Welcome to the MHCC Part Time community. This space is YOURS. It’s a space for you to blog, meet one another, share secrets. It isn’t connected to the MHCC portal; it’s a neutral zone for you and your ideas and questions. By way of introduction, I’m Dr. Lidia Yuknavitch. I am a full-time faculty member at MHCC. I taught part-time for many years around Oregon. I teach creative writing, literature, women’s studies, and film. Also WR115. Outside of academia, I am a fiction and non-fiction writer. If any of you want to ask me anything about your experience teaching, fire away. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll find it. And a lot of the instructors who are part-time here know many secrets as well.
