Massage, My life, My experiences, My comfort!
I’m currently in my internship, in my third week nevertheless, and I had a client come in for a 80 minute massage, only to come out booking for two hour massage for the next two weeks. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a client so far in my experience and I have to write this reflective paper and you bet your butts this client will be worthy of a page. I could not do it without the support of my fellow Carrington peers, my instructors, my best friend, my parents, and my family/family friends that have watched me unfold into the practitioner to be I’m am turning out to be.Also to mention that this client also mentioned that he always gets better massages here than any other school in the area. And a client last night who was a Carrington College Alumni said the same thing. It’s just so rewarding to see this change in my life unfold into new possibilities.
How Human Nature Can Be So Cruel
I closed my eyes,
Shut the blinds.
Locked this heart,
For a while.Played my life,
On rewind,
Frozen in time,Memory fadedCan’t change it now,The key’s been thrown,It’s gone,Disappeared in thin air.I get lost,
In the past,
Searching for answers,I can’t seem to find.I’ll stay away,
And hope and pray,
That this problem will resolve itself,On its own.But you and I,
Yes we know,
That the past is there to haunt,To taunt our soulsIt’s also there to learn,To understand,How human nature,Can be so cruel
