Day 16 – 365 Day Photo Challenge 2026

Respiratory infections are more common in winter, but it’s largely because we spend more time indoors in close contact with other people.

Scientific studies suggest that exposure to cold air can boost your mood, improve circulation, and enhance immune function. The key is to dress appropriately in layers to stay warm and comfortable, and to be mindful of conditions.

Keep walking and smiling.

Day 11 – 365 Day Photo Challenge 2026

For day 11, I have made my mind for this particular image to mention Silent Sunday. (Taken during a recent walk)

It was time for another walk! (Six Word Saturday)

Yesterday after lunch we were in the woods. We knew it won’t be an easy walk, have to be cautious all along since the snow has well settled. So no pictures just training.

How could I resist not photographing the stairs?

Oh, that is the surprise. It’s so lovely, I pity you because you don’t know it… Louisa May Alcott

People were walking, jogging, skiing and even cycling. The weather site on mobile was showing poor weather conditions for any of these activities. I am sure the site is not Norwegian 😂🤣😂.

A pleasant surprise to see the sun, we thought it will not climb so high.

In any case a walk in woods is one of our favourite activity. During whole walk I saw no one noticing this lovely setting. Sigh!

Is there any better way to conclude a nice walk?
