rocks.moonscript.org/register expired cert

Hi,

In <https://github.com/keplerproject/luarocks/wiki/Creating-a-rock>,
there's a link to <https://rocks.moonscript.org/register>, but when I
visit there, my browser complains that the ssl cert is expired:

"rocks.moonscript.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate expired on 05/23/2015 07:59 PM."

Should the link in the luarocks wiki be updated to instead point to
<https://luarocks.org/register>?

Aside: the [Kepler Project](http://www.keplerproject.org) page hasn't
been loading for me.
