Subprime Mortage part 1
There are 2 class in USA. One where the people with high ability to pay the loan house and the other one with low ability to pay it. The low one is called Subprime Mortgage.
The Crisis came from the moment when they can’t afford the money any longer to pay the loan house because the rate of interest became higher. This make the company that manage that loan became bankrupt.
Bank and some company that buy the Obligation became to lose out and the price of share of that bank became down too. But, why this can influence to our country, Indonesia?
This is because not only bank and company is USA that buy that Obligation but also other country like China, Australia, India and many more. Because the price of share is down….many of them that have share in Indonesia make Sell activity in our market and so IHSG became down right now.
Electoral or Parliamentary Threshold
Soon, Indonesia will organize an election 2009 for the next president. There is 2 kind of system for this election especially for the party.
1. Electoral Thereshold : A minimal chair that must be got by each party so that they can compete to the next election ( 5 years later ). In Indonesia law ( UUD 1945 ) , section 9 verse (1) UU No.12 of year 2003, there is a statement that say every party in election must get at least 3 % from total of the chair in DPR (centre), 4 % chair from the chair in DPRD in a half province in all of Indonesia , 4 % of chair in regency from a half of the total regency/city in Indonesia.
2. Parliamentary Threshold : at least 2,5 % of chair
Ulos Ragidup
In tradition of marriage of BATAK TOBA, there is ULOS that is given to the new couple. It’s a cloth and called ULOS RAGIDUP. Ragidup (aragi = life ) is the simbol of life. This is the kind of Ulos that is so complex and therefor it has high level of degree in Batak culture. This kind of ulos is given by the father of bridegroom and it has a meaning for prosperity to the couple and to strenghten the string of friendship between 2 family in marriage. Sometimes, this Ulos Ragidup is used to wrap up the body of the dead or the coffin.
There is 3 way how to use Ulos in batak culture :
1. Siabithononton ( is used ) : Ragidup, Sibolang, Runjat, Djobit, Simarindjamisi, Ragi Pangko.
2. Sihadanghononton ( is used on the head or just put on your shoulder ) : Sirara, Sumbat, Bolean, Mangiring, Surisuri, Sadum.
3. Sitalitalihononton ( is used on your waist like a sarong ) : Tumtuman, Mangiring, Padangrusa.
Handmade Banana Paper
I want to invite you all reader of my blog. Let’s keep our earth clean. We can start it from the pack for our things. Please use the recycled pack and one of that is Handmade Banana Paper that is made from steam of the banana bunch. Now, I will give you the method to create it.
1. Dry the steam of banana and make it like paper – pulp, you can do it with using blender.
2. Form it like paper and add a color to make it more interesting.
This kind of paper is Acid – Free and can be recycleable
But, unfortunately this kind of banana can not be used for large factory.
The one that is used for large factory is Abaca banana. It is because the output of is softer than the other kind of bananas. Abaca banana can we see in Philipina and Vietnam.
About www1 and www2
Recently I just know about what is www1 and www2. Now, I want to share to you about it.
www1 or www2 or more is only about a mirror from the main sever www
For example, like me now. I want to surf oprah.com. I can’t go to the main www but I go to www2.oprah.com, and this is because the main server want to keep the load balancing. They do it to reduce the load of server.
Sometimes they need to repair or to maintain the server, so it impossible if they shutdown the server. Therefor they make a mirror for their main server and there is www2 or www3.
Sailing to the Sky through computer
Now there are 3 software to sail to our galaxy.

The number 3 is the newest. It is published by Microsoft. The size i only about 1 megabit. This telescope was designed by Microsoft since 16 years ago and it run when professor of astronomy, Alexander Szalay from John Hopkins University and Jim Gray from Microsoft Research want to exploit the data from Sloan Digital Sky Survey. This data has more than 10 thousands object ( Quasars ). This riset also adds the data and the picture from other institute of astronomy such as Huble Space, Chandra X-Ray Observatory Centre, or Spitzer Space Telescope.
Although this application is almost very complete than the others but this needs high requirement. This is some of the requirement :
1. Connection of internet must at least 56 kilobita per second.
2. The computer must have program Microsoft .NET version x86.
3. Windows Vista with Intel Core 2 Duo minimum 2 gigahertz.
4. RAM minimum 1 GB with free space 1 GB.
5. VGA 256 MB or more and Microsoft DirectX version 9.0c
How to prevent of tapping
Laurent Weinstein from Vortex of Technology, a company of networking internet gives a tip how to identify a tapping. This is the signs that must be look into in our cellphone :
1. Check the condition of battery
You must look into the battery if it decreases more fast than usually.
2. Temperature
The cellphone that has been tapped usually is hot although the cellphone in condition is not used.
3. Noisy
Close you cellphone to loudspeaker in condition standby but ismnot used for calling or anything else. If your cellphone is noisy then there is a tapping.
I hope this will help you to check your cellphone if there is something strange is happened.
R.I.C.E Method
Don’t panic if you fall or got hit and then it become contusion.
There is a simple method for you as a first aid.
We call it bruised or contusion that is caused by blood vessel at the part of our body that got hit. Then blood enter to the another netting and become lump.
The first aid to cure it known as R.I.C.E method :
1. Rest
Take a rest for a little while and protect the lump
2. Ice
Put an ice on the contusion for 20 minutes in 3 times in a day in 24 hours after the accident.
3. Compress
Use bandage to the lump ( tidy )
4. Elevation
Lift the part of your body that had been injured higher than of your heart.
