Out with the Old, In with the New

The Rains are nowhere to be found. F**k. I’m so f**king mad right now.

But I’ve already created a new story/legacy that will be based on my Sim, Lessia Shadowe. I’ve taken a few pictures for the intro, so I’ll have that up soon. I’ll be creating a new blog, so keep up on that! Thanks so much for all the support. I can only hope that this story turns out good, and I hope that it stays for a long time. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate your support. Thank you again.

-facepalm-

It’s gone. My laptop is fixed, but the legacy is gone. Oh my God… FML. I’m about ready to just go back to the Sims 2…. If I still had the disk… Ugggh…. I’ll try to see if it backed up somewhere, but if it didn’t, I’m going to create a new story. Thanks for all your support… Again, I’m sorry, but I just can’t believe this is happening…

Sorry, Again :'(

Ugh, this is terrible. My laptop died, and all my Sims data was on there. Until further notice, I am unable to play/post. 😦 I may have to end the legacy where it is. FML. If I do (which I really honestly hope not because my book of 4 years is on there….), I’ll just make a new story. Not a legacy, considering every legacy I’ve made has failed in some way or another. Sorry, I really am. I was about to post a chapter this weekend, too. 😥 Again, sorry.

I’m Back?!

Hi. Sorry it’s been a long time again. I’ve been kind of uber busy. :/ Sorry again. Crossroads (my new blog idea) is going to have to wait 1) It was going to be in Sims and I can’t find a world for crap. 😛 and 2) I think I want to finish the Rain’s legacy first. Now, I think it is a perfect time to unveil who won the first Heiress Poll….

To no one’s surprise… Sierra won. 🙂 I’m so happy for her! Now, starting this weekend, I will be back on top of things and will be playing and posting a chapter every weekend (at least, that’s the plan). So, thanks for all the support and everything. I am so truly sorry again. And yes, I will be posting Sierra and Brielle to the Sims webpage, so look for that!! Thanks again, je t’aime!

Wow….

Wow, um…. It’s been a while. I’m sorry about that. Sims slipped my mind for the longest time, and I never really went back to it. Just recently, I came up with a new idea that I want to try out. I’ll have another blog posted, a story set in a medieval village called Crossroads. A young girl, Aisling, has lived her whole life in Crossroads, and this is her life, including a love story, an enemy, and a series of plot twists. I’ll try to have it ready by the middle or end of February, but I can’t make any promises.

As for the Rain Family Legacy….. I’m not abandoning it, but I’m taking a large break from it. I just need to get this story down. The only problem? I don’t have a title for this new story. Leave suggestions about the story title and I’ll take them into consideration.

Thank you so much for your support. I hope I don’t disappoint you all!

Brielle: Chapter Six

Chapter Six of Generation Four

Welcome back to the Rain Family Legacy! Sorry it’s been so long, but I’ve been busy since break started on Friday. In the last chapter, Brielle had an affair, Jason found out, they fought, and they finally got divorced. Lots of drama in that last chapter, but it just gets better as it goes along! In this chapter, a little surprise turns up… Well, off we go!

The girls sat in shock, although Rosie looked quite happy. To be honest, I felt free, emancipated almost. There were no chains to my hands or feet, and Jason was out of our lives. Well, he still had to find a new place to live, but he’d find it.

“So, Dad’s leaving tomorrow?” Brooklyn asked. I shook my head.

“He can leave within the next four days. That’s the time limit I gave him,” I replied. My stomach was feeling a little off, but I put that to the side of my mind.

“I didn’t really like him in the first place, to be perfectly honest,” Rosie said quietly.

“I’m questioning if I ever did,” I said. And that was the end of the discussion.

That’s when the morning sickness kicked in. I knew I was pregnant, but I didn’t know whether it was Jason or Ryder’s child. I was hoping it was Jason’s, just for Ryder’s sake, but something was telling me I was terribly wrong.

