Module for easy multithreading

Hi,

Take a look at new gorgeous lua module for multithreading - Effil.

Main feature are:

- thread safe tables.

- threads can be paused/resumed and canceled.

- FIFO channels.

Install it from  luarocks: luarocks install effil
