Seri and I go for a mile walk everyday after I get off of work. This is a great part of my day and hers as well. I get to relax and listen to some tunes on my Zune player and gets to mark everything and get her exercise. This is the journey we take.

I sat on the corner of this lake for a good 30 minutes watching this bird slowly move. I decided I needed to get in closer to get the shot I wanted. I started moving very slowly towards the bird and it took me over 20 minutes just to get within camera range. I finally propped up my camera and got a few shots off before the bird felt it was time to go and flew off. It was worth the wait.. beautiful animal.