Jason moved out that same week. He had found a tiny cottage by where some celebrities live. I’m sure he’ll be fine.

I had changed into my maternity things. Ryder was coming over. I knew that this child was his. I was hoping that he would take the news well. His wife had been upset after the paparazzi had released the image of him kissing me.

Finally he walked in.

“Brielle, you sounded so upset on the phone. What’s wrong?” he asked quickly.

“Okay, Ryder, this is so important, and I need you to take it well, alright? I’m pregnant, and it’s not Jason’s. It’s yours,” I came right out with it.

“Please, I beg of you, keep this a secret. I won’t even be going out during this pregnancy, and if I have to, I will give him or her up for adoption.”

“Don’t give them up for adoption. After he or she is born, just say that you adopted them, at least to the paparazzi,” Ryder countered. It sounded like a good plan to me.

“Alright then. This child is adopted. At least to the outside world.”

Meanwhile, Brooklyn had found a new friend, Jasmyn Shelly. She was a year older than Brook, but they were already really close. I didn’t exactly approve of Jasmyn, but she made Brook so happy. I couldn’t bear tell them they couldn’t hang out.

Suddenly, seven months into my pregnancy, it was Sierra’s birthday. She was turning into a thirteen-year-old. Time seemed to be flying for our family. I would have to chose an heir, or at least one of the girls to be a choice for the next heir vote when my newest child was old enough.

Sierra grew up into a beautiful young lady with my raven hair. She had taken out the streaks, but I thought she looked better without them.

For her birthday, she had asked for a drum set.

She was actually a really good drum player. Another virtuoso in our house!

Brooklyn had gotten so good at playing the keyboard.

I had gotten so big this pregnancy. I was slightly worried that I had put on too much weight, but I was happy, and the girls were happy too. They had taken the news well, although I didn’t know how we were going to fit another child into our already-too-small apartment. We might have to move, and the girls aren’t looking forward to that.

Sierra was always there for me, though. She was constantly rubbing my belly or giving me a massage. I couldn’t have wished for a better daughter.

Suddenly, I went into labour. I was a month early, and it caught me off-guard. I wasn’t ready for a baby, but luckily, Sierra was there for me.

She took me to the hospital and made sure she was by my side the whole time.

Meet Andrew Jonas…

…And Jordan Peter. Twin boys were blessed on us, but we didn’t have room in our house. They slept in my room with me at the moment, and I didn’t even have room for that. It was time for a change.

That’s it for Chapter Six!!!! 🙂 So glad I got that done. And now, we have an important decision: who will be the potential heiress? Here’s how this generation will work: We will pick one girl to be the “heiress”. After the boys are old enough, we will then pick from those three. Do you get it? I hope you do… Anyway, here are the girls:

Brooklyn Amanda Rain

Traits: Brave, Star Quality, Virtuoso, Party Animal

LTW: None yet

Sierra Nicolle Rain

Traits: Shy, Family-Oriented, Light Sleeper, Friendly

LTW: None yet

Rosie is technically not one of my own, so unfortunately, she is not illegible for the heiress vote.

Be sure to vote!!! -Brielle

Brielle: Chapter Five

Chapter Five of Generation Four

Welcome back to the Rain Family Legacy! In the last chapter, Brielle and Jason had a beautiful little girl named Sierra, and Isabelle came back, leaving behind her only daughter, Rosie. Brooklyn and Rosie aged up into beautiful little girls while Brielle is wondering if her marriage can last… So, without further ado, let’s continue our story. 🙂

Soon enough, Sierra was growing up. She was a quiet little girl, and I was worried that Jason had something to do with it. I was constantly worried that he was doing something that would change our daughters.

Sierra aged up into a cutie, and she requested that I style her hair the way I did mine when I was little, streaks and all. I couldn’t really say no, seeing how I had done it as a child. She looked good with them, though. She was a carbon-copy of me.

