I luv holidays

What did I do in holidays?

Well, my holidays almost are composed of sleeping, waking up at 10 pm or later, eating and snacking all the free times (well, sure all the times in holiday ais free ;p), reading manga online from waking up to sleeping, and sleeping in the midnight.

Oh, sure there were daily activities such as taking baths, cleaning room, shopping to the supermarkets, calling pizza hut delivery service every night if it is not McD delivery service, etc.

Ups, I almost forgot to mention watching movies online. My favourite site is

You will be amazed at how many dramas the have there. It is as if you will run out of your lifetime before you finish watching those dramas n movies. It is like heaven. \^-^/

In conclusion: Holiday without going back home ( terlantar di kosan) develops autism, spends your an entire month sums of money, accumulates fats in an unbelievable rates. However, you gain knowledge too, well, those konwdlege about manga, movie and drama.. ;p

Watching Korean Movie – Project Makeover a.k.a Go Go Sister

This Korean movie was released in 2006. The movie is about a 30 years old woman who always regretted what had happened in her teenage life and gained a chance to go ack to the past to the year 1994 through her laptop. This comedy is quite entertaining, but not so amusing though.

The main character, Na Jeung Joo, is a 30 years old woman. She still couldn’t forget her first love, Jo Ha Ni, a player who had been a head singer from his school boyband. Now, Jo Ha Ni had become a top singer and model. She always blamed him for dumping her after he had slept with her and accused him for ruining her whole life.

At her mother death anniversary, she suddenly got a chance to go back into the past to fix it. She packed her stuff and then went into the past to prevent her-young-self to meet the young Hani. She met herself, young one – played by Korean actress Jo An- and claimed herself as Alice, the cousin from America. She lived with them, of course at that time, her mother was still alive.

She tried so hard to cajole her-young-self to accept young Oh Tae Hoon, her nerdy school friend who were in love with her, as her boyfriend. Young Oh Tae Hoon, Yoo Geon, was a nerd but truly loved young Jeung Jo. But, the fate decided that young Na Jeung Jo would meet young Jo Ha Ni and fell in love with him.

She also tried to warn her mother to not giving birth to her young brother because she would die from it. But, her mother still chose to deliver her young brother.

It seemed that her journey to the past to fix it all were useless. She was really sad and cried in front of her mother. She confessed to her mother that she was not Alice. She had come from the future, that she was the 30 years old Na Jeung Joo. To the surprice, her mother replied that she had knew it, as Alice had called her from America the day before.

What would happen to the 30 years old Na Jeung Jo as she failed to fix her past?

The main character, the 30 years old Na Jeung Joo was played by Go So Young, a 36 years old Korean actress ( born 6 October 1972). Looking at pics, I honestly don’t grasp the idea that she is already 36 years old. Gosh..

The young Oh Tae Hoon character was played by Yoo Geon a 25 years old Korean actor (born 21 January 1983). I never expected that the cast really is a cute because of his nerdy glasses in the movie. Yoo Geon is cuteeeeeeeeee……….. Like him. ^^

The character Na Jeung Joo, the young one, was played by Jo An. She was a Korean actress born in 14 November 1982.

The young Jo Ha Ni was played by Lee Joong Moon, who was also cast as Kim Noon in popular Korean drama 18 vs 29 and had special appearance in Full House drama.

Manga- Naruto Chapter 430 Updated

The expected chapter titled Naruto’s Return has already been released. But, the pictures were really a mess, it looked like Masashi Kishimoto was too hasty to produce the chapter in holidays. But, it was good to be able to read this so-expected chapter after all. This chapter story is about Naruto who came back to Konohagakure after knowing that Pain was destroying the town. Korean&Japanese Movie – Virgin Snow

This movie is narrated from the Korean guy character perspective. Ups, I forgot to name the characters. They are Kim Min, starred by Korean actor Lee Jun Ki, and Sasaki Nanae, played by Japanese actress Miyazaki Aoi.

The movie is directed by Korean director Han Sang Hye and released in South Korea on November 2007. The story is about a Korean guy who moved to Japan. He couldn’t speak Japanese but he was happy to move there as he was a cheerful guy. One day, when he rode his bicycle around the town, he had a minor accident. On the way home, he found a shrine and clean his wounds at a small well at the shrine. Then, he caught a glimpse of a yukata girl. The Japanese girl was kind and helped him although he was a foreigner.

It happened that Nanae was in the same class as him. As the time goes on, Kim min fell in love with Nanae, and so does Nanae.  They spent a lot time together and it appeared that Nanae love to draw. So they promised each ther that Kim min would make a pottery and Nanae would draw sth on it. Kim min was really excited and learn really hard to make a pottery from his father.

As the story goes on, Kim min could tell that something was not right with Nanae. When they went to a festival together, Nanae gave him a charm and told Kim min not to open it first. Anyway, Kim min agreed to it.

