Sometimes, what you wish for does not reflect the favorable outcome, however the truth is far beyond one’s understanding. ‘Opportunity’ a word so delicate, when missed or misused transforms into a nightmare, but the world revolves around it…
Imagine, the people you care for one day disappear…’no where to be found’. What will you do? Trust me when I say this, you cannot undo what has happened or what is to be done. Each and every being on this planet will face it. It is inevitable. But what if I tell you…you can relive their moments in your memory. Certainly, its a known fact, but statistically how many of us actually act upon it? Not many I believe.
Its not always death… people drift away naturally, slowly and abruptly. You and I can only talk about it, we can’t undo it. So, the opportunity I’m talking about is not the one that bestows you with fame, money or satisfaction, rather the one that gives you love, and motivation to keep living, not just existing.
Try to read between the lines and prepare yourself to reflect and finally let go, ’cause its an “OPPORTUNITY”.
Its a rainy day, the cold breeze with drizzles, evoked a long embbeded memory of my childhood. A hot, steamy cup of chai and pakoras was all needed. We Indians are well-rooted to our culture and way of living, that moments like these remind us of our homes. Well, ‘Chaayos’ a brand quite popular today had a similar vision and mission, to help ease these seemingly endless pressures of modern existence using a traditional recipe for relaxation, ‘Chai and Snacks’ that go along with it.
However, the road to success was not smooth. Ridhima Bahnot Sharma, of Amity University (Noida), in her research paper writes about how Nitin Satija, the cofounder of the company built Chaayos as one of the finest Chai Café Chain in the country. The chai adda around the street corner of my house for sure is an emotion more profound than just a time of relaxation for but, I still recall the very first time when a friend of mine introduced me to this outlet of ‘Chaayos’. Ofcourse, like many others, the feeling of skepticism kept pestering me. Not only because of authenticity but also my condition. You see, since childhood, anything that involved dairy drove me nuts, primarily because I’m lactose intolerant.
But, hear this out, ‘Chaayos’ plans to inculcate latcose free milk for folks like me! The moment the server informed me this after learning that I can’t consume normal chai, excitement and curiosity occupied my thoughts. So, when Chaayos was born with the main aim to bring back the rich heritage of chai addas, it clearly stood to its desries. If you’re seeking an upgrade of your chai time, do consider Chaayos.
They provide you with options to make more than thousands kind of tea. From making the desi chai; Kadak (Extra Strong), Sulemani (Black Tea with lemon), or Irani (More milk, less water) to have an option of selecting the add ons from Tulsi, Adrak, Elaichi, Saunf, Laung, Cinnamon, Masala, Kali Mirch, Mint, Ajwain, Hari Mirch etc;. I’m deeply fascinated by their strategy of functioning on what and how their customers want their products to be. So what did I learn from this experience? Sometimes focusing on the target audience and their needs makes a huge difference.
Ofcourse likings vary from people to people, sometimes because of mere conformity and sometimes because of relatability. If you are someone coiniciding with the second one, then do try Chaayos once! Who knows you’ll absolutely, willingly, and perhaps undoubtably fall in love with their service. Only way to find out is by visiting them! Have fun with experimenting with chai, because Chaayos is all about ‘Experiments with Chai’.
Everybody at some point in their lives have heard this phrase, it’s a given. However, people consider the way of fate to rely on two different factors: Good and the Bad Luck.
As evident as it must be, there are instances that directly point towards this truth of life. The everyday life of people oftentimes coincide with unexpected realities.
Unfortunately, there is no escape from this. And for some, the thought of failing expected opportunities never fade away.
Who is to be blamed? None. Because, unseen scenarios remain uncertain as it must. So should one just accept the reality?
Well, the course of one’s journey of life and death is what truly decides it’s fate. Atleast this is what many believe. They’re not entirely wrong.
Although it is ‘you’ who must decide which path is mostly desired.
Imagine having to sleep empty stomach almost every night without a roof over your head? For millions of people this is certainly not a choice. With no food to eat, no clear water to drink, no clean clothes to wear, no blankets when it’s cold, and no safe place to sleep, one can only imagine how hard this can be for an individual to just survive.
And what about the old fellows whose family abandoned them forgetting all the sacrifices made by their parents for their well being? How cruel can they be to kick their own family members out in the streets to die…
The old people don’t even have enough strength like those who are in their 30s and 40s. They are forced to beg for their lives, because starving will only kill them sooner and that’s going to be harsh and even more than it seems.
No one wishes and deserves to experience such a painful death. But what other options are offered to these people? None. Many can spot pregnant ladies, little kids and aged persons on streets with no other place to go.
But, there are people who offer help, provide food and even give money to aid them with medical expenses. It’s good to know that there’s still hope in this world full of selfish, self centred, greedy, emotionless and cruel people.
Even several institutions work day and night to find homeless people and give them proper care, sanitation, food and shelter. Many NGOs function for this very purpose. Rescue operations are carried on to bring this people to ‘home’.
It’s true when it’s said “if you can then please.” NGOs, humanitarians and governmental institutions strive to provide homeless people with what they need.
The existence of intellectual beings doesn’t have to rely on the mere aspect of survival but also to not exclude emotions throughout the journey of their lives.
Live once, die once.
But what exactly does this mean? Cultivating ideas about how ‘living for one self’ should actually work irrespective of external factors such as time and circumstances.
How about we imagine the essence of life as immortal, unchanging opportunities of just finding the purpose of life. Sounds peaceful to ears (virtually) just a little more than unrealistic.
Yet not impossible in this realistic world which follows up rational approaches. Well, not a lot of people understand this concept and it contains reasonable theories.
So, leaving them untouched might aid a call of doubt, and it’s way better than unanswered questions.