Brooklyn was the best big sister and tried to include Sierra in everything she did. Sierra took to it kindly and became a little more social. Brooklyn was a miracle worker.

Brooklyn’s birthday finally rolled around. She was becoming a teenager, and I was only turning 33!

She had decided against the big birthday party I had planned for her, but I felt a little better when I saw Jason celebrating.

She became a lovely and stylish girl with a thing for warmer colours. She loved her hair to be in wild pigtails, and she always wore a bracelet of cream colour.

Brooklyn was a very well-rounded child, and she picked up on the piano, playing with amazing dexterity. Her room was constantly filled with bubbles from a little machine we got her for her birthday along with the keyboard.

We lived in relative peace until Rosie asked the question I had been dreading.

“Mum,” Rosie said one Saturday morning. “Why do I look different from everyone in this family? I have darker skin and red hair.”

I gulped down my piece of cake and stuttered. “Um, well… Rosie, I… Um… Tell you what. I’ll get your father, and we’ll talk about this in the living room, okay?” She nodded and went to play with Sierra until I called her.

I called Jason from the gym and he came home immediately. We sat together in the living room, and I started to tell her about her mother, my sister, and how she had made some bad choices in her life.

“She became pregnant by mistake. When you were born, she had nothing, and no one was there to help her. She came to me begging for help, and even when I gave her some money to start her life here in the city, she made another foolish mistake.” I looked beyond Rosie and out the window.

“What was the mistake?” Rosie asked.

“…She gave you up. Jason found you one morning out on the cold concrete. We were terrified and confused, but your mother had skipped town and gone off with someone. She hadn’t learned from her mistakes,” I told her.

“So… I’m not really your child? You’re my aunt and uncle?” she asked slowly.

“Yes, but sweetheart, we love you more than anything,” I said.

“So I can’t be an heiress?”

“What?” I had no idea what she was talking about.

“Brookie was saying something about this family being a legacy, and you would choose someone to be an heiress,” Rosie told me. I laughed and nodded.

“It’s true, I will choose someone to carry on our family name.” Then I stopped. “I guess you really can’t be heiress… You aren’t a child of me and Jason’s descent.”

She gave me a small, sad smile. “It’s okay. I didn’t want to be anyway. I wanted to go to distant countries and travel a lot.” I laughed. She was a true Rain.

A month or so later, we celebrated Rosie’s birthday. She was excited about becoming a teenager, although I had no idea why. My teenage years had been pretty terrible, and I was beginning to wonder if meeting Jason was one of my regrets. He was never home any more, and sometimes I wondered if he even cared at all, if he even loved me.

Rosie aged into a gorgeous and open-minded young lady. She wore glasses without a prescription, but I knew that it was the new fashion style. I guess whatever floats their boat is fine by me as long as it isn’t inappropriate.

Feeling down on myself, I decided to head out to a club with a friend, a fellow musician by the name of Ryder Jones. He had always been a good friend of mine, and he was an awesome musician. 🙂

We met up at The Brightmore, a dance club with a reputation. I had had a little too much to drink, and for some reason I began to think that Ryder was my date. He had been drinking, too, but he wasn’t as drunk as I was. Yet, for some reason, despite us both being married and having children, he let me flirt with him.

We even kissed, but what we did next was beyond my control at that point in time.

I didn’t mean to, really. He was just so nice, so convincing. I can’t believe he would take advantage of me, though.

That night ruined the rest of my life.

The next morning, Jason was waiting for me with harsh words.

“Brielle, what were you thinking? I thought you loved me,” he said.

“Jason I’m sorry. You were never home, and I felt-” I started to say.

“Brielle, don’t. I really thought you loved me. I guess I was wrong.” All of a sudden, I felt every pent up thing inside me burst.

“Well I thought I loved you too, Jason, but I guess that a teenage love never lasts past graduation,” I spat at him.

“Brielle, what the hell are you talking about?” Jason retorted.