Suddenly, Kim min was told that his grandmother had been ill. He hastily come back to Korea to visit her. Her grandmother saw him and the charm from Nanae he brought with him. She misunderstood and assumed that that was souvenir for her from Japan. Kim min didn’t want to dissapoint her so he said yes and gave the charm to her.

Kim min went back to Japan after a while and found Nanae nowhere. It seemed Nanae and her family had disappeared. Kim min was shattered and went back to Korea as he found no reason for him to stay in Japan anymore.

A few years later, Kim min bumped into Nanae in Japan. What actually had happened with Nanae? How would they become? Just watch the movie. I want to have a nap already. Hehe.. ^^

My personal opinion on this movie is quite good movie, but sometimes too boring. And the driving force made Nanae disapeared was not expected and not touchy. But, judging the overall, this movie is interesting. ^^

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince Movie

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince movie is supposed to be released on this summer, that is 13th July 2009. This movie is directed by David Yates, who also directed the 3rd movie. This time, the movie is said tobe the darkest of all. The tagline for this movie is ‘To know the future, return to the past’.

As we know, from the novel, Harry had much private lesson from Professor Dumbledore, which almost all are about observating the past of Lord Voldemort by returning to the past in Pensieve. Well, first flaw I found from the trailer is the Pensieve liquid wasn’t silver as it was said in the novel.

The role of Tom Marvolo Riddle, the young Lord Voldemort, is given to Ralph Fiennes, who played Lord Voldemort, nephew. He looks a bit-maybe a very bit- like young Daniel Radcliffe, though a bit pale and not as cute as young Dan.

Bonnie Wright, played the role of Ginny Weasley who was going to be Harry’s GF,  does not really suit Ginny image in my mind. But, she looked cute in the movie.

The most interesting character in my opinion is as always Hermione Granger. And the cast is charming too. I adore Emma Watson, she is so pretty.

The Coming 2009 New Year

New year is coming. I am thinking of being at home with family. But, the fact is I’m now all alone in my room, browsing and reading manga online with the sounds of fireworks and trumpets somewhere outside. Hiks…

Talking about the 2008, well, it has been a year full of troubles. I hope that in the new year there wont be such many ones. Haha.. ^^

I’m thinking of making my 2009 resolutions. I feel still like want to change so many things about me. The fact is I’m not satisfied with the way I’m now. I think, ‘Why don’t you change sth you dislike from yourself? It is yourself anyway. No one has the right to prevent you from changing yourself. It’s your prerogative’. Of course, I plan a change tobe someone better.

For this new year I only had two resolutions. The first is actually simple, thai is ‘should stick to this year resolution’. The second is, well, better keep it to myself. Hahaha..

Yummy Ice Cream- New Zealand Natural

When I was in my vacation, I tried this ice cream at Discovery shopping mall. The weather was so hot that day. I ordered the blueberry flavor. Well, the cone was not that good. It was hard to bite cause it was too thick, but it was quite crunchy. The ice cream was the delicious part. It melted inside the mouth (of course melt, how come an ice cream doesnt melt at body temperature. hehe) and release a strong flavor of milk. I really love milk. But the blueberry flavor isn’t too obvious. Also, the sweetness was too dominant for a blueberry flavor whis has to be a sour and sweet. Maybe, because no one is willing to eat sour ice cream.

Beauty Pop Ended

This manga that has been released since I was in high school. At first this manga was published in Cherry comic magazines. I rememberd that almost all the comics in the magazine were boring with this one being the only exception. The author is Arai Kiyoko who is also famous for Angel Lip manga series that is also released during my high school period of time. Hehe.. So nostalgic, I used to visit the small but always crowded comics and magz store with one of my BFF and roommates as well. The store was so full of student around the afternoon recess time-which is around 12.00 pm till 01.30 if I’m not mistaken-, that once I had almost have my cell phone stolen from the inside of my backpack

So, back to the manga itself. This manga theme is about beauty, particularly about hairstyle. The main character is Koshiba Kiri, a genious talented hairdresser from a small salon ( what is the diffrence between hairdresser and hairstylist anyway??? I dont get that). The school she had been in, had an event called ‘ Scissors Project’ abbreviated as SP. The event was held by the SP team.

The team consisted of Narumi Shougo, a genious hairdresser (or hairstylist??) whose father was the owner of Salon de Narumi, the biggest beauty salon in Japan; Ochiai Kazuhiko, make up artist and an ambitious smart guy; and Minami Kei, a cute nail artist. They were aiming tobe number one salon in Japan.

As the story goes on, it was revealed that Kiri’s father was the rival of Narumi’s and Narumi’s father had never won from him and that Narumi’s first love was Koshiba Kiri. The manga has been ended in 51 chapters and of course, with happy ending.. Kiri and Narumi being together and SP as the most succesfull salon.
