I have updated the Lua headers for delphi, somme bug was eliminated
and i have add a new unit 'Lua40.pas' with dynamical linking of the
library.

The pakage include :
the two DLL
the units for static linking
the unit for dynamic linking
an example for two linking method
an adapted for delphi version of bin2c : bin2inc
