Use the Flashfood app to buy grocery items for 50% off the usual price. This is one of the best hacks to fight against inflation. You browse the item you want in the app, pay for it, and then pick it up in store before the stated “best before” date. We have saved our family so much money by using this app!

My most-favourite fun app for saving food from waste is called Too Good To Go. Buy surprise bags full of food that restaurants and stores haven’t sold or made too much of for one third of the retail price! I love playing these screw puzzle games. You are presented with different items, like a block or house, car, animal, etc., and you have to unscrew the screws from the item one by one to put into its corresponding colour box. The level is passed when all of the screws have been placed into their colour box. It’s an addicting game to me because the puzzles are so creative and challenging.
I’ve played two other screw games prior to this and I thought the one I played before called Screwdom was fantastic already but this one, Screw Out 3D, is even better!! I take joy in every level and loveeeee seeing what the designers came up with. The puzzles are so unique and creative!! I especially love the puzzles that have hidden layers (like how a wintry house had penguins hiding in it). Continue reading

I started playing Goblins Wood: Tycoon Idle Sim because it was one of the games on AttaPoll (an app that plays you for playing games and completing surveys). I’ve been playing many games on my phone this year because of AttaPoll and getting paid for it, but this is the first one that I’m reviewing in a blog post.

I bought a ton of stuff from Flashfood this month — more than usual! Lots of groceries but lots of household staples too like toilet paper and items I needed for a 60-person party!
Flashfood is what I use to offset my family’s budget by purchasing things that stores can’t sell (either they’re nearing the “best before date” or because they have an excess of inventory they want to eliminate from the store). Enzo’s provided that for me this month — nothing was short-dated; they simply wanted to remove things from their store as they were changing ownership. ^_^