“You were never there for our daughters. You always were out of the house, probably cheating on me with some other sluts. You think I don’t know things?! Do you think I’m stupid? I know you had sex with a slutty cheerleader after your last game when you said you were going out with a few friends to celebrate! I called Eli at midnight when you weren’t home yet. He said you had gone with a girl named Piper when you guys won. I think I can connect the dots, Jason.” I didn’t want to stop accusing him, putting him down.

“Brielle, that was one girl-“

“Of how many?! Jason please, I know you. You were always the jock in school, the one girls wanted to be with.” I lowered my voice. “Isabelle told me that you two had made out and then had sex when we were seventeen. I didn’t believe her at first, but now it all makes sense,” I couldn’t stop the few tears that escaped my eyes.

“Brielle, you don’t know how sorry I am for that,” Jason pleaded. I stopped him.

“People make mistakes in their lives, Jason, but now I see my biggest mistake was marrying you. Jason, I want a divorce. We’re through.” A huge weight seemed to lift off my shoulders. Jason looked at me with wide eyes.

“You can’t be serious! Brielle this is the biggest mistake you will ever make. It wasn’t marrying me,” he said. I just held up my hand and walked downstairs to the car. I would be picking up the girls today.

We got back to the building and stepped into the elevator, the music causing me to have a headache. “Girls, we need to talk.”

So, how was it?!?! I know a lot of you will be soooo happy that Jason is out of the picture (honestly so was I :P). I really hope that I can get chapters out more quickly. Christmas break begins on Friday night, but I’ll be doing some things this weekend so I don’t know when the next chapter will be out. So, again with spamming, my wishlist is on the Links page. Check that out if you can. I’m starting to reuse items, and I don’t like to do that but EA clothes are pretty much all I have >_< Children’s clothes would be so greatly appreciated!!! So, thanks for reading, and I’ll see you whenever 🙂 Je t’aime!

Brielle: Chapter Four

Chapter Four of Generation Four

Welcome back to the Rain Family Legacy! Sorry its been so long. My computer crashed (the Rains are okay) and I lost all the work on this chapter. So, in the last chapter, Brielle and Jason got married, Arabella married Mackenzie and adopted Nicholas, Brielle had a daughter, Brooklyn. Brielle, Brooklyn, and Jason moved to the city of Bridgeport and welcomed their new lives. Meanwhile, Brielle is pregnant yet again, and Brooklyn is a child. *gasp*cough* I….I think I got everything….*whew*….Let’s get going with….with Chapter Four then, eh? *gasp*

Jason had seemed to calm down about our second child, but I was still worried. If I ever got pregnant again, how would he react? I could see that he didn’t really want this child to begin with. Brooklyn had been enough for him. I didn’t know what to expect from him anymore…

Then one day, we had a visitor…

Isabelle had come to the city, requesting my assistance.

“Isabelle?!” I nearly shouted when I saw her outside my apartment. She was deathly pale, her hair matted, short, and lacking of its usual shine. She was unusually thin and wiry.  Her dress was short and unflattering, but the worst part were her eyes. They weren’t just a brighter blue, they were glowing.

“Brielle, I need your help,” she said, her voice rasping.

“Isabelle you need to leave,” I said in a low voice, “I have my own life now, and you have yours. I don’t know why you’re here when I told you five years ago that I wanted you out of my life. You gave me hell, and you expect me to just take you back into a loving and caring embrace?”

She looked hurt, the desperation in her eyes apparent. “Brielle, please just let me tell you what I’ve been through. I promise I’ll be gone if you just let me tell you. Arabella didn’t even open the door for me. I don’t blame you guys, really. I just need a little help.”

I sighed, then motioned with my hand for her to continue. She gave me a weak smile before licking her lips and starting her story.

“Dreamville had opened a new club in commemoration of the island’s 200th anniversary. I had gone out with a bunch of friends and a few family members. I had been having the most wonderful time of my life. I was 20 years old, I was young, and I wanted to live life to the fullest.

