懐かしいわ～☆

My friends and I visited our English school on the 7th of April, 2008.
We took a recurrence photo at the class room !!!

Wow ! It brings back me our good memories…☆

友人のTracyも、台湾から出発。現地集合です。

懐かしいクラスメイトとの同窓会★
とっても楽しみです。

I’m going to go to Christchurch from the 26th of Mar, 2008.
I will stay there for 17 days.

Also, My friend “Tracy” is going to go there from Taiwan.

We will have a class reunion ♪
We are looking forward to seeing our friends who still live in Christchurch.

英語わからなくて、落ち込んで…。
はじめて授業をサボって、ウロウロしていたら
同じく授業をサボってウロウロしている友人に会い、励まされ…。
「実はオレも落ち込んでたんだよね～。」って。（笑）

なんかみんな、“学校サボったらボタニック ガーデン♪”
みたいな感じだったな～。懐かしい！

The Botanic Gardens are 30 hectarea of pretty greenery beside the Avon River. 
There is a cafe and a lot of cherry blossoms !!!

I used to visit there once a week or more ♪
Especially, When I got depressed…　

One day, I skipped a class,
because I couldn’t understand anything about English grammar.
So, I didn’t want to attend a class any more…

It was my first time to skip.

At that time, I went to the Botanic Gardens and I bumped into a friend of mine…
He also got depressed about his English skills…

Hahaha !!! I was not the only one who thinks so…

家賃は週払いで、一週間110ＮＺドル。（光熱費、雑費込み）

2003年5月20日～2003年10月20日までの５ヶ月間
日本人とチェコ人と3人で住んでいました☆

I used to stay in a room at that building  ( 48 Worcester st.) for 5 months,
from the 22nd of May, 2003 until the 20th of Oct, 2003 ☆

It was favorably located !!! 
There was the art center  across the street.
Also, My school was really close, about 1 or 2 minutes on foot.

I’d had 2 flat mates, one Japanese and one Czech.
My room chaege was NZ$110 a week ☆

いつだったか、カセドラル・スクエアで
欧米人観光客に場所を聞かれて、
かなりテンパッて、道を教えた思い出があります。

「 go straight,  turn left on the first corner,　
　で～、two blocks, ん～…　you can see on your light… 」   

授業でやった通り…でも苦手だったんだ。この問題！
頭は真っ白！単語とゼスチャーで乗り切った感じ。（汗）

One day, some tourists asked me “ Where is Bridge of remembrance ?”
when I was walking at the Cathedral spuare.

At that time, I was soooooo nervous to answer…　I couldn’t speak in English well.

I had forgotten everything about the lessons at a conversation class,
I had already took lessons about the same scene…  Fuu !

I used to take a bus in Christchurch !
I tried to take All of routes ☆ hahaha : )

トムヤンクンとグリーンカレーが絶品でした♪
写真はイエロー・カレー。

でも…ちょっと高めの１０ドル～１５ドル。
（当時７００円～１０５０円）

My favourite Thai restaurant was that one
in New Brighton ☆　( ↓ Look at the picture !!! )

“Tom yum kun ” ( Sorry, I don’t know how to spell… )　
and “Green curry ” were delicious ♪

However, the price was more expensive than
other Thai restaurant.　about $10 – $15…

I used to see a red sunrise from my room in Chch.
I really liked this great sky ♪

これがけっこう凶暴で…。ときどき頭を蹴られたりして。
それが、公園のベンチで一人、英語力の無さに
落ち込んでいる時だったりすると、
かなりテンション下がったな…。（笑）

迷いに迷って買った２ドル（当時１３０円）の
サンドイッチを奪われたこともありました…。
まじ悲しかったよ～。（涙）

There were lots of sea gulls in Christchurch.

The sea gulls were  a little bit  atrocious…
When I’ve sat down on a bench at the cathedral square,
They sometimes kicked my head…  Oh, dear !!

One day, I was depressed about my poor English.
One of sea gulls kicked my head as usual.
I was sooooo depressed more and more at that time…

Sometimes, I had lunch at the square.
One of sea gulls picked my sandwich up…

I’m sure that the sea gulls are not my friends.

This bus stop looks like a peaceful scenery in the country… I like it.
When you want to stop the bus, you should send a sign to the bus driver ♪
If you forget it, the bus will pass over…

There is an observatory on the hill of Cashmere in Christchurch.
It was my favourite place for views of the city ☆
I used to visit there 2 or 3 times a month…