The term feminism is highly misunderstood by many so-called feminists. To them, feminism means nothing more than discouragement of women’s rights. In a way this might count as a part true to its term, but factual reality varies from dark and false assumptions to clarified contexts.
The thin line between feminism and pseudo-feminism.
People believing this ideology often portray an image which overshadows the true meaning of feminism. So what could be done that’ll ensure no harm but revolutionise the belief system of these individuals?
Failing to achieve the clarity of a controversy may lead to bigger issues which may seem difficult to handle. And later on it continues in welcoming uninvited comments that one might despise.
This carries on the birth of ‘Pseudo-feminism’. So, what is it exactly? In simple words, fake feminism. The practitioners of this ideology are given the name ‘pseudo-feminists’.
Society often misinterprets the concept of fighting for and against a particular thought process i.e, opinions. Not always and not necessarily one is required to go through this statement, but it is vital to comprehend the actual situation.
Third wave feminism is real. It’s here, it has been here since ages just unnoticed. But couldn’t be tagged as pseudo-feminism. But yes. Beware.
Love is hard. Finding it, is the hardest. Everybody dreams of having someone in their lives who’ll be passionate and caring. But, not everyone gets to experience the feeling of compassion and love.
Sometimes, the search leads to disaster. Broken people stop believing in the existence of affection and move forward with the idea of casual relationships. No, these relationships, promises neither commitment nor loyalty. Rather, they impose freedom of tagging along with anybody.
Gradually emotions and feelings play a drastic part by pushing the individual into a dilemma of imagination and reality. He/she starts to question their feelings for the other particular being.
This becomes the beginning of more casual relationships. One might assume that this type of dating is wrong in many ways. But, it’s vital to comprehend that opinions are mostly just perspectives of different people around the globe.
Whether or not ‘keeping it casual’ leads to a serious relationship, subject to an individual’s life will solely depend on the basis of time and understanding.
In a world full of trial and errors causal dating is not that bad afterall. It just takes proper reasoning in terms of feelings and emotions to find the one who’ll put an end to KEEPING IT CASUAL.
Did you know that a bull fight almost always ends with a ‘Matador’. Meaning, after a bull fight the last act of slaughtering the bull is performed. You might think of it as a ferocious inhuman practice and you’re not wrong.
Tortured and starved before starting the event leaves these poor creatures with no strength to fight for themselves. Where does humanity hide when instead of fighting for the equal treatment of animals to humans, people enjoy watching murders being performed on innocent beings?
Even the vegans who call themselves humanitarians pay huge amounts of money to witness such disgraceful acts. Why?
What pleasure does it bestow when voiceless beings aren’t even given a chance to defend themselves? And when the defenseless creatures portray the otherwise, they are often given the name ‘ferocious animals’.
Ironically it’s human hypocrisy that has made people believe the traditions and customs following such crimes are valid.
Why does the government take zero actions on this matter leaving it legal to be conducted.
It is well known customs are a part of history but killing is considered as crime irrespective of the circumstances. Such painful and disgusting acts should be banned from being performed and people should understand the value of life ignoring the foundation whether the life is of a human being or a voiceless animal which cannot defend itself.
The species doesn’t matter. Life does. Saving the dying planet doesn’t only rely on working for the betterment of the demographical conditions but also ensuring that no life is harmed in the process.
Ask someone who’s suffering from ‘not being understood’. When looked upon through the perception of someone fighting against depression and anxiety, the true meaning of ‘not being understood’ unravels.
Traumas remain till death. No matter how much one tries to move on from them, forget them, failure is everything that’s perceived. Cause the concept is highly misunderstood. A trauma is the scar imprinted permanently deep down the memories he/she wants to cherish.
The biggest disappointment gained throughout the battle of depression and anxiety is how someone so dear to heart never really understands the suffering and struggles being faced fighting against these invisible foes.
But what could be done? What has to be done? Sinks in the void body of uncertainties. Maybe coming out of the comfort box of feelings will act as an aid to self healing. Doubt lingers in all the ticks of time.
Closed curtains, dark room. Silence is all you get.
The ending seems endless, the sufferer continues to suffer and Misconception never changes. For the believer it’s a sin never supposed to be carried on but for the cynic it’s logic.
And slowly all this comes to an end. Cause the silence kills in no time.
Have you ever had this feeling of uncertainty of what turn your life’s gonna take in a few years?
Or Do you ever feel like your stuck in a pile of uncertain opportunities?
Uncertainty. The word in itself is so full of doubt that one inspite of trying his/her everything still fails to understand the real meaning of DREAMS.
When an adult is reminded of his responsibilities and disciplines of life, quite often the individual falls into this deep dilemma of what is to be done and how it is required to be processed.
And thus many fail to understand the concept of living for themselves by achieving what they truly like. The thin line between ‘want’ and ‘need’ disappears and then one witnesses the arrival of Crushed Dreams.
Youngsters unable to achieve their goals kill themselves in the end closing the chapter of their lives. Because, people instead of bestowing a helping hand in terms of mental peace fail to understand the emotions of these kids. These people are no strangers but loved ones who shut their feelings ignoring all the signs a mentally ill youngster portrays before giving up his/her life.
One may ask why does this happen? The answer lies in the corrupted education and politics.
Yes. A country like India known for it’s diversity in terms of cultures, languages etc. Still hasn’t found a way to stop exploiting students. The education system is corrupted in all the ways one can think of. But, inspite of being a free nation not many voice their opinions on the unfair treatment of children and youngsters in the fields of education, health and working environment.
The conclusion is simple. When given the opportunity to dream why not give the opportunity to fullfill it? Why is it that beautiful dreams are crushed into pieces?