“Of course, all my money from working part-time at the grocery store was beginning to dwindle away as I spent more and more at the club. I eventually couldn’t afford anything and I was fired from work. My appearance started to go downhill, but then he came into my life…

“He was married, had three children, and he was a vampire. He said he didn’t care about how I looked or whether or not I had money. I believed him, and we often met at the cemetery to kiss and flirt…”

She backed away a few steps self-consciously. “Brielle he raped me. After that, I heard that his family had moved somewhere else. Two things happened after that. I found out I was pregnant about two months later, but Brielle, he also bit me. I’m a vampire.”

“My daughter, Rosie was born shortly before I transformed into a full vampire. She looked just like him… A reminder of my mistakes…”

“You were pregnant?” I asked quietly. She nodded.

“I regret everything I did, but I don’t regret her. She may be a horrible reminder of my past, but I can’t bring myself to give her up. I just need a little assistance, Brielle,” Isabelle pleaded.

I looked at her. “I can’t do much. I’m pregnant with my second child, Isabelle. I can give you about $5,000 to get you started here in the city, but after that, I honestly don’t want you coming back. I’m sorry.” She nodded, and after I gave her the check, she was gone, out of my life.

But that wasn’t where everything ended.

Four months later, Jason walked out to his car to see a little girl sleeping on the pavement. Assuming the worst, he went to check if she was okay, alive. She was, and next to her was a note from my beloved sister, Isabelle.

“Brielle,

I know you’ll hate me for doing this, but I can’t take care of Rosie any longer. She is too much for me, but I know that you will give her a great home and a wonderful future. Please, don’t ever tell her about me. I have included a large amount of the money you had given me. I hope you’ll understand.

-Isabelle”

And so Rosie became our family.

Jason tried his best to act like he loved her, but I could see right through him. To him, Rosie was just another little mouth to feed, another child to bring him down in his career. I didn’t like his attitude, but I couldn’t do anything about it. I was due in another month, and I didn’t want to cause any problems that might make me go into labour early.

“Brielle, we can’t do this. We can’t take care of three…children. Especially since Rosie isn’t even ours,” he told me as he stroked my belly, the only barrier between him and our unborn child.

“We can, and Jason, please don’t complain. We’ve been blessed with three children,” I said, tired of his complaining.

He tried to teach Rosie to talk, but he often got frustrated and I would have to intervene. She didn’t respond to him, and I could tell she was kind of scared of him.

We brought a crib for Rosie into Brooklyn’s room. Brooklyn didn’t mind; she thought it was exciting, having this mystery girl now apart of her life.

Brooklyn was doing really well in school. She definitely was making a lot of new friends, although some were questionable. Children of movie stars, models, those girls, the popular ones. The girls like Isabelle.

Finally, I went into labour with my second child. Jason was pretty calm about it, but maybe it was because he was sleep-deprived. It was almost three in the morning.

Sierra was born early that morning. She hadn’t been the son Jason wanted, and I was worried that it would affect the way he treated her. Honestly, I expected her to be a boy as well. She was a raven beauty like me, and she had my eyes. She loved the blue colour her father wore everyday, so we made her room a testament to the colour blue.

Soon enough, it was time for Rosie to age up into a child. She was very excited, although Jason made her uneasy. I was worried that she would come to resent him in later years.

She became such a beautiful young girl with a lot of strong features.

I guess that wraps up Chapter Four. I’m nearing the heir poll already, since the girls are so close together in age. Well, next chapter, look for an older Sierra, Brooklyn, and Rosie! They all age up next chapter. Also in the next chapter, Brielle and Jason fight and Brielle does something she will soon come to regret…. So, more spam, check out my Wishlist on the Links page. I would really appreciate gifts (sorry if this sounds off; it’s only 6:30 in the morning here). So until next time, je t’aime!

