Failure to send a message to luarocks mailing lists

Hello,

I have a rockspec to update, but everytime I try to send it to the luarocks mailing lists, I get the following error:

I got a similar error when I tried to notify luarocks-developers-owner@lists.luaforge.net of the problem.
