love, and longing take shape here.

    4. Mental Body – Represents our thoughts, logic, understanding, and analytical abilities. It reflects both our daily thoughts and higher philosophical contemplation.

    5. Karmic Body – The layer that carries the imprints of past lives and shapes the course of our destiny. All our experiences, the lessons we must learn, and the weight of our karma are stored here.

    6. Buddhic Body – The level of spiritual harmony, deep intuition, and the realization of unity with the universe. At this stage, one begins to sense the ultimate truth.

    7. Atmic Body – The highest form of human existence, the carrier of the eternal soul and the true “Self.” It is the gateway to infinite existence, merging with divine nature and the essence of the cosmos.

These bodies are in constant interaction. Emotions within the astral body affect the physical body, either strengthening it or leading to illness. The quality of our mental body shapes our destiny, while the imprints of the karmic body confront us with lessons yet to be learned. A human being is not just a single body but a magnificent entity composed of multiple dimensions.

  • Embrace Silence: A Journey Within

    19th Jan 2025

    Guide for blog writers

Sometimes, we need to pause and immerse ourselves in silence—completely alone with our thoughts or even devoid of them. This stillness allows us to connect with the harmony of the universe and find clarity amid chaos. If you find yourself unable to make a decision or overwhelmed by the struggles of this material world, it might be time to embark on a profound journey into your inner spiritual realm.

    The Power of Silence

As Blaise Pascal famously said, “All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.” This simple act of embracing silence is a gateway to understanding our true selves and achieving a harmonious balance with the world around us.

To begin this journey, find a tranquil and comfortable space. Sit down with a relaxed posture, allowing yourself to feel grounded. Start by mentally revisiting everything that weighs you down. These could be burdens, worries, or decisions you’ve been avoiding. Let them flow through your mind without judgment.

Take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then slowly exhale. With this exhalation, visualize all those burdens leaving your body, as if you are shedding unnecessary layers. Repeat this process several times, and feel the lightness taking over your being.

    Refocusing on Positivity

Once you have released your burdens, allow your mind to wander to the most joyous moments of your life. It could be a celebration, an achievement, or a quiet moment of pure contentment. As these memories flood your mind, let yourself smile or even shed a tear—embrace the emotion fully.

Marcus Aurelius, a renowned Stoic philosopher, once said, “You have power over your mind—not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” By shifting your focus to positivity, you reclaim control over your mental state and open yourself to new possibilities.

    Entering the Void

The next step is to think of nothing. Yes, nothing. Empty your mind of thoughts, plans, and concerns. Sit still and bask in the void, no matter how brief it is. This is the essence of mindfulness and meditation—a moment where you exist solely in the present.

Lao Tzu wisely advised, “To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.” This stillness is not about escaping reality but about reconnecting with it in a purer form. The longer you can hold onto this state, the closer you come to inner peace.

    A Fresh Start

As you emerge from this meditative practice, you will find yourself renewed, ready to face a new day with fresh energy and perspective. The small yet transformative practice of silence and reflection aligns your mind, body, and soul, enabling you to hear the whispers of inspiration and intuition that were once drowned by noise.

Remember, you are the artist of your life. As Pablo Picasso said, “Every act of creation is first an act of destruction.” You hold the power to repaint the canvas of your life with brighter hues and redefine your reality.

All it takes is courage—a little courage to pause, to let go, and to embrace silence. The world awaits your next masterpiece.

May your day be filled with success, serenity, and inspiration!

    Only good vibe

You are a powerful embodiment of the universe itself, carrying within you the essence of God’s creative power, a boundless potential that transcends what the eye can see. As Gandhi believed, true strength lies not in what you own but in the depth of love and truth you can hold within. This truth reminds us that we are all interconnected; each soul, each atom, is a vibrant part of the same divine energy.

Quantum physics tells us that nothing in the universe exists in isolation. Every particle, every wave, influences the other, interwoven in a cosmic dance of energy and intelligence. Sadhguru speaks of this interconnectedness as a pathway to self-realization, awakening to the knowledge that we are one with all existence, bound by a divine consciousness that transcends individuality.

When you view life this way, you see the essence of love and integrity as guiding forces. The “law of general integrity” isn’t just a moral guideline—it’s a fundamental truth woven into the fabric of creation. We are not merely separate beings with isolated purposes; we are each facets of a greater cosmic intelligence, manifesting through love, compassion, and unity.

Living in alignment with this truth means embracing God’s creative power within ourselves and each other. To love others is to honor the divine spark in them, to acknowledge that each soul is an aspect of the sacred. As Gandhi taught, let your life be your message. With every thought and action, you have the potential to uplift, to create, and to bring harmony to the world. Recognizing this unity, life becomes a practice of co-creation, where each act of kindness, each expression of integrity, enriches the whole.

You are the universe experiencing itself. Embrace this, love deeply, and live with the awareness that you are not a mere drop in the ocean—you are the ocean in a drop, a reflection of God’s infinite creativity, here to uplift the world through conscious love and divine presence.

The skill everyone needs to learn is decision-making. Our future is shaped by the decisions we make today. Many people who struggled with decision-making during childhood and youth often rely on their parents or close friends for guidance. However, as they grow older, they face inner turmoil, caught between indecision and important life choices. This creates internal conflicts, leading to frustration and ingratitude.

A soul that cannot make its own decisions remains stagnant, almost like a child. Unfortunately, many adults today carry the trauma of never learning this essential skill. They, in turn, raise children who inherit this indecisiveness. Life is not just about reaching destinations, but about walking the path with responsibility for our choices.

Every difficulty we face contributes to our personal and spiritual growth. If you want to contribute to the world—and yourself—raise a child who can make independent decisions. Teach them to embrace challenges as part of their journey.