Brielle: Chapter Three

Chapter Three of Generation Four

Welcome back to the Rain Family Legacy! In the last chapter, the triplets grew up and Isabelle was kicked out. Claire and Henry moved out for Brielle and her boyfriend, Jason. Arabella is still living with Brielle, but in this chapter, a big move happens. Onward and upward, backward and forward, here we go!

Jason and I were spending so much time together. He was so kind and sweet towards me, but he didn’t overdo it in front of Arabella. Speaking of Arabella, I would often ask her if she had a special someone in mind. She would always blush and say that she was trying to focus on her career more. I didn’t have a doubt in my mind that she would find someone very good for her.

*kiss*

We had a lot of fun. We were young, we wanted to enjoy life. Of course, there was one topic I always brought up…

“Jason, will we ever have children?” I asked one night before we went to bed. Jason laughed.

“Of course, but not yet. I’m getting pretty far into my career, and so are you. We’re going to be famous, Brielle, and I don’t want our children to be ambushed by paparazzi all the time,” he reasoned.

I sighed. “That makes sense. But I want to have kids soon. I want to experience being pregnant and bringing a child into the world. Our child.”

“I do, too, sweetie. Just wait. When the time is perfect, they’ll be here,” he said before kissing me and turning off the light.

We always did things together, including working on our skills. He would be working out and building muscle while I played on my guitar. I was getting to be really good, and a lot of people had offered for me to play a gig in the city, Bridgeport. I turned down a good lot of them because I just didn’t have the time.

Finally, after three years of going out, I asked Jason to marry me.

“Jason, I love you so much. You’re the inspiration to my music, and I want you to be with me forever,” I said, wanting to keep it short and sweet, “Will you marry me?”

“Of course Brielle!” Jason laughed as I slipped the ring on his finger.

I finally got pictures of the nurseries, too! Here’s the girl’s.

And the boy’s. Jason definitely had his way with it. 🙂

One night, we got married. We had decided not to have a big public event since it would attract the paparazzi. That was the last thing we needed.

It was nice to only have Arabella there. ❤

Over the next few days, I began feeling ill, and after a small gig in the city I realised what it was.

I was pregnant with my first child.

Arabella had been getting a lot of calls lately, and she always would say sweet things to the person. I knew she had found someone, and I also knew who it was.

I talked to her about it one day.

“Arabella, those phone calls…they’re from a girl, aren’t they? You’re a lesbian?” I asked calmly.

Arabella sighed and gave me a small smile. “Her name is Mackenzie Nelson. She used to be in the hospital because of a car accident. It left her a little…crazy. I used to only call her to check up on her condition, but then she started calling me…that’s when I realised that she was a lesbian, like me.”

“When did you realise you were, too?”

“I’ve known since I was thirteen. That’s why I didn’t date or even talk to guys. I told Mum when I was fifteen. She took it really well, and Dad was happy.” She smiled. “He knew I wouldn’t be getting pregnant at sixteen.” I laughed and hugged her. I loved my sister no matter what.

Arabella finally asked Mackenzie to come over and meet us. They were so cute together. Mackenzie had even styled her hair like Arabella’s as a cute little joke of adoration.

They revealed they had been going out for six months, and every second was bliss for them. ❤

Mackenzie proposed to Arabella that same night. I couldn’t hear what she said, but by Arabella’s reaction, I could tell it was very sweet.

Jason and I had been talking, and we had come up with a plan, one that would change our lives. I sat with Arabella on our couch and told her the plan.

“After I have our child, Jason and I are moving to Bridgeport. It would be a great opportunity for all of us, and you and Mackenzie would have this whole house to yourselves. I wish I could stay in this small town, but it’s time for us to move on,” I said to Arabella. She nodded.

“I hoped you would. Not because I don’t love you, but because I want you to pursue your dreams. And I have another surprise. Mackenzie and I are going to adopt a little boy named Nicholas. He’s only a year old, and he’s the most adorable little boy you could ever see. He’s coming home in a month,” Arabella beamed. I was so proud of her.

Sure enough, a month later we had a little boy in our house. He was adorable, with the most beautiful lavender eyes I had ever seen on a boy.

Six months later, I went into premature labour. It was unexpected; I wasn’t due for another month and a half.

Jason and I welcomed a five pound baby girl named Brooklyn. She was tiny, very small. The doctors said she would grow quickly though. I was hoping they were right.

Sure enough, three months later she was much larger. She had grown a head full of Jason’s hair. She even had his eyes. I was proud of ourselves.

Arabella and I talked for a few hours, reminiscing old times. Jason, Brooklyn, and I were leaving in the morning. We didn’t need to pack; an interior designer had visited our new place to decorate it accordingly. I was nervous, I had to admit. A city… We’d barely been to the city. I had gone only a couple times for some small gigs.

True to my word, we moved to Bridgeport the next morning. It was a nice city, although the water and the landscaping could be better, not to mention the outskirts. But we had a new home, close to where I worked. Jason worked down the street, and I worked a block away. The location was perfect, and the size was great. We had three bedrooms, one of which we converted into a boy’s nursery.

Our layout was simple, very clean. The living room, kitchen, and dining room were combined.

Living room and part of the dining area.

Kitchen and dining area.

Brooklyn’s room.

Boy’s nursery.

Me and Jason’s room.

Since we lived in a new house, I decided to get a new look. I liked it, and Jason seemed to like it, too.

I worked with Brooklyn all the time to teach her to talk and walk. It was a tedious process. She didn’t seem interested in learning, always distracted.

A few months later, I was always sick, and I constantly was having to excuse myself to go to the bathroom. I already could tell what it was, but I didn’t want to believe it. We had just moved here a few years ago, and I was already pregnant with my second child. Brooklyn was only four years old, and she had just learned her skills.

We had gone out to celebrate our new lives, and we had had a few drinks more than we should have.

The hot tub was so delightful…so appealing…we decided to have a little fun. I didn’t think about the consequences…

Sure enough, a bump appeared, and I was forced to wear a loose-fitting dress.

It was at Brooklyn’s fifth birthday that I decided to tell Jason. He had worked so hard these past years, and he was already almost to the top. I was getting there, too. I was about halfway there.

She looked just like Jason, I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t trace any of myself in her.

Her room was a testament to the colour pink, even though her favourite colour was yellow. She didn’t mind, though. It fit her personality.

“Jason,” I said as Brooklyn bounded off to play with her dolls, “I have something important to tell you. I’m…well…we’re expecting a baby! I’m pregnant!” He looked at me for a few seconds.

“Are you serious?! After everything we’ve worked for, you decide to get pregnant?! I can’t believe this. We’re doing so well with just Brooklyn! You know I was considering making that nursery a weight room? Or even a music room for you! Now that project will have to wait until Brooklyn leaves, or this one leaves!” he yelled. I recoiled, slightly worried about him hurting the fetus.

His face softened and he held his hands together. “Look, Brielle, I’m sorry. I’m just worried how this will impact our lives as well as this child’s. The paparazzi will never leave us alone. They know all about Brooklyn, but this child will be new news. It’ll cover every magazine in the country. I’m just worried,” he apologized. I nodded understandingly.

A child would be big news.

I guess it’s time for new intro and outro slides. 🙂 Thanks for reading this chapter of Brielle’s part of the Rain Family Legacy!!! I can’t believe I’ve already come so far… Anyway, be sure to check out my wishlist on my The Sims 3 website account. It would be greatly appreciated! Upp4 gifted me the Blouse and Long Sweater about a week ago! I’ll definitely be using it. 🙂 Next chapter, look for a new little Rain and a surprise visit from someone unexpected…. Until next time, je t’aime!!!
